Absolutely the Place for anything kitchen related. Ive come here for years for everything from high end life-long equipment to cheap coffee mugs and silverware. Clearance stock in the basement and restaurant-grade equipment up top. Good real people behind the counters. There used to be parrots hiding in there somewhere too but i didnt see them the last time i was there

On y trouve des articles de cuisine introuvables ailleurs. Ils ont de formidables petits couteaux de cuisine, depuis je ne veux plus autre chose!

Great shop! Large selection, competitive prices. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

To Be honest. Monas is a decent store for tools and kitchen equipment and here is my full review of it.
The Best:
A) It’s a large store.
B) It has many cooking equipment and tools that you can find.
C) Its in downtown so location is good.
D) The store has kitchen tools and good equipment.
E) It has a liquidation section in the basement.
F) Customer service is decent here.
The worst:
A) The store needs to renovate ASAP.
B) Most items are not fully stocked.
C) They need to clean up and spruce up the store.
Some of the items there are like of not good quality.
D) They need to be clear on pricing and maybe signs to on where to get the items.
Other than this store is decent. A little pricey for my budget but many cooking schools in the city use this store to sell their products thru a third party like this one.

Possibly the rudest staff out of any establishment I've ever been to. They constantly think you're stealing and follow you around the store. The employees always seem to be screaming and arguing with each other. My friends and I have all experienced this and are too afraid to step foot in Monas. It's so unfortunate because they have amazing cookware that is really affordable.
