I have bought from Moog Audio several times. The service and product quality has always been excellent.

Je suis satisfait de moog audio. J'ai surtout apprécié que l'on me réponde en français. Je regarde pour me procurer un nouvel équipement pour mon home studio. J'avais besoin d'info et ont a bien répondu, et dans ma langue. Encore merci.

UPDATED REVIEW: Their customer service team reached out to me about the shipping issue and provided a full refund on the shipping costs which I was very appreciative about. They explained the issue was not on their side but on the shipping side. I have changed my review from 1 start to 5 stars since now they have made a genuine effort to help me out. Looking forward to receiving my item and I will keep them in mind for future purchases.

Previous review: Unfortunately, my online order got sent to the other side of the country and is now delayed. What could’ve been a two day delivery has become a week and it still hasn’t arrived. I paid almost the same amount for shipping as my order total. Customer service was friendly when reaching out about it but nothing they can do. Unsure if this is company fault or shipping company fault. Would’ve appreciated a credit on the shipping cost at minimum. My only positive thing to say is that they had what I needed. Tried doing a good thing ordering directly from a store but won’t be doing it again. I will stick to Amazon. Wish I could’ve shared a better review - lesson learned for next time.

Moog Audio has all the coolest brands and products that you can't find in other regular musical instrument stores. Plus it's great to have easy access to eurorack modular gear and electronic instruments in general. I love having Moog Audio as my local music shop!

I am used to go to the Moog Audio store on St-Laurent boulevard in Montreal, it's a nice place where they have a lot of choices and the staff is always there to help you choose the best piece of audio equipment. Today, I ordered for the first time from the online Moog Audio store. I was hesitant to order because I needed a mixer delivered pretty fast for an upcoming gig. I did chat with their online support and Jesse was very helpful. He talked to the shipping guys to make sure that the order would be shipped out quickly and delivered on time. It's been a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to order from that online store again.

I needed to return an Item because a problem with credit card. The support team didn’t ask to many questions and gave me a full refund for my purchase. Fast and easy!

Always got top-notch service and selection at the Toronto store, that continues in the online shop. Gotta visit the Montreal store one day, but I expect it'll be the same great service with a wink and a grin. Thanks!

I placed an order on May 11 for a turntable cartridge and never got an estimated delivery date.

I had to chase down a delivery date for early July.

They don’t seem to stock the products they sell online, so next time I’ll just buy directly from the manufacturer as they did.

Moog is an inefficient middleman but I’ll credit them for not charging more than the manufacturer’s price.

So if you work 9 to 5, you can never visit this store ever. I wish I could though.

Cool store, nice selection. Really not pleased with past few orders though. Had been estimated for an arrival of a month or few but keeps delaying up to 6 months more or less. I can be patient it just kinda sucks not having the foresight given that I financed them I am paying interest to receive a product before I have all the fund together. How ever the product might as well arrive and likely will arrive after I have paid several months interest. Makes no sense.

Great store, fast shipping, online store is easy to navigate, returns when needed are fast and easy plus top notch customer service.

Fabian who deals with the online shop was very helpful and provided a reasonable alternative when the product I ordered was being delayed. Ultimately I chose to get the order refunded but Fabian was helpful in that process as well. Thanks again!
