Monsieur Muffler

I took my car here as an emergency and they repaired 3 axels in which had been bent after an accident. However, after all was done I drove off and noticed a heavy vibration coming from the back wheel that wasn't present before I brought in my car. I went back and asked what it was and they said it was an old wheel barring that had already been like that when they brought it in.regardless of that, I asked the mechanic if it was safe to drive multiple times, and they assured me it was. They advised me to "get it done sooner than late" so I planned the repair for the next week. Come the following day and I'm driving on the highway and the back wheel gets so bad that the car starts swerving on the road and becoming a hazard. I ended up having to tow my car to the nearest mechanic for the repair which cost me an extra 1000$ including the towing. If the mechanic had advised me of the severity of the issue, this never would have happened, hence my 2 star review

I go here since new owners took over from Atlas. Will be my go to. Hey, you have to trust someone with your car and I don't trust dealerships but I would for these guys.

I was looking fir a place to fix my muffler, I asked friends, no one had a garage to refer me to, I Prayed, God led me to this place after checking others, as soon as I entered the place, the clerk on the desk, was very nice, and I knew I'm in the right place, they fixed my muffler, , the charge was less then I expected, good service, a lot of smily clients, of the Lord send me there, maybe you should give a try too.

Nice communication, polite, but they lack customer satisfaction. Installed a faulty valve core, which led to a scrapped brand new tire. Was told " it happens". Not accepting responsibility. Now I have to fight for a new tire, a proper business would have replaced the tire outright.

I had nasty sound coming from my car’s muffler area. It was from getting rear ended a week ago in traffic… He turned on the car on and knew immediately!
And up went the car, he found the rattling piece in seconds and remove it! Silence! Thanks again for your generosity and great service. Great people make the difference!

I was on my way to a shift at the hospital and my tire blew, I know NOTHING about cars and I was freaking out, Jacques warmly welcomed me and got my car fixed right away. He is such a kind person, he helped me understand what had happened and was very patient with all the questions and concerns I had. I now go there for car maintenance and I get really good service every time. The place is clean and conveniently located near Fairview. Needless to say that now I know a thing or two about valves and tire thingies lol: ')

Don’t trust these guys! 1. Forgot to remove my hub rings from winter and just forced the summer mags on them. Had to go back. 2. Charged me for a job they didn’t do but for the time spent searching for parts! They couldn’t align the wheels in the back because bolts seized. Asked Lorenzo if he can at least charge me half. Said since it’s AWD, it’s normally double the price (~160$)! Took it to the dealer instead; they heated the bolts and DONE!

I had a wheel alignment done late last week and they were very professional, done in a timely matter, not too expensive, on time and over all a very good experience they took the time to explain what happened to my alignment. Very good service.

The staff was so welcoming and accomodating. They took care of my problem and showed me how to monitor it so it doesn't happen again. Very satisfied with their services!

Incredible service! The Manager Giacomo is a sweetheart and such a kind person. He is helpful and honest and isn't out to charge the client for something they don't need. The person who worked on my car, Ben, was super nice too and very helpful. Great place and will be bringing my car there from now on. The prices are incredible:)

I was so pleased by the service and honesty of the personnel. My Audi dealership told me to change all my brake pads and discs. I went to Mr. Muffler and told them that I had to change all that, and they told me that I just needed to change the rear brake pads. I just loved their honesty. A BIG thank you to Jack! One star because there is no zero choice! They lifted my Ram 1500 by the running boards, bending one upward by about an inch! If your car break down in their area, have it towed!

Une étoile parce qu'il n'y a pas de zéro! Ils ont levé mon camion Ram 1500 par les marche pieds! Il y en a maintenant un plus haut que l'autre d'environ 1 pouce! Si vous tombez en panne dans leur coin, faites vous remorquer!

I visited here this morning with my old and tired 2004 Suzuki Aerio with it sounding like a tank. From the get go the friendliness from both Bryan and Giuliano were outstanding in their service with a smile. It was he catalytic converter (a costly item) but due to the ingenuity of these two they found a good fix and I was on my way happy as Larry! Highly recommended.

If I had a business I would steal Bryan from here! In my 40+ years of dealing with mechanics, I’ve never met a more honest, respectful and pleasant person in this business! Hill took great care of me. I had my rear brakes and calipers, a shock absorber, a link, air filter and cabin filter changed in a very timely and efficient manner. Unlike other garages that just slap on parts, Hill properly cleaned or lubricated everything and the car drives like brand new. I would not hesitate to go back to this Monsieur Muffler.

Friendly staff, service was a little slower than I expected for tire change with an appointment. But I'd come back again, next time I'll just drop and pick it up later.

Went to Mr Muffler on St Jeans boulevard because Hill, a friend and best mechanic I know works there. He fixed my suspension issue and did our brakes.

Showed up 5 mins before it was supposed to open. 20 mins later a guy came and opened up. After another 30 mins I was told.

Sorry no mechanics decided to show up today.

Took time off from work for nothing.

It was not a holiday, it was just a regular Tuesday.

Went above and beyond to find me a difficult part and when they went to install it the mechanic found a way to fabricate something in house and make my original part work. Basically they saved me 450$ and only charged me for the labour. Very satisfied!

Good group on staff this year too. Brought my Jetta in for a fluid change. The manager got involved in checking on me because of a little problem that I had there last year.

Under new management. Previous reviews no longer applicable. Took the car in for a fix to a shock absorber under warranty (had been done there under previous management). They did everything to get out of it. Finally agreed to fix, then replaced shocks on both sides which I had not requested.
