I was worried that the power rack would be flimsy, but it’s super solid. The Ultimate Bundle made it easy to build a home gym that was compact and affordable. My fiancé and I decided that it would be worth the investment as we spent the same amount that our gym memberships would cost us in 20 months. We use our equipment everyday, and it’s been so much easier to work out hard and efficiently without having to wait for equipment or leave my house

I appreciate the updates by email informing when the payment will be taken from your account and upon completion of payment for an item a confirmation email is sent. The SE Magnetic 2.0 Spin bike was easy to assemble and I am very satisfied with the equipment. No Regrets!

Montreal weights has a good product for a good price. And when I had a small issue it was taken care of immediately with no hesitation. Customer service is awesome as is the product we bought.

Incorrectly gave wrong shipping info, reached customer service immediately who corrected everything with no issues. Black and red equipment looks good.

Shoddy treadmill. Shoddy delivery. No response from the company. I’m highly suspicious of the good reviews.

Cage paint started to rub off from the use of the weights and cage started rusting

Had an online question regarding particular weight storage, verified in house with staff the specs/weight/availability, made a purchase later that week.

J’ai payé des frais pour la livraison domicile. On ne me livre pas après plusieurs semaines. Je téléphone à 3 reprise au service pour avoir un suivi. On m’assure que ma commande arrivera dans les prochains jours. À la troisième reprise, on m’indique que ma commande n’a jamais été traité comme une livraison.

If I could give negative stars I would. A terrible and cheap company to go with the cheapest gym equipment you could ever buy. Will fall apart before the warranty period so I guess that’s the only upside. Rude and ignorant staff throughout the corporate hierarchy. Don’t waste your time or money. My advise would be purchase a similar product anywhere else (I.e. Fitness Depot, Soort Chek e.c. T.) even if you have to pay a little more it will save you the headaches of a refund or exchange down the not so distant road. Their products will fall apart that’s a guarantee! I would do not recommend this company or any of their cheaply shoddy made product line.

Poorly designed weight rack. Safety issues For $1500, one would expect much better quality design for the rack. For the top 2 racks, the weights do not rest on the rack. The top part of the support beam is too high, resulting in the weights being held up by the handle bars, and not the rubber part of the weight resting in the rack. The result of this is the weights for the 2 top racks roll around in the rack. This is a major safety issue. I imagine that over time the handles will be severely scratched, perhaps even to the point of cutting your hands on the handles.

I contacted customer support and they replied with no solution, claiming that it is designed this way on purpose. I learned that they recently changed suppliers and believe this to be a manufacturing defect and quality control problem. Based on the interaction with customer support, there is no support and they are not willing to do anything about this.

Buyer beware!

I placed an order for some olympic plates in early August. 2 weeks later I received an email saying the pricing on the website was incorrect and my order would be cancelled. I was offered a $20 discount code for my trouble. Super disappointing that Montreal Weights does not honour the pricing on their website. Even more disappointing that they waited two weeks to screw me over as I could have bought weights elsewhere. Finally, its a huge slap in the face that they give me a measly $20 discount code for items that cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Won't be buying anything from Montreal Weights.

I made my second purchase at Montreal Weights (2X Performance Foldable treadmill) and honestly they don't dissappoint. Product are high quality, exactly as describe and their service and responsiveness are honestly impeccable. Got my adjustable dumbbells for almost a year now and STILL LOVING THEM. Highly recommend Montreal Weights!

Extremely pleased with our purchase of the Olympic Training bundle with bumper plates. Order arrived as estimated, although it was a bit of a long wait, it was clearly communicated when we could expect it to arrive. I spoke to a very polite gentleman who assured me that our order was processed and was on they way as we were concerned it wouldn’t arrive before our vacation. And much to our surprise it arrived on the day promised. The driver even called ahead 45 mins before he got here to make sure we were home. The quality is top notch and we are thrilled to have our new home gym. We also decided to order some additional plates on Monday at 10pm and the order arrived Wednesday at 3pm. Can’t beat that for service. Great Canadian company to deal with. Looking forward to many years of use.

