Mondou

Brought our family member for a bath last week. Brought him for a nail trim this week. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

I regularly pass by there for my cats food & products. Really nice variety of options and prices are good and you can become a member of their loyalty program. The staff was friendly and helpful.
If you are in Lasalle area that’s your spot!

Notre chiot a fait deux crottes dans le magasin et nous n'avons reçu que des mots d'encouragement des autres clients et des gens qui y travaillent. La voici sur la photo avec son petit cochon qu'on lui a acheté hier. Ça fait plaisir d'avoir un endroit où l'amener et la socialiser un peu alors que la pandémie l'empêche de voir nos proches.

Service is great, they know their products, they are kind and it shows that they love animals. The store is super clean and you can bring your pet with you in the store. I usually go with my dog and they often have a treat for her. This is an example of when big brands are doing it right!

Service here is unbelievably disgusting. Far from professional. I go here from time to time every time I regret it. Yes huge store with so many products but there’s all reason to buy better cheaper products on Amazon than going to this store filled with spoiled brats

The line for the cash nearly reached the back of the store but they only had one cash. They said their system could not take more than one cash open at a time. So if you need to go to mondou be prepared to wait at least 20min

Super clean store with friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a gift for a puppy & the staff was very knowledgeable about the different types of toys.

Excellent service, good variety of goods for cats and dogs primarily. They also have an online catalog for ordering product they don't have in their store with a fast delivery (about 3 days estimation).

Very friendly staff. I frequently have to order out of stock food for my pet and they make it a breeze by ordering it for me. Well stocked store and good choices for both dogs and cats.
