I work for a company that gets majority of its furniture off of monarch and whoever is responsible for packing the skids onto the delivery trucks need to be fired or reevaluated you should not be standing 7 piece dining sets on top of each to the point where you cannot get them off the truck if any of my employees get hurt or I do there will be a serious lawsuit against the company also whoever puts the instructions together needs to be fired aswell would highly suggest not using these guys as suppliers

Service zéro vitre table usée ai appellez ne voulais pas me livré voulais que moi aille cherché vitre de hochelaga à laval allez retour explique mon cas 62 ans problème santé, aucune compassion, communiqué avec home dépot leurs ont dit quil livrerais mercredi ou jeudi, aucun appelle ou email de monarch depuis ce temps, je rappelle home dépot monarch ne répond plus à home dépot, ai passez 4 à 5 heures téléphone.suite ai communiqué avec protection consommateur article 49 de la loi doivent remplacer le bien à leurs frais incluant livraison, comme ils ne veulent rien n'entendre entreprend poursuite de monarch et home dépot avec protection consommateur remplacement du bien plus dédommagement monétaire tress, perte jouissance etc à suivre.

This was the situation: I ordered 6 (3 sets of 2) I 1071 chairs from Amazon. They were delivered by Canada Post. One of the boxes seemed a little beaten up. When we opened it, it was missing the hardware. Based on the reviews for Monarch Specialties, I feared calling customer service to resolve the issue. I also feared not being helped since I placed the order through Amazon. Well, first, reaching someone was a breeze! And second, I spoke to Lina (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) who immediately handled the issue. The replacement hardware could have been mailed to me which would have taken a few business days. Instead, she even offered for me to pick it up directly from their warehouse reception which is near where I live. Quick, simple, and courteous. Thank you! And we love the chairs!

Ce n'est pas une bibliothèque, c'est un château de cartes. La colle est trop cheap pour tenir le tout. Les vis désagrègent le contreplaqué. Rien ne tient. Fuyez ces produits. Montage atroce et produit inutilisable. 350$ aux vidanges.

Bought a Monarch desk from Lowes online 1.5 months ago. Delivery (Purolator) said they never picked it up, Lowes says Monarch claims they sent it. Summary: lots of pointing fingers between three big companies, while I don't have neither a desk, no my money back. They won't give me a refund, since noone knows who is responsible for the missing delivery. Stay away from purchasing Monarch product online.

Acheté un meuble pour le travail le BUREAU - BLANC EN COIN COTE DROIT OU GAUCHE. Après quelques jours d'utilisation et n'étant pas confortable ergomiquement, je suis allée acheter un tiroir a clavier pour installer sous le bureau. ON NE PEUT même pas installé un tiroir a clavier car le dessus du bureau est vide a l'intérieur. RIEN ne tient. GROS zéro pour le bureau. Je suis très déçu de mon achat. De plus le service a la clientèle ne peuvent rien faire ni aucune solution qui serait adaptable pour l'ergonomie. On repassera pour acheter un autre produit.

Worst customer service. I ordered a bed it was missing 4 major hardware parts. They said it will take two months to get parts in. And when they finally sent the parts one part was again missing and the customer service said they sent all the parts. So annoying and frustrating. When I complained about service they told me to return the bed if u are not happy. Will never order their product again. Haven’t even used the product yet so don’t know how the bed will be. Thanks for teaching me lesson.

Horrible customer service. Woman I talked to and her supervisor was angry at me and rude instead of being understanding and giving solutions when I asked the status of my order. Will not order again

Edit: Received notice that my order got cancelled with no reason given. Must have been this review. What a vindictive petty company - leaving you to wait for weeks just to cancel your order over a review. Don't waste your time here

I received a computer desk from a person moving and tried to get a piece that was broken and they couldn't help me because I didn't have a shipping address is to were it was shipped to I was even willing to pay for the piece

I love the TV stand I purchased. I normally don't write reviews but I had to give a shout out to this company. My TV stand arrived within a few days and the packaging was incredible. It looked like it was bubble wrapped so it was in pristine condition when I opened the box. The assembly instructions were simple to follow, all tools were included and it took me no time to assemble. It looks great in my living room and I have already seen matching pieces to my tv stand that I plan on ordering. Great quality and simple to assemble. Thanks Monarch!

If I could put -1 star I would. I purchased one of their dining sets and the chairs that came with it were so uncomfortable and not built well. As a college student I can’t afford much so I just dealt with it. However, just shortly after a year while I sat on the chair it broke.keep in mind I am a petit woman (approx 115lbs) and it snapped at the welded portion, not any of the places I put together. So, I emailed customer service to get another chair sent as I would be a loyal customer if they helped me out. Their customer service took more than a week to get back to me and all they sent back was “no we only give 1 year warranties”

It is absolutely ridiculous, I have never broken a chair in my life. I’ve had cheap chairs last me 10 + years because I treat things carefully and well.

As a business student it would have been waaaaay smarter to send me a $30 chair for them and keep me as a client as I would have been loyal. This company is trash never purchase anything from here.

Desk I purchased was perfect. VERY easy to assemble with simple instructions. The size and functionality have turned out to be the BEST decision on my part! I'm glad I took forever to find this desk because it truly is perfect for my needs! With a finished back, it can be placed anywhere in my home office and it's neutral colors can fit in any decor. Highly recommend!

Les meubles m'ont été livrés abimés. La qualité produit est plus que médiocre. J'ai voulu tester autre chose que Ikea, grave erreur. Le stratifié se barre alors que j'ai été livré hier et une des chaises est impossible à monter car les trous ne sont pas bien faits. Fuyez tant que vous pouvez. Je juge ici la fabrication, pas la relation client. Produits acheté à meubles a Papineau. Le service avec Monarch a été courtois, ils ont enregistré ma réclamation puis expédié les pièces abîmées ou manquantes.