Purchased the squat rack bundle and it's great quality, easy to assemble and arrived earlier than expected. Customer service was pleasant to deal with when reaching out for an update too.

I've recently purchased the SE Magnetic bike from MW. I've done a few rides on the bike, and it operates well. The bike feels sturdy and the wheel turns well. I did have some issues after originally purchasing an older model. MW appears to no longer be selling that model and their customer service reps answered my queries very quickly. Although the exchange was a painful process, I appreciate the companies quick responses. I'd recommend their SE Magnetic as an affordable at home spin bike option.

So glad to have chosen Montreal Weights to purchase my bumper plates and dumbbells through. Communication was fantastic, and the equipment appears to be great quality (just set up and haven't had a lot of use yet).

Most important was the great customer service. One item ordered got lost in transit. Upon contacting Montreal Weights via email. I got a response within minutes and resolved the shipping issue within an hour.

So happy to have found a wonderful Canadian company to order equipment from.

Overall quality is quite good and the prices are excellent for the pandemic.
Was quite pleasantly surprised to have delivery within the specified time given the pandemic situation.
On initial delivery 1 of my 16 boxes was missing. They were very responsive, professional and tracked it down and got it to me in a very quick timeframe.
Would recommend them.

J’ai dû contacter Montreal Weights la semaine dernière pour un problème sur un item que je me suis procuré en Novembre 2020. La même journée que j’ai envoyé un message pour expliquer le problème, ils m’ont répondu pour me dire de passer au magasin. Je suis passé le lendemain et le problème à été réparé pendant que j’attendais. Service après vente sans reproche Merci

3 main reasons why they get 2 stars only:

- one of the dumbbells broke after a week or two. Even tho they did replace it quickly it was not a new dumbbell they gave me but clearly old.

- the quality of the bench was so so. Very high and really not at all the one as shown on their website

- I’ve been waiting now for 2 full months for the rest of the equipment I ordered and paid and they keep telling me it’s somewhere on a boat. Even tho they did confirmed to me at the purchase time that they haven’t had any delays before.

Stylish, sleek design. So compact and solid. Bar turns easily to change weight amounts - really high quality weights. The company was very fast to respond and super accommodating given COVID times!

Awesome find! Was stuck with no gym during covid and Montreal Weights cane through! Ordered their squat rack on Saturday and it was at my door the following Tuesday. Super easy to set up. Good quality. Worth every penny!

La seule chose meilleur que leur produit c'est le service à la clientèle! Je suis impressionnée:) je recommande sincèrement à tout le monde de magasiner ici, en plus c'est canadien!

J’ai commandé deux spinning bikes. J’ai pu essayer le premier, je suis en attente de l’autre. Malheureusement, il est fait pour les petites personnes (je fais pourtant 1m80). Le banc ne peut pas monter pour avoir la jambe droite (selon standard de spinning).

Montreal Weights a vite répondu sur marche à suivre pour remboursement.

En somme, ce produit n’est pas idéal pour des gens qui font un training avancé tous les jours, c’est plus pour débutants selon moi. Points positifs, le prix est bas comparativement à d’autres spinning bike.

Les meilleurs prix à Montréal et une grandes variétés d’équipements. Très bon service à la clientèle apprécié durant cette pandémie!

Service à la clientèle excellent. Nous avons eu un petit probleme et ils ont réglé la situation sur le champ, à quelques jours de Noël! Très satisfaits du produit.

J’ai acheté un support pour nos altères et quand je l’ai reçu, une pièce était défectueuse. J’ai envoyé un seul courriel à la compagnie et quelques jours plus tard on m’en livrait un nouveau à ma porte sans frais. C’est ce que j’appelle un excellent service à la clientèle.

J’ai acheté les Dumbbells (10-90 lbs) et je suis très satisfait de la qualité du produit, lors du ramassage, tu peux voir les produits que MTL weights offrent et tu as quelqu’un pour t’encadrer et surtout t’aider à mettre tes commandes dans ton véhicule, les instructions du point de ramassage sont très clair, en gros je recommande leur produit à 100 %
