Unfortunately, although I was interested in using their service, their phone representative could not speak or understand any English at all. Although I can speak French, it was quite a technical project that I wanted to discuss and I needed to properly explain it. They lost a contract. This has not been an issue anywhere else as we can usually make ourselves mutually understood as we usually do in Quebec.but not this time.
