Without a doubt, this place deserves nothing less than a five-star review! The service here is top-notch and the staff is absolutely amazing. The shisha they serve is the best among all lounges in Laval. To complement the outstanding shisha and service, the food they serve is THE BEST. Everything on the menu is good and especially the fattoush salad they serve. If you're looking for a rest-lounge this place is an absolute MUST-VISIT.

Best place for shisha and the food is always top notch. Not too mention the service is always immaculate and the staff is super friendly whenever you come.

Bad hospitality and even worse customer service. Just based on the owners’ replies to the bad reviews you should know that kids are running this restaurant. And i dont even know how the guy fit though the door

Recently dined at Moonlight restaurant and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Although the food was good and the waiters were always available, their customer service left much to be desired. The way they speak or even look to customers needs significant improvement.
During my visit, a waiter made a remark that was completely unacceptable. When my group was finally finished after a long evening, the waiter came over and said, "You finally finished. " This comment was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. We had stayed longer than expected because we met someone we personally knew, a member of parliament, who wanted to chat with us at our table. By the way, even the MP was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful way just because he wanted to add a chair to our table.
It’s important to mention that we had continued to order throughout the evening, so it wasn't like we were just sitting there not ordering anything.
Despite the unprofessional behaviour, we left a good tip for the employees who changed the seating arrangements so that the guest could join us at our table. However, this gesture was more of a thank you for accommodating us than for their customer service.
This behaviour has caused us to lose faith in the restaurant's ability to provide a positive dining experience. I regret to say that we will not be returning to Moonlight restaurant in the future. However, I hope that the restaurant takes note of our feedback and takes steps to ensure that no other customers are treated in the same way. With improved customer service, I believe that the restaurant has the potential to win back customers and build a positive reputation.

Very bad customer service, we were 3 women and almost all tables were available, they give us a table facing the wall we asked for better table they didn’t give us, again it was Tuesday night and almost all tables were available we asked to talk to the owner the waitress there said she asked the owner and he didn’t accept to change our table. So we changed all the place and went to another coffee shop that has better customer service and welcoming people.

Very bad and poor services, rood owner and staff not welcoming do your self a favour don’t go there!

The ventilation could be better for long hours of sitting due to the shisha smoke sticking on your clothes.

Moonlight has a wonderful vibe and great service. We went in two days in a row and we were amazed but the awesome service of Ariana. Their food is delicious and the atmosphere is great overall.
Thank you Elie for going above and beyond in finding us a table when the place was packed.
Would definitely return next time we visit Montreal.

I visited this place with my friend at late night. Their shisha flavour was great and their snacks was fantastic. We enjoyed a lot at this place.

Worst customer service ever! Was seated as a group of 6 people. All we wanted to do was smoke and get some drinks. But apparently, little did we know there was rules that was being made up. We wanted to order two hookahs since two people dont smoke. She said let me check with the manager, but never came back and gave us our two hookahs. She then comes back and says you have to order more in order to keep the seats. We all say we will order drinks. She says okay, takes our order for drinks, comes back and says we have to order at least 4 food. 4 plates of food when we just ate at a restaurant? ! Where were these rules written, why wasnt these stated to us BEFORE we sat down? So disgusted with the service, we paid for the two hookahs (48$) after 10 mins of smoking and immediately left. Never again!

I think you guys can judge for yourself, just by the way he answers these reviews. Was looking for a nice shisha place for.my birthday, but definitely won't be considering this place given how rude the person answering these reviews are. Tell me about publicly shaming yourself: o

Après qu'un employé nous a servi les shisha, on a demandé s'il pouvait nous envoyé un serveur pour qu'on mange et on a attendu 30min et personne est venu nous voir (on a demander 3 fois)! Vers le milieu de la soirée on nous demander d'aller en arrière car il avait besoin de notre table pour une réservation d'un groupe de client. À ne plus revenir! VOLUME c'est meilleur et leur service est imppecable!

C'était la dernière fois que je me rend à cette place.

Pire service, on demande une salade au crabe puis finalement il m'amène une salade au goberge et m'explique que c'est du crabe.
Finalement le proprio après 30 minute vient nous crié après qu'il va nous facturé le double étant donné on est exigeant! Plus particulier.

Food is great and cheap, shisha's are very well done and and inexpensive, very mellow vibe with really good music volume (you can actually speak in comfort). I had came before and service was good, but this recent time service was super slow, i presumed they were heavily understaffed, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully next time its better.

Great place to smoke a shisha it’s reasonably priced and it’s not too heavy, the store very spaced with seating in the front of the store as well as the back of the store, they also have great food such as Shawerma sandwiches and mixed Shawerma plates. I personally like the chicken shawarma sandwich it’s very tasty and full of flavor.

Les gars à la caisse t’oublie toujours! Ils vont servir tout le monde autour et te voit même pas, et verifie pas si tu es correct. Shisha parfois vraiment bon et d’autres fois degeux, mal allumé, juste un gout de brûler sans fruit. Pour la nourriture ne font pas d’échanges si tu n’aimes, c’est riddicule, j’ai changé ma salade pour des ailes de poulet car j’aimais pas la salade et ils m’ont chargé pour les 2! Vous méritez bcp de mauvais rewiew!

Owner doesn't know how to treat his clientele. No electrical outlet to charge your computer, Internet is limited, etc.

Une de meilleures places de shisha à Laval. Le nourriture est exquise, l'ambiance est merveilleuse depuis qu'on peut choisir si on veut le côté relaxant de la place (sans qu'il ait des gens qui jouent aux cartes) ou le côté plus active. Le service s'est nettement amélioré et la place est récemment rénovée.

One of the best shisha place in laval. Great ambiance. Owner is really friendly. Seperated space for people who wants to play card which is good, not annoying for the people who just want to relax and talk. The shisha is good 90% of the time. The food is really good. Classic lebanese food. The portions are great and price is very reasonable. In my opinion its the best shisha place right now in laval. Good place to go with gf / after work. Opens late.

Customer service is bad. It's like they don't even care about the people who come in.
