Mobile Klinik réparation professionnelle de téléphones intelligents - Downtown Montreal

Je suis parti pour régler un problème de cellulaire tombé dans l'eau. Mais la même problématique est revenue un mois plus tard, alors que mon cell n'a pas été exposé à l'humidité.

À mon retour, le staff m'a dit que c'est normal, car la carte mère est touchée. Par contre quand j'ai payé on m'a dit que tout était réparé.
Je demande le soutien de l'employé qui m'avait servi mais il préfère éviter le sujet et passer un appel. Ils ne donnent aucun soutien et n'arrêtent pas de me parler des promotions fido, alors que je n'en ai pas besoin. Très mauvais service après-vente et plus cher que la moyenne.

Et pour finir, je suis parti dans un autre magasin (Monsieur Cellulaire, super spot), ils ont ouvert mon cellulaire et m'ont expliqué que mon téléphone avait été mal ré-assemblé. Ils ont remis les pièces en place comme du monde et m'ont rendu mon cellulaire réparé, sans me charger un dollar.

Les employés sont super gentils, patients et donnent des bons conseils.j’ai vraiment eu l’impression qu’ils m’ont aidé à trouver la meilleure option pour ma situation.

Booked an appointment for a broken Samsung screen and they called me the day before to confirm the issue. I asked if they had the screen in stock and I understood that they did and that the repair could take up to three hours. Comes the appointment and they are telling me that they do not have it in stock and that I had two options: they could either order a screen from Samsung, but that could take weeks even a month or they could give me $100 off a new cellphone. Now I'm no expert, but given that there are about 5-6 Mobile Klinik around Montreal I find it hard to believe that none of them has a Samsung S20 FE screen in stock or that it would take weeks to procure one anyway. Call me cynical, but I fell they were more interested in me choosing the second option.

I would recommend going instead to the Mobile Care about 50 meters away in Eaton Center. They were able to fix my screen in under 30 minutes without an appointment and didn't try to sell me a new phone which is nice.

If they dont have the ability to fix your phone right away (no part or system issues) AVOID. Worst experience of my life! They had my phone for 3 full weeks with no communication. I called and emailled them multiple times with no answer. I had to waste my time and gas/ parking to go there 3 different times in order to get a simple update. Unacceptable delays. The manager had the nerve to lie and tell me that he sent me an email that he had no proof of. When I insisted that he show me the email or to resend it, he told me some bullsh! T excuse. AVOID

1 nice lady employee overheard my frustration and helped me resolve the issue. She personally brought my phone to the Atwater shop and my phone was fixed within 45 minutes.

Please dont ever bring your phone here.i brought my phone here to get a screen repaired and was told to come back 3 hours later.i came back 3 hours later and they left for the day so i had to come back then next day to pick up my phone, and now i find out my camera isnt working after they replaced the screen.

J'ai été faire poser un film, travail impeccable, ça m'a coûté une vingtaine de dollars.
Une connaissance (une femme) a été poser ce même film sur le même modèle de téléphone suite à mes recommandations: le vendeur a tenté de lui vendre une coque de téléphone (dont elle n'avait pas besoin), le film et une garantie pour 100 CAD.

Méfiez-vous des arnaqueurs.

Went there twice the first he took my Name and cell number he told me that they will call when they received the bundle for my S23 ultra. The second time he remembered me he still had my info. I left and 15 min later called me to tell me that he received it. Went back had it installed. Excellent service from Leo. Thank you

Je suis venue apporter mon samsung qui à mon opinion était irrécupérable et que je croyais impossible de récupérer mes données. Léo m'a donné un service hors pair. Il a su prendre le temps de vérifier chaque partie de mon samsung jusqu'à qu'il soit en mesure de récupérer les moindres données. Il m'a rassuré du début à la fin. Il m'a offert un meilleur forfait de ce que je payais et un téléphone beaucoup plus récent dans lequel j'ai transféré mes le total des données de mon ancien téléphone défectueux. Un homme très professionnel, sympathique et généreux. Je ne regrette pas le service qui m'a été offerte?

I know there are a lot of good reviews, but I would definitely avoid getting my phone repaired here if I were you. They are completely clueless and incompetent in my experience: My phone was working perfectly fine albeit with a broken screen. They replaced the screen just fine but messed up another component in the process, making it impossible to charge the phone. I did not notice at first, because when I picked it up from them, it still had a good amount of charge. But when I tried to charge it at night, it would not charge. Took at back the next day and all they did was open the back and close it. They had no clue what was wrong. Wasted 2 days and now I need to figure out how to get my data off a phone that won't even turn on!

