Worst place they don’t care about customer they want cash that’s it this is a picture of my chain I asked twice about getting it better they laughed at me and didn’t wanted to refund me the manager was scared of us that she didn’t wanted to talk to me or my mom she said there is nothing to do that’s our best so after 2 times I got it back broken in 2 pieces don’t go there they are disrespectful to anybody and they laughed because you want a refund

Horrible service do not go here. They’re rude disrespectful and racist. No wonder why they have so much bad reviews and I should have looked at all these reviews before I went. Definitely go to a Pandora store instead of this store. They still won’t even give me the girls name who was disrespectful to me. This store is horrible and needs to be shut down.

I bought pandora earrings at Monaco LaSalle (which is affiliated with pandora) at regular price. This week they went on special and I called to asked for a credit because of the Black Friday special (They are usually spoused to give the special) and they refused and were very rude to me.

Belle experience à Pandora Angrignon. La vendeuse m'a donné de très bons conseilles pour un cadeau pour ma soeur et au final c'était le cadeau parfait. Merci la vendeuse.

I brought my friend a bracelet from here last year, and a few months later I went to another Pandora (downtown) to get a charm for it.
When I got the charm, it didn’t fit on the bracelet (when it should have).
I took both the bracelet & charm downtown and they told me I was sold a defective bracelet. Thankfully they exchanged the bracelet for a good one.
I read another review saying they sell defective products here. Also, the women with black hair doesn’t tell you when something is on sale & will try charging you the full price.
Plus the old man swore at someone behind their back when they left without buying.
I heard they own Swarovski in the Angrignon mall too. Just go downtown! Do not shop here, you cannot trust these people.

This store is crazy. Don't expect customer service at all! My younger sister was insulted by female salesperson and cashier in this store. There was an old couple and a young female customer shopping at this store while my sister was there. The salesperson ignored my sister when she asked for help and got to her only after another customer in the store reminded them. My sister decided not to buy since what she wanted was not on sale, and the cashier literally said "you should have asked if the item was on sale.not every item is on sale and this is not even that expensive" even though they never stayed around her to help her out.

J'y suis allée pour acheter un bracelet Pandora pour ma fille. L'attente était très longue, on m'a ignorée pendant un bon moment. Pas de bonjour, pas de merci. Service à la clientèle déplorable et mauvais. La vendeuse était excécrable et antipathique, elle m'a bien fait sentir "achète, paie, pose pas de questions et casse-toi". La honte. Je n'y porterai plus les pieds.

When I asked how much it would be to have a stone replaced on my ring, he immediately notified me that he does not work on "cheap"jewelery. The ring is stainless steel but I was very fond of it. He was condecending and arrogant, then quickly went back to his phone. NEVER GO THERE. Much better service at CATHY'S, very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent service! I have been served by Nathalie a couple of times and her service was A1. Same goes for the others.

Such bad customer service! Horrendous! I left a ring to get fixed (after only having it for about 3 months, all the stones fell) but never was told that there would be a cost to fix it. When I tried to talk to the woman there, she refused to hear me out or anything because she was working for Pandora next door. Mind you, it is owned by the owner, I think Nathalie was her name.

I had end up paying the price because their only solution was to take it back and remove the stones that was added to fix it. HORRIBLE SOLUTION

And this is nothing compared to the service I got when I first purchased my 2 rings with them. It took them more than 3 weeks to get it sized and whenever I called to inquire about the status of my rings, they said the manager would call me on Saturday, but she never ever called me. I told initially told, it would take 10 days to get it sized. They made me feel as if I was in the wrong and I didn’t have the right to be mad or annoyed.

If I could, I would give them 0 Stars. If it wasn’t a big hassle, I would definitely make an OPC complaint against them. They practice shady business and their attitude is very bad towards customer. Do the metro trip and go anywhere else than there.

Beware, Sirena, Pandora, Monaco and Swarovski in the Angrignon mall are owned by the same person; KEEP AWAY.

NEVER TRUST THEM!

I hope they read this and they take some sort of actions for the other clients that they will get. Hopefully, they are open to learn and do better business.

La pire des boutiques Pandora. On y cache toujours les rabais indiqués à l'internet, pour en avoir il faut les exiger, prouver qu'on a le droit aux rabais, après ça la gérante montre son visage mécontant, tourne de dos et s'en va, en laissant son employée te servir. Bravo!
Si vous cherchez à perdre la clientelle et faire l'antipublicité à Pandora, vous êtes dans le bon chemin!

Watch the checkout woman. She always makes a mistake in the price that favours the store!

Bijouterie où on se fait avoir! Service à la clientèle extrêmement décevant après 2 mauvaises expériences. Ils honorent pas les échanges tel qu'indiqué sur leurs factures. Ils vous vendent des items à pression pour s'en débarrasser. Ensuite, ils trouveront toutes les excuses possibles pour ne pas vous les échanger. Ils ont même le culot de nous envoyer dans une autre boutique Pandora pour demander un échange. Pourquoi être distributeur si vous n'offre pas le service? !? De plus, ils n'ont que très peu de choix sur les bijoux Pandora. Ne perdez pas votre temps, allez dans une boutique originale plutôt que de gaspiller votre argent là!
