1. No room cleaning was scheduled. Stayed more than 24 hours but no one bothered to even ask if the room would need cleaning.
2. You had to make a request for even replenishing the water bottles.
3. Checkout was such a big hassle that it took 1 hour to get out of the check out desk. A credit card that was used just 24 hours before at the same airport was rejected by the hotel machine. The card did work at all other places though.
3. The booking was made for three days but when arrived at the hotel it was revealed that the price they had charged was not applicable to COVID quarantine guests and thus you need to pay more. As if the COVID agony was not enough.
4. Stayed for one night but they charged for two days saying it's their policy. I wish customers also had some policy to be be honoured.
Overall not a god experience especially after a long flight of more than 24 hours.

Super bel endroit. Je le recommande vraiment. Lit hyper confo et très grand. J'avais la vue sur les vols de départ et atterrissages. C'est super propre et le service à la réception est impeccable tout comme l'endroit. À revenir à notre prochain voyage

Le séjour de mon fils Malko SEMARD qui est étudiant à l UDEM c est très mal passé
A cause du covid il a été obligé de séjourné 3 nuits du dimanche 25 juillet au mardi 28 août dans cette hôtel en ayant un appartement à Montréal
Le coût facturé pour un étudiant 914€03 ce sui est excessif et abusif ça ne s arrête pas là ils prennent une caution de 562€38 mais ils ont fait une erreur ils ont aussi prélevé 180€48 et 381€90
Tout ça sans son autorisation et code secret de sa CB 2038€79
Il sort de l hôtel pour prendre un taxi et se rendre à son appartement carte bleue bloquée. Il appel sa banque en France qui lui explique que l hôtel a bloqué cette somme il faut voir avec l hôtel
Il retourne à l hôtel qui lui dit c ets une erreur il demande le remboursement pour le 3 août mais pour nous financièrement c ets impossible d attendre jusqu’au 3 août
La réceptionniste répond JE NE PEUX PAS FAIRE PLUS VITE
Je rappelle Qu il est étudiant Qu il a un appartement et se retrouve dans une situation économique catastrophique à cause de cette obligation à séjourné dans cet hôtel que je déconseille fortement

Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Pas besoin de sortir. Parfait comme escale entre deux vols si on ne veut pas visiter Montréal

Not happy about this bad experience with Marriott Dorval. After a trip of 11hours I find out that my reservation is not accepted. And the price has doubled. With two children I had no choice to say ok with a real frustration. I do not understand that a (respected) brand can do this with its clients. There is no respect, no consideration, nothing, all that matters is money. The room was nit realy worth the 599$ a day. I realy do not recommande this hotel at all.

I booked a room with runway view for $680 but was placed in a room with a parking lot view and billed $835 at check-out. They have a shady business and should not be a government authorized hotel for quarantine since they're not trustworthy/honest.
I was not helped with carrying my luggage to the room.

Efficient and friendly check in staff. Comfortable beds. Shower glass a bit short therefore allowing water to splash on the floor. Great for a quick overnight stay as you don't need to leave the airport.

So many families returning to Quebec and so many travellers, everything is organized we just need people to follow instruction and there is a reason why systems are in place.

Front desk - friendly, efficient and very helpful. Hotel - very clean and well decorated, so convenient as it’s attached to the airport (no shuttle needed). Room - spacious, comfortable.

Stayed for the GAA quarantine, front desk staff is helpful.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The food options was easy to deal with, (need to order online or by phone to restaurants near by)

They refund us our last night.

Highly recommend, it's literally inside the airport witch is very good if you have kids with you.

Clean, comfy rooms. But you basically get 0 service. They weren't even answering the phones. No room service during Covid. Even the minibar was empty. It's basically a bed inside the terminal and it's definitely not worth the price.

Désagréable d’attendre après des serviettes pendant 45 minutes à 22h le soir avec des enfants! Réservation pour quatre avec le nécessaire pour deux.

Great soundproofing. I had a room facing the runway and didn't hear a thing.

Generously sized room with nice mood lighting behind the headboard. Also, really liked the sensor lighting in the bathroom. My favorite room of the 3 hotels I stayed at this trip.

The front desk officer was really helpful and kind so was the concierge (God bless him). They both deserve 10 stars and a raise!

But the hotel.not at all impressed. I picked this hotel because it was attached to the airport but I regret it profoundly.

If you have to quarantine go to the Mariott residence Inn!

Plus que décevant, scandaleux compte tenu du prix de la chambre. Nous y avons passé une nuit pendant notre quatorzaine de retour d'Europe: une vraie catastrophe. Aucun soutien à la clientèle qui doit restée confinée: pas de table dans la chambre pour s'installer pour manger, pas de couverts, pas d'assiettes, rien. On nous remet une liste de restaurants de restauration rapide et organisez-vous.voilà le «service à la clientèle» de l'hôtel. Alors, qu'il est tout à fait possible de respecter les mesures sanitaires tout en respectant sa clientèle, nous l'avons vécu dans plusieurs hôtels européens.
De plus, la propreté de la chambre était plus que douteuse.tapis sale, poussière sur les meubles. Installation désuète: pas de douche téléphone seulement un pommeau fixe à plus de 2 mètres de hauteur, je vous laisse deviner la frustration de celle qui veut préserver sa coiffure.
Finalement le personnel a du mal à s'exprimer en français.
C'est beaucoup pour un hôtel qui se classe soit disant, 4 étoiles.

It is good. Very nice staff with excellent service. But they still need to improve on few things. Overall it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Thank you Marriott YUL

Beautiful hotel, especially if you're into aviation because every room has an amazing view of the airport grounds.
