It’s my fist time to wash my dog in Mondou, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a great experience for my husky, and I bought the probiotic dental treat ginger Osbone (Apple mix & Blueberry mix) My dog loves these treatsThank you for your recommendations

Convenient location, large selection for common pets (cats/dogs), friendly staff, and a big area in the back for washing/weighing your dog. My issues with the store is that everything is 10-15% more expensive than every other pet store in the surrounding area.

I was served by a tall blonde, asking for a certain product and was told it was no longer available due to a labeling problem not respecting Quebec laws.
I found the same product product at a local Wal-Mart with the proper labels.on another visit, always same employee I was asking about another product which they always had a large inventory of different flavors, all of a sudden only had only had only 2 or 3 different flavors and was told that was all that was available, again a wide assortment of the same product was available at Wal-Mart.

Horrible experience. Will never go back again. Was told they would have a hammock for my cat but he was put on a metal table.totally freaked out and even hissed. The lady who was suppose to clip his nails asked me to calm him down. So unprofessional. My poor cat was aoo stressed. A few nails were clipped but i paid the fee. Will never return.ever.

Nearby, fair prices, good variety of food and accessories for almost all animals efficient customer service I recommend

Worst pet supply chain! I Asked mondou pierrefonds to order me a large bag of "pro-nature puppy all breeds". I was told they cannot get it eventhough they sell "pro-nature products! You've lost a customer for life!

Walked in tonight right before closing. Had a few questions and was greeted by Stephanie. She was so knowledgeable and patient. Even though they were about to close she took so much time and answered me with so much details. I didn’t feel rushed or like a bother. Thank you Stephanie for your customer service it is greatly appreciated

The staff here are absolutely fantastic! They help with any need and are always patient and attentive! I only come to this Mondou. Best in the west!

Superb service and knowledgeable employees. Its my first owning a dog and I don't know much about them but with their expertise they guided me every step of the way which gave me great confidence as a first time owner! Highly recommend.they are the best!

The staff was really helpful. A little bit pricey. For me it was ok because I feel that I paid for the advise more than the product.
