THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I’ve encountered in my life. I have spoken to four different agents seeking for a refund as their shipping carrier lost my item. I am not going to wait the entire winter to get my jacket. I purchased a $995 jacket. I expect more than simply not dealing with my situation. I will not be purchasing from you guys ever again.

The parka seem but it’s horrible. The quality is poor, is leaks feather and the threading is coming loose, I wore it 3 months.the customer support is useless.
