Monsieur Muffler Pneus et Mécanique

Á moins d’avoir une voiture antique avec 1 carburateur et une couette de 5 fils, je ne recommande pas ce garage pour une voiture moderne. Travail bâclé, pièce montée tout croche, il manquait des boulons et plusieurs tubulures non sécurisés aux endroits prévues pour ça. Le turbo ne fonctionnait plus après leur intervention!

J’ai dû faire finaliser le travail par le concessionnaire. Celui-ci s’est immédiatement rendu compte qu’un incompétent avait travaillé sous le capot.

Le travail n'a pas été fait correctement ou pas du tout. J'ai fait reverifier le travail et 2 garages m'ont dit de remplacer exactement les meme pieces que Muffler etait censé changer car je devais faire mon safety check.

Quand jai appelé Muffler ils ont dit: " ce sont des choses qui arrivent et que la piece est surement defectueuse ou n'a pas tenue"
Donc je dois revenir et payer la main- d'oeuvre. Jai finalement acheté une autre auto car c'est stupide de repayer pour un travail qui etait censé etre deja fait ya 3 mois derriere.

JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS et je vous conseille de faire reverifier leur travail et les pieces qu'ils installent dans votre vehicule.

Client heureux depuis 4 ans. Apres me tanner d’être mis en attente pendant 30 minutes chez Canadian Tire chaque fois, j’ai changé pour eux. Très bon service et jamais eu de problème. Je recommande

Changer de nom pour accomoder les bébés gatés mal dans leur peau.c fini votre compagnie je ne ferai jamais plus affaire chez vous et je vais vous faire de la pub mais pas la bonne pub.la pub que les vendus mérites

I never write reviews, but I had to after our disgusting experience with this place.

We had a HORRIBLE service! Keep in mind that my boyfriend and I are students and do not know anything about cars and this is not our usual garage.

We live in NDG, and overnight our catalytic converter got stolen. Naturally, we went there as an emergency, given it was the closest garage.
They charged us full price for a new universal catalytic converter (350$) and changed a damaged sensor (231$) and for the labour (overall 826$) after a few days the car started making noise again. We went to our usual garage for an oil change and they noticed that they put on an old rusted catalytic convert (yet charged us for a new one). They also noticed that an extremely sloppy job was done (which can be seen on the picture). We did not mind paying that much, but for a PROPER job done, this is unacceptable. They essentially took advantage of us for a few bucks.
Avoid this place at all costs!

Very bad service at front desk. Manager makes feel you like you are not welcome.
I would never come.back to this location.

One month ago I gave this business 5 stars at that time for fixing a new muffler.
But after two weeks, and for the coincidence, I had a flat tire near this location. They refused to help. And asked me to take appointment despite the tire is loosing air.

Gérant terriblement arrogant et incompetent ainsi que cammouffleur. Le travail a été mal fait par son équipe et nous a rendu notre véhicule dans cet état sans rien mentionner au prix de 3500$!
Il est juste compétent pour faire des factures dispendieuses, mais son travail est bâclé et mal fait. D’ailleurs, on ne peut pas lui faire recommencer, parce que c’est un éternel recommencement et de l’obstination. À éviter à tout prix si l’on veux éviter des problèmes dispendieux!

J ai pris mon auto impeccable la bas pour une inspection uber, non seulement il a pretendu qu il me fallait plus de 1300$ de reparation mais en plus il a pretwndu que mes 4 pneus etaient finis alors que je les avais utilsè juste pour 1 seul hiver, d ailleurs par la suite j ai pris l avis de 2 garagiste qui m ont dis que c etait du grand n imorte quoi. Je deconseille fortement, ils pense que les gens sont des guicher bancaires ambulants

I went to St. Jacque branch to have uber inspection. And the result that I've to change the control arms with some minor issues like light.etc that will cost about 1200 $. I didn't have this amount. So I waited for 2 months without Uber. After that I went to spinelli because I had grinding sound at the steering wheel. Spinelli fixed that issue and I asked him about the control arms so he told me that there is nothing wrong about it. Then I went to Canadian tire. And the approved the car

I go there for all of my car repairs or maintenance. They are so kind and efficient. Haven't had a bad experience.

They use cheap Chinese exhaust systems and charge above dealer prices for it.

I started to take my car to this place like 2 years ago.every time they asked me to change something and if I refuse they change their tone. 2 weeks ago I went to change my tires and next day I found a big damage on my front tire. It cant be an accident as there is no scratch around it. That's it for me. I wont go back.they always find something to force you spend unnecessary money even with a 2 months old car. I really dont trust them

I went to them to have my car inspection for UberX. The wipers what I had on my car were totally fine, I never observed any marks on the windshield but the guy told me that my car will fail the inspection if I don’t change the wipers. Before this I had inspection with Canadian Tire but they didn’t point the wipers. Now the wipers which i got it for around 70$ is leaving some marks on the windshield. I feel they just took advantage. Totally unhappy

Dealt with Danny and couldn’t be happier. Pneus Rabais shipped my tires right to Mister Muffler. Danny called me the same day to notify me that they had arrived. I asked him to help me out and book me ASAP since I have a rear wheel drive car and it had begun to snow. Danny booked me the very next day and had the car done early. Super pleased with the entire experience. He really went above and beyond to help me out.
