If I could put 10 stars I would. The smoothest experience and the only broker that was able to give us a result in all of our attempts. Goes exactly to the point, no bs. Never calls or messages unless it’s something important and respects my time. Very cool calm and collected and always has a solution for any problem. Always has a plan B. This is the least stressful mortgage application I’ve ever done and the most trustworthy broker I’ve worked with. You will not find a better specialist in this field. Morgan knows exactly what he’s doing. Can’t wait to work with him again!

It was that time, mortgage renewal time. I was given Morgan's name and reached out to him. He helped me to see that I was wise to stick with my present lender and to avoid unnecessary notary fees if I followed him out with another lender. Morgan is more than your average broker, he was involved all the way right until I got my closing done, he has a good relationship with the banks and following up to make sure paperwork is complete and sent back in time for closing, I had some challenges with the Notary and Morgan stepped in to help them understand the closing is urgent and being a non French speaking citizen he helped me communicate and get the Notary to process the closing urgently. I can highly recommend Morgan if you are looking for someone that will make a deal happen

As a first time home-buyer I didn't have much experience in the field and I couldn't have asked for a better morgage broker than Morgan! He was always available when I had questions and took the time to explain everything as clearly as possible. Best Mortgage broker I’ve ever dealt with.
Courtesy, kind, very understanding of your wants and needs, and best part was finding me a lender when my own personal situation was a very hard case to find with a conventional lender. Even with the hard task ahead of him he still got the job done with a great rate and was extremely courteous and professional in every way till the very end. Also went out of his way to find a notary that squeezed me in even though the waiting period for any notaries nowadays was a 3-4 month waiting period for an appointment. Super kind, super friendly, always available to chat at any moment. Recommending him to everyone i know who’s looking for a mortgage. Excellent Job well done.
