Mondo Payments

We've been with Mondo Payments for 5+ years now and couldn't be happier we switched to them. Very responsive support, very good AML/fraud controls and checks, and an easy ongoing relationship with the same person who initially approached us for our business: Michael Nemeroff, VP Sales and Integrated Service.

Very customer focused, and the transactional nature of the relationship is clear and effective: We give them our volume to process, they make it easy and give us very good rates, hardware, options, and support. Hard to go wrong! Their statements are clear and transparent, too, and the web portal for metrics and account info is modern and user friendly.

Excellent service avec Olivier Laflamme, étant une cliente très exigent et avec la négociation pas facile Olivier a su répondre aux besoins de notre organisme avec des prix qui battent la concurrence. Il n'as pas juste voulu vendre son produit il a su travailler sur notre dossier et nous proposer un produit qui nous convient afin de faire le maximum d'économies. Je le recommande fortement.

Une compagnie qui est là seulement pour vous vendre mes quand on a besoin d’aide il nous laisse tomber et nous dise de s’arranger par nous mêmes

Unbelievably disappointing. The customer service is incredibly terrible. Save the time and energy and go with a reputable company that represents GOOD companies. NOT a sales team that will sell you whatever they can and not have the audacity to deal with you when you have major issues with the company they set you up with. If I could rate this -2 Stars, I would.

Awesome, I was dealing with Parham. You can ask him million questions still won't get upset. He helped me to cancel my contract with other company. Every thing is transparent. Easy to deal with them.

I start working with Mondo 5 moths ago and the person who take care for my account was incredible. Her name is Carolyn Betchinski from the beginning she was super. Very professional and quick. Always returning my calls, We need more people like Carolyn.

I've been using the clover flex with Mondo for a couple months right now and I love it! Carolyn, my account manager, is so helpful and kind. She got me set up with exactly what I need and answers the phone when I have a question.

Everything is a little smoother and easier now.

We switched to Elavon through Mondo Payments and have saved A LOT of money running our small business! Thanks to Michael Nemeroff and Ian for giving us tools for success.

As a business owner I received many - MANY - calls from different Credit Card providers and I always hang up or just said. Thank you but not thank you.because I have had a very bad experiences in the past. I was with Moneris and they mail me a letter saying that they will increase their fees. And I was ok'ing for another solution when I received a call from Carolyn Betchinski. I didn't believe her at the beginning but she was so profesional and not "pushing" that I finally - after ask Moneris to match Mondo Payments's offer and they couldn't do it - call Carolyn and sign up with them. It's has been a pleasant change and the most important thing.we are saving a lot of money every single day. The rates are HALF of what we were paying! Thank you Carolyn for been patient with me - I know I am not easy -

I have used many companies for my Debit/Credit Payment solution/POS but Mondo has given me an excellent service because they have Professional sales person like Mr. Raed, Thank you Mr. Raed for your satisfied professional service,

Raed provided The Falafel Spot with the best customer service hands down. I am so happy we ended up with Raed as our account manager. As a new business owner I had no idea how to set up the Clover and Raed walked me through the process and followed up with me daily as we opened our restaurant. 5 stars for amazing customer service, friendly and helpful demeanour! This is worst company ever seen in my experience. I switched from square. They are holding my funds since 21st june 2022 approximately 5k.when I called them they said there is a security check and funds will be available 2 to 4days. Now its been 20days no one answer and no reply but they are taking monthly service charges.strongly I don't recommend this company.

Sales call at the store while we were busy - told clerk we were busy.the clerk - SASHA COTE - responded "I highly doubt that" and hung up. I would never deal with a company that treats a new customer so rudely. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

Fantastic service. It was absolutely painless to switch over and their system is working great from the moment we plugged it in.

I contacted Mondo Payments the of summer 2019. I just experiend huge price increases from my former POS provider. Anthony took my call and the service was incredibly fast. Within a couple days I had a new service provided and WAY lower rates. I saved so much money!

We just opened our second location (today). I had completely forgotten to secure a second POS terminal. I called Anthony yesterday in a panic. In less than 24 hours he opened our second account, confirmed the same rates I had before, and he even delievery the terminal today to my location.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! If you have a business, switching to Mondo Payments is a must. And for the best service, ask for Anthony.
