Je prends tous les jours les transports (Metro et bus) et il est clair que je cela continuera cependant il y a très très souvent des problèmes sur les lignes oranges et vertes sans compter les bus qui ne passent pas (pas super surtout en hiver). Les messages qui servent à prévenir les passagers ne conviennent pas toujours à la situation (ex: ligne orange qui est à l’arrêt alors que le problème vient de la ligne verte) et souvent sont très faibles donc impossible a entendre!

Bus 747 en retard aujourd’hui, le chauffeur à donc pris une conduite extrêmement dangereuse à toute vitesse sous la pluie. Plus que déplorable.

Very convenient and clean metro. Spacious and well lit platforms. Very good signs and directions. Trains can be very loud.

The worst metro service ever. Delays, cancellations are usual for the whole metro system. Up to half an hour and more. Neither explanations, nor apologies.

Waouh cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas pris le métro, l'occasion était pour la Journée de la Terre, en passant qui était offert dans d'autres villes totalement gratuitement. J'ai donc pris les nouveaux wagons azur pour la première fois, j'ai été vraiment impressionné et les stations sont rénovées en plusieurs endroits/stations, j'ai trouvé mon expérience très positive, ce sera à répéter quand nous irons dans centre-ville je suis persuadé

The bus/metro system here is ABSOLUTE TRASH! The rest of the world is so much more advanced and simplified and so easy - this city is a joke. I learned this morning that I cannot have metro tickets on my opus as well as bus tickets for the south shore. However I know I have been able to break this - not this morning tho. So I need two opus cards: one for metro tickets and one for bus tickets - can someone explain how this is a simplified system that we moved to last year? You can’t even pay on the bus with your CC in a cashless world.

Can you please reduce the heat in buses and stations in Montreal at least? !
Everyone is wearing snow jackets and buses are crowded as hell!
Why do we need all this heat?
I have feelings that people in STM who are able to make decisions here, they have their own cars and don’t know how much people suffers in the transportation.
Leave your cars at least once a month and try the transportation and only then you will be able to experience what people are going through!

Entreprise d’état avec beaucoup d’incompétents au sein de son personnel. C’est incroyable!

Never trust the bus system if you have to be somewhere on time. Busses will randomly not show up. Has cost me a lot of money and time

Leave your car at home they say. Take public transit.the subway is crawling with homeless, EDPs and beggars. No security officers to be dou d anywhere. The results speak for themselves