Asked if they were buying cell phones, they said yes, I showed them the phone (mine was in a very good condition without any scratches anywhere), they suddenly said that they were not buying anymore and referred me to their other location which was 45 minutes away

Came here to repair my iPhone screen and the service was really good! The prices were fair and the customer service is great. Would definitely come back if I have a problem with my phone again!

My cellphone battery was not getting charged (or it was taking 12 hours for full charge). Perfect diagnosis from them. The issue was from the cellphone charger port (not the cable, not the battery, not the charger, not the board etc. They tested all). The cellphone was fixed and works perfectly fine now.

I want to share my experience with others. I went today to this place by hooping to repair my cellphone but when I arrived there is was no one there, no note nothing I waited for 15 min, than the person showed up and he said that he can not repair my phone just because they repair only Canadians products? It's first time when I hear it, and he wasn't friendly and willing to help.

I want to the store today and that guys was an amazing and good person, he helping me and solve me problems so fast, I really appreciate

What an amazing place the workers realmente love their work. They are one of the places that we don't see no more. Foued and Paul helped me with my phone and guide me in how to choose a celphone plan that fit my needs. Absolute knowlegable etic people very honest and aproachable.

Went to see if I can repair my Samsung phone. They didn't have the parts and they quoted me 50$ more than the Samsung store and specifically said it was the same price. When I said the Samsung store was 350 instead of 400 he told me to go to the Samsung store. If the results of this kiosk are poor I understand why with employees like that. Do yourself a favor and go directly to Samsung.

After the nearby Apple store refused to replace my iPhone battery claiming water damage (there wasn’t) I searched and found this location. Carmilo was fantastic, took great time and care to discuss my issue then went to work repairing my iPhone with a new battery. He also confirmed there were no indications of the alleged water damage. Well done guys, and shame on you Apple St Cathrines st. Highly recommend Mobile Klinic.

I would like to make a review about this store at Downtown Montreal at Eaton Centre. I was so desperate finding someone I can trust to fix my phone. I went to Downtown Montreal and found Mobile Klinik and spoke to Camilo. I showed him my phone and believe it or not, he just fix it infront of me and said, "its fix! ". I was amazed by his soft spoken and professional behavior so I continue to ask for more. Repairs and battery change and also he introduce me another phone and I am using it now. I am from another provider and he introduce me Koodo and Telus. And yes, I am considering it and will try it later.

I will definitely recommend them to my friends, on plus, its easy to find. Thank you so much to Camilo for making me comfortable watching him fixing it. Also to the creator of the company "Mobile Klinik". Marvelous job done. God bless you all and have a good health. The place is clean, people are approachable, well behave and professionals.

Aucun service à la clientèles. Mon fais attendant 2h pour me dire de repasser dans deux heures en suite le livreur qui soit disant à un accrochage en voiture et qui peux pas livrer. Laisse mon numéro pour qui me rappelle le lendemain, aucune nouvelles il a fallu que je les rappelle trois fois. Aucune excuse rien.

J'y suis allée pour remplacer la caméra de mon Samsung Galaxy A51 car elle ne fonctionnait plus. En faisant une analyse plus poussée, Foued a découvert qu'il fallait changer la carte-mère. Il m'a expliqué que j'étais encore sous la garantie du manufacturier donc aucun frais à débourser. Je le remercie pour son honnêteté, son professionalisme et son bon travail.
De plus, j'aimerais souligner le bon service à la clientèle que j'ai reçu. Ils ont répondu rapidement à mes courriels et mes appels.

I went earlier today-Sunday afternoon-to get my screen fixed, and it was worth every penny. The young woman, Elyazee was careful and methodical, and tested everything out after she was finished. Plus, she found a problem with the charging port while doing her testing. After verifying the problem, she was able to fix it free of charge. She even let me be there for the testing stage when I asked. She did a great job of explaining things. To be honest though, I let up on her after the first few minutes, once I was certain that my device was in good and capable hands

On top of all that, the screen replacement even came with a lifetime warranty.

I wish I got the man's name too, because both of them were professional, informative, friendly, and just plain excellent. My visit here was worth every penny and thensome.
