Amazing had great service from Rachel yesterday. Came back again in a rush. I called a head. And Dovas was super kind and efficient and had my shirt ready at the counter. Great experience. I was in and out and arrived at my appointment early. Thanks guys

Not worth your time. I used to work at a Moores in the late 2000s. Never would we ever let anyone walk in without being tended to. The employees chose to tend to others instead of me, including those who got there after me. They clearly saw me searching for a suit, but I was ignored while others were offered help. To top it off, they have a very poor selection as well. Moores has really gone the tubes. Very sad.

Back in August I bought a 3 piece from this location and at first I was impressed by their knowledge only realized later that it is mostly talking and no actions to match with. I had to go 3-4 times for alterations and once I was shouted at because an employee couldn’t find my articles in store due to wrong tags and took his frustration out on me by raising his voice when I asked him how long after 30 mins wait. I told them numerous time how I wanted my fitting but they don’t like to listen and impose their own ideas. They are young employees who think they have mastered the art of fashion and customer who is spending hundreds of dollars do not know anything and shouldn’t complaint. I spent money alterations plus so many visit and ultimately I had to pick up my articles because there was no time left. I shop for half and double price in same category and I can confidently say their staff needs training on at least understanding customer needs. I regret not going to suit supply.

Charles was very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with both him and Alexandria and they provided an excellent experience.
