La compagnie Mondev NE RESPECTE PAS SES ENGAGEMENTS envers ses clients. J'habite dans un de leurs blocs depuis bientôt 3 ans. Lors de la signature du bail l'an dernier, la personne en charge (Jacob Lebel) m'a confirmé par écrit que je pourrais METTRE FIN À MON BAIL LE 30 JUIN, et ce, SANS FRAIS ADDITIONNELS. La compagnie Mondev exige que les baux soient d'un minimum de 12 mois. Ainsi, sur papier, mon bail finit théoriquement le 31 juillet. Or, avant de signer mon bail pour l'année 2022-2023, je me suis assurée que je pourrais y mettre un terme 1 mois plus tôt. C'est ce que la personne en charge (Jacob Lebel) m'a confirmé. La compagnie veut me charger 250$ simplement POUR OPÉRER UN SIMPLE CHANGEMENT DE DATES.

Mondev has 0 empathy for tenants around its numerous construction sites whose teams are currently going against the city bylaws, construction times and peoples right to peace at night.

I just wrapped up a two-year stay at Mondev Zenith apartment. The location is a winner - a 10-min walk to the always lively Place des Arts. The apartment's design is sleek and modern, yet welcoming. The management was always responsive- any time I needed something fixed, they were on it. Can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a place in Montreal.

TRÈS DÉÇU. MAL INSONORISÉ. TRÈS TRÈS TRÈS MAL FAIT. J'ai acheté un condo de Mondev et j'ai hâte de m'en débarrasser. Il n'y a aucune insonorisation dans mon bloc à condos. J'entend les gens parler au bout du couloir quand je suis dans ma cuisine et je n'exagère même pas. J'entends les bruits en provenance des condos avoisinants à chaque jour. Si la tranquillité en condo est l'une de vos priorités, continuez vos recherches. Je suis très déçu. Mauvaise qualité de construction.

My wife and I are very happy with our decision to buy our new home built by Mondev. The sales representative Robert and the service from our first visit and right up to move in date and beyond has been very professional and excellent. Any service requests sent are responded very quickly. We would highly recommend Mondev to our friends and family. Thank you for the great experience as a first time homebuyer.

Terrible developer, who ruined a green Oasis in old mtl that is going to block several Centurian old buildings with a mega mall concrete blob of inelegance! I will never rent or buy from them.

My experience with Zenith has been amazing! Marisa is extremely helpful, understanding and timely when handling more sensitive issues. She makes herself readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns, and does so with a very positive energy. Her attention and professionalism has made for a very positive experience with Zenith!

I absolutely love living in one of the Mondev apartments in the Southwest borough of Montreal. The team at Mondev, namely Alexandra Markos, is helpful and accessible at all times. I have nothing but the utmost gratitude toward her and Mondev.

Je sais pas ce que je voudrais dire! Je cherchais un apartment à Griffintown sur le site de Mondev. Je ne me sens pas que l’agent là était sérieux dans l’acquisition de nouveaux arrivants. Peut-être tellement occupé, mais dois jongler avec ses priorités. Après avoir reçu le courriel avec des informations, j’en ai envoyé un pour visiter la location. Donc, après plusieurs tentatives, (il répond pas), j’ai finalement pris un rendez-vous avec lui. J’étais étonné de découvrir qu’il envoie quelqu’un d’autre de me voir au moment de la rencontre! Bien que l’autre personne était très gentille, au moins il aurait dû s’excuser de ne pas m’avoir rencontré. Alors, j’ai loué ailleurs, ou le traitement était de grande class.

J'ai signé un contrat avec Mondev, un studio à Myriad. Excellent! Près de l'université, beau bâtiment, appartement avec les caractéristiques dont j'avais besoin. Marisa et Paris super polis et très attentifs! Elles m'ont envoyé toutes les informations que j'ai demandées, c'était génial! Que ce soit le début d'une longue relation et d'un long partenariat!

Promoteur n’a pas respecté la finition des terrasses. Les terrasses sont inutilisables et ça n’a jamais terminé le produit. Aussi matériaux de piètre qualité et déjà tout brisés après 1 an. A éviter Svp.

Magnifique condo une vue périphérique entre jacques quartier et le mont royal du levé au coucher du soleil espace communs bien entretenu place pour les véhicules électrique

We definitely have a positive experience with Mondev at the Myriade. The manager Alexandra has been extremely helpful showing us the units and addressing our concerns. Based on my experience I can recommend Mondev units either to rent or to purchase (I have done both). Their team is superb and caring!
