Je regarde c'est écrit commande complèter car j'ai demandé une cueillette en magasin je vais en magasin et je regarde ils ont tous se que j'ai commandé mais pas ma commande je leur demande pouvez-vous me faire ma commande car une commande en cueillette se que le magasin on le stock sinon sa appellerait livraison en magasin! Finalement je me fais retourner de bord! Merci d'être dégueulasse! On est 2023 des solutions sa devrait exister mais non

Lots of product options and friendly staff to give advice on just about any topic. They're also very patient when trimming claws (my dog was stressed). However, don't take off-the-shelf flea medication if you afford a more complete prescription from the vet, which would also cover parasites.

Bought everything we needed for our puppy “BUDDY” and they had everything from high quality food and treats they also have all the toys and accessories u could want and if ur a pet lover you spoil ur pet. We bought a cage and so much more but the best item was a machine that engraved beautiful collar tags on the spot. U choose ur tag and they right ur pets name on one side and whatever u like on the other and it’s laser printed on the spot.awesome

Bad customer service and employees are alot unaware of what they're talking about and the place look horrible almost feel like the management there is almost as brain dead as the employee s i had to deal with that day horrible experience i recommend going to CHICO instead way better place to buy cats dog and other animals stuff DO NOT GO TO MONDOU you will surely end up killing your pet if you follow the recommendation of the worker there

I had an appointment for an hour to wash my dog. When I got there, after a 20 min drive, the employee is telling me that I can't wash my dog because they are closing at 7 pm and don't have time to clean the room after me. So there is no point to get an appointment around 6 because they need an hour to clean. Very bad customer service!

Le Québec au complet est après déconfiner, les pharmacies, magazins, épiceries etc ont relâchés sur les règles de la folie covid. J'ai demandé à Monsieur Sylvain Bernier de cette succursale si c'était possible de relâcher un peu car l'expérience client est épouvantable chez J. E. MONDOU, il m'a répondu d'aller magaziner ailleurs et il m'a même eu le culot de faire son petit baveux avant de raccrocher me demandant si je voulais qu'il épele son nom. Ben c'est ce que je vais faire, aller ailleurs

En ce temps de covid-19 mon expérience magasinage chez mondou était super. Desinfectant nous est donner pour le main à l entrée peu de gens à la fois dans le magasin. Et le personnelle est très sympathique!

Bel acceuil et super service, la préposée nous a aidé dans le choix de nourriture pour notre animal. Très bon conseils prodigués, merci.

Aujourd’hui j’ai visité ce magasin et j’ai eu une horrible expérience. Il y avait une chienne de race pitbull et elle a faille mordre ma fille de 10 ans.
Je me suis senti en danger, de plus l’employée présente m’a dit de ne pas m’en faire pour ca. Wow ne pas m’en faire? L’animal a faille mordre ma fille! C’est inacceptable! Vous devez reviser vos politiques et faire plus attention. Une chance que rien n’est arrivé. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit et faites attention lorsque vous vous présentez avec vos enfants!

J'adore Mondou. J'achetais à l'épicerie ma nourriture avant, mais la différence est là. Le personnel est vraiment chaleureux et conseille bien.

Le personnel est attentionné et très connaissant. Toujours disponible pour des conseils. Le choix est très grand et il y en a pour tous les budgets.
