Bonjour je dois venir à Montréal j'habite en France avez vous des croquettes HILLS, Merci.

Je prends la peine d’appeler pour demander s’ils ont de la litière de silice en vrac. Ils me disent oui, je fais 20 min d’auto pour m’y rendre, j’arrive et ils n’en n’ont pas. Dernière fois que je suis venue ils n’en n’avaient pas non plus, vraiment déçue de cette succursale. Allez ailleurs!

It blows my mind, the extent of luxury and cost we afford our pets. When I think of the complex array of inequalities, I am baffled. This store is well laid out, quite small quite convenient. Products for animals range from house-brand to the still contentious raw food brands. Having a pet is a wonky luxury, this is a store for that. It is not cheap. Street parking is surprisingly good, given its location on one of the plateaux main arteries, on Mount Royal Ave.

Employées tres gentilles, serviables et de bons conseils. Les essais sur place pour les chiens sont vraiment un plus! Beaucoup de varietés et choix

I don't know what happened, but the stores selection has become not only sparse but higher prices than I remember for standard products. For example, you can buy filters for fountains here but they're very rarely in stock at the two Mondou's I go to and are $6.99 - something that's $4.99 at Global Pets! The last two times I visited, they were also out of slow-feed bowls and catnip toys. The one benefit I've had with them is getting to use their quick-service name collar machine and an inventory sale they had during the summer where I got a collar for $2 (normally $9.99). Otherwise, the products are much higher than the competitors and don't have too much selection.

Always a nice place to shop albeit the store is kinda small that it might not have everything but they'll make sure to get you what you need.

Not very satisfied with customer service at this location. I had to return a closed bag of food that my dog can't eat anymore (his vet's recommendation). I was 4 days passed the 30day return policy, but I was buying other products.and was down to get a store credit. I did not ask for a refund. Plus, we are in the middle of a global pandemic. It's not like I can go to the store whenever I want. Trying to limit my movements here! Anyway, the customer service rep took forever to do a simple transaction, she kept changing her understanding of their ''policies''. Long story short, she waisted my time for a $20 bad of food, and when I said to cancel everything because it was too long, and that I didn't want to exchange anything anymore, only then she finally decided to look alive, and give me a store credit. Which means that all this time, she was just trying to make me buy more stuff to match the amount of the food bag. Pathetic! I have a dog for life.for sure I will need to get more food for him. I'm just not going to Mondou next time, because of this weak customer service!

Endroit avec beaucoup de diversité de produits. Les employés connaissent les produits et sont à votre écoute.

Bien situé, les employés sont gentils et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Par contre, pas de stationnement et on risque une contravention chaque fois.

Bons conseils, accueil très sympathique, la boutique est agréable et produits de bonne qualité, je recommande (et mon chat aussi!) :)

Le personnel est attentionné mais ne connait pas tout sur leur produit (ici je parle de mon expérience relative à la différence entre les différente nourriture humide pour chat).

Bon service. Les employés sont super attentionné et gentil. Les lieux sont très propres. Les étagères sont pleine et la facing est A1

Prices can be a bit high on some things but if you love your animal like family, any price is worth it.

I was pleased to find that the prices were quite reasonable. Good selection and lots of bargains. The girl who served me was extremely pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, smiling. Let's face it: if I don't get memorably service, I might as well just shop on line. But I'm going back to this Mondou.

Although it is a small store, I really enjoyed using their grooming service a couple times when I lived in the neighborhood. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and I found their pricing to be reasonable. My dog was always happy to come in for a treat or two when we walked by. A great storefront for Mont-Royal Ave!

Superbe boutique, accueil courtois, belle sélection de jouets quoi qu'un peu dispendieux. 4 étoiles car ils ne tiennent pas instinct ou weruva qui sont mes marques de choix

The clerks are really super nice and will give you great advice for products but please only listen to your vet regarding your pet's diet. My cat developped urinary problems due to food that was suggested to me at Mondou, as I did not know better. Ask your questions away for toys and accessories, Mondou has a great variety of options.

Ce magasin est mon endroit de prédilection pour gâter et chérir mon petit chien. Il y a de tout, un excellent service souriant et personnalisé. Je fais couper les griffes à mon chien gratuitement une fin de semaine sur deux.

Mondou is one of the best retailer for pets in Montreal. Professional and friendly stuff, good prices and there always are attractive promotions.

Très bon magasin certains mondou ont même un service de toilettage pour les chiens prochainement ils vont le faire pour les chats aussi
