Toujours la meilleure, c’était il y a déjà 2 ans, une référence par ma fille qui était très satisfaite et je fais 45 minutes de route pour y aller parce qu’ à chaque fois je suis plus que satisfaite, elle a soins de nos petites bêtes comme les siens. Elle est très compétente et je recommande 100%

Je n’ai malheureusement pas trouver satisfaction ailleurs plus près de chez moi donc ça vaut le détour.

I tried a few groomers and Catherine is the only one that’s gives my dog the « puppy hair cut » I’m looking for.
The service is great, price is reasonable, I’m now a regular!
I’d recommend to book in advance because she’s quite busy.

Most professional, caring, attentive to detail and knowledgeable pet groomer in the island. Friendly staff that plays with your dog while it waits to get groomed. I have seen the staff holding and comforting my Trixie while waiting to get picked up; Where do you get a groomer who cares so much for your pet as much as you do? I have only experienced it at Mon Bel Ami. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love the fact that they text you and call you to remind you of your next appointment. Catherine takes the time to discuss the style that will best suit your dog. And the results are satisfactory. She managed to make my dog go from farm dog to a show dog.

Never take your dog here! My little poppy is still scared from big dogs. They keep all small and big dogs in the same place. They said it will take 2 hours but my dog was there for almost 5 hours. When I went to pick up my dog, he was shaking! And he continued shaking for a week!

Après avoir longtemps cherché un salon de toilettage pour mon chien, j’ai eu le bonheur d’entrer dans le salon de Catherine la propriétaire qui est convia le, passionnée et m’a de suite rassurée. J’ai pu tester la garderie et mon chien est revenu tout heureux, il a pu s’amuser avec des chiens de toute taille, ce fut un pur bonheur pour lui. Catherine connaît parfaitement le caractère de chacun quelle veille à ce que chaque animal passe un bon moment sans aucun traumatisme.
Mon chien était tellement heureux qu’il ne souhaitait plus quitter ses nouveaux amis.
Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés, vous y trouverez une équipe de professionnels passionnés et à l’écoute de leur clients.

I would not recommend this groomer since I faced a lot of irresponsibilities and lack of professionalism.
1- They did not advice me in advance that unlike other groomers who keep the dog for only one hour, they are going to keep my dog for 7 hours.
2- They did not ask me to give them his food, even when I asked them if they need anything from me, they said no. So my dog who only eats his own food, was hungry during the 7 hours.
3- My dog had a lot of nods in his fur, but I am sure the groomer could do better, they charged us 80 dollars for shaving my dog very short like 1mm, and God knows what shampoo they used and probably no conditioner that my dog's skin is itchy since he is back and he keeps moaning, shaking (maybe of cold) and scratching himself even after four days.

I had the worst experience and I would never get back to this groomer and would not recommend it to anyone.

Un Trés gros 5 étoiles +Baily notre Weaton Soft coat est trés contente de se faire pomponner et garder par Catherine et son équipe, elle est abonnée depuis sa naissance pour son toilettage mensuel et se fait toujours garder par eux elle a hate de retourner connait le chemin vers le SPA mon Bel ami, Merci Catherine de prendre soin de notre Baily trés apprécié je recommande fortement
