Petit magasin Mondou, présence d'un parking, personnel très sympathique (et bilingue) on trouve l'essentiel pour son chien ou chat.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, impressive variety of products, bright, clean and attractive store.

Ce serait formidable d'arrêter d'augmenter vos prix pratiquement tous les mois. Rien ne le justifie sauf votre cupidité corporative.

Well located but tiny store.
They did not have the food I was looking for, so I had to go to a different Mondou. Good point, there's plenty of parking available.

I love this store very much.clean, everything is in its place, good assortment, I also want to use Mondu's service for cutting my cat's nails.and also a good return policy.

C'est un peu petit et il n'a pas une très grande variété de produit (par exemple, très peu de choix de litière pour chat et quasi aucune qui est écolo en bois ou en cristal), mais le personnel est super agréable et aidant

Amazing place with amazing staff! It actually shows that they care! They actually know the products they sell and have valuable insights! This is rare these days. I tip my hat to this pet store:)

The store is fine, the selection of products are often overpriced and can be found cheaper elsewhere and they need to not push the store card so hard, they will have you go through every cell number you ever had trying to find an account when I just needed to grab some cat food and get out. Enough with the KPI harassment. This isn't specific to this location but rather Mondou as a company.

Je vais dans cette succursale depuis plusieurs années. Dans l'ensemble, les produits sont bien présentés et les employées et employés sont très attentifs aux besoins de la clientèle. Il y a des succursales de cette chaîne qui ont une plus grande superficie mais on reconnaît leur touche, la façon d'organiser leur étalage, peu importe l'endroit.

Excellente boutique, petite, certes, mais on y trouve de tout! Le personnel est dans l’ensemble extrêmement compétent, très attentionné et accueillant. Merci pour ce service 5 étoiles.

The worker are great and friendly if you have any questions! This store is smaller than other so I try to call ahead to ask if they have x y and z

C'est vrai, il y a toujours un bon accueil chez eux (Mondou). Nous sommes salués par des bonjour et des sourires! Les employés sont serviables et prennent le temps de nous guider. Je regrette simplement qu'il n'y ait pas la possibilité de faire livrer à domicile et qu'il n'y ait pas de jouets "intelligents" (perfectionnés, qui font réfléchir) les chats notamment. Il y a qd meme beaucoup de choix ds la nourriture et les jouets, gamelles, friandises ou autres.

Love this pet stop, always my go to location to get quality dog kibbles and charcoal peepads, the only ones that doesnt stink are sold exclusively in Mondou.
