Très bien pour s’arrêter dormir une nuit sur la route.
Pratique avec le service sans contact, chambre confortable et propre avec tout le nécessaire.

Pour se rapprocher de Tadoussac ok mais pour aller faire une épicerie en grande surface oublier ça! Le seul petit restaurant et situé à une station Irving à qu’elle kilomètres du village? Beaucoup de bruit ou ce trouve l’hébergement dans une courbes ou la route et la circulation est vraiment pas agréable pour dormir! Ne vaut pas le coût! à éviter!

En soi, le lieu est correct.
Toutefois entrer dans la chambre et découvrir de l'eau fuyant du frigo est une surprise peu agréable. Et devoir appeler 4 ou 5 fois différents numéros pour obtenir quelqu'un à 22h concernant ce soucis n'est pas plus agréable.

Assez proche de tadoussac environ 20 min en voiture. Ensemble correct sans plus. Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix.

Entrée autonome chambre très spacieuse et neuve on se sent comme chez soit.
On a réserver un petit studio d’après les photos et le site. Mais lorsque que nous somme arriver sur place la chambre était bien plus grande que nous l’imaginions (coin nuit avec son lit 2 personne, coin salon avec tv, coin sale à manger, la cuisine toute équipée ainsi que sa salle d’eau toute neuve) le repas n’est pas compris mais tout est précisé dans la réservation. Pour le matin il y a un bon café ainsi que du thé et du lait en poudre à 3 min à pied il y a une petite épicerie pour pouvoir se prendre les petits repas ainsi que petit déjeuné le parking est gratuit, spacieux et privatif. Nous avons croiser le personnel de chambre avec un échange bref mais très chaleureux.
Bref nous nous somme sentis comme chez nous.
Je recommande fortement cet établissement

Positif: chambre spacieuse. Moderne. Bon café à disposition. Très accessible. Parking gratuit. Proche de Tadoussac en voiture. Entrée autonome. Frigo et cafetière. Lits très confortables. Balcon.
Négatif: peu de commodités à proximité dans la ville.

There is no luxury in this. The low price is there for reasons. Most adequat level of comfort. I have enjoyed my stay.

Petit hôtel bien tenu, la chambre était parfaite pour nos besoins. Nous ne pouvons juger de l’accueil car arrivé le jour de la fête du travail tout à été fait à distance.

We just spent the night before going to our whale cruise. Nice clean room, nothing too fancy. Good wi-fi and cable tv. Had microwave, toaster (which activated the smoke detector lol), coffee maker and fridge. Very small village, just for basic supplies. We talked to the reception ladies, one very poor English but the other one was communicating effectively and was very helpful. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is nicely decorated, but.

The walls are paper thin and there is a lot of road noise.
They have turned off the light on the stairs.bring a flashlight.
They supplied coffee & a coffee maker.but not filters that fit it, bring your own.
They supplied tea.but no kettle.

I really expected breakfast to be included, from the photos on the booking site. Afterwards I saw on their mobile site that there is none - I'd been linked directly to the booking site from another website of the same company, so did not see that. My bad for not checking, but they should remove the photos of their breakfast if there is none - stop advertising it if you aren't providing it.

There is no option for zero star, so I have to give one, no customer service at all, and if you know only English then use translator to show whoever on reception (99.9% you never find anyone), I have booked online from Ontario as no other option available on specific dates, as per booking it says free breakfast, there is no breakfast at all, it is a virtual operation, so they will send code in email which was not working, fortunately I was at 1.00pm at this place find one lady spoke to her and after 20 minutes of struggling to explain, she understands and give code, be ready for flies in room might be because of location, found flies in most of restaurants here as well, over all just want to say if you don't find anything in todussac, then prefer to go to saugney and stay, you are going spend time on driving but you will enjoy stay

Propre, rénové et confortable! Nous y avons très bien dormi et l’arrivée autonome est très pratique.

Très propre, tranquille, malgré qu'il n'y avait personne à notre arrivée mais ça fonctionne avec un code pour la chambre donc aucun soucis.

As many guests of that place we also spent just a night before our whale cruise. Place is pretty close to the Tadoussac (about 17 min drive). We didn't see anyone from the stuff but that was ok. Our room was on a ground floor and code worded perfectly. All instructions by email were in French. I have some basic in it so it wasn't a huge deal. Just little confusing since I was waiting for a number of room but they have names for each room.
Room was clean, beds are pretty comfortable. We had a fridge with a little freezer, microwave and toaster. Also coffeemaker. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Wifi stream was amazing.
Village is small and quiet. It's better to buy some food on your way here especially with an evening arriving.

We had a great experience in there! It was clean, we had a toaster and a refrigerator, well situated too

Super clean, comfy room with big beds, a fridge, coffee maker (reusable pod), nice shower. Good wifi and tv. Much to see/do nearby: Ferme 5 Étoiles, Anse-de-roche (excellent boat launch), le Fjord Trail and Baie Sainte-Marguerite to see the belugas. Tadoussac is only 15 min away.

Auberge accueillante et décorée avec goût. Très bonne organisation pour récupérer les clés (même avec une arrivée tardive). Chambre bien aménagée avec des petites attentions très appréciées.
