Motel Châteauguay

Si je pouvais, je donnerais zéro étoile. Premièrement, un motel, voir une entreprise situé à Hull, Québec devrait au moins offrir le service en français. "Why do francophone need to learn English and the same doesn't go for English speaking individuals living in Canada? " Je suis vraiment confuse. Je suis allée aujourd'hui pour louer une chambre pour mon frère. Il appelle, la personne qui répond ne parle pas français. "Heading to the outside reception, we are litterately outside freezing on a very cold winter day, a guy came runing in what seems like his pyjamas and starting to speak in English" Alors je lui demande s'il parle français, il me dit non. "So I say "it's weird that you don't speak French while operating a French named business in Hull, Québec" the guy is offended saying "I don't speak French because I am the owner.we live in Canada"

"Let me tell you, you can live in Canada and speak as many languages that you can" mais cela prend beaucoup de caractère et démontre beaucoup de respect de reconnaître que le Canada est quand même un pays bilingue "and the least you can do is learn both official language" Faites juste un effort d'apprendre les deux langues officielles.

Nous n'avons pas louer, seulement mes preuves d'identité n'était pas suffisant pour louer une chambre. MDR / LOL I'm the one offended. Very happy with the outcome and that give this place 1 star "ish":)

The room needs to be fully renovated and put a new look for your Guests.

Really bad motel u want a place were u can be in a cheezy horror film this it room are not up to date i dont thing the furniture bedding s been chaánge in 30 yrs very suffocating** the plus side is the dairy queen and the beach near by the location good

When i arrived, the price was 5$ more than it was when i reserved. The bed mattress was almost as hard as wood. The carafe of the coffee maker was the wrong size. It was too small and was at least at 1" from the anti-drip switch. There was only 1 portion of coffee available and it got completely wasted because the water accumulated inside the filter container. When i arrived, the room was at 17C and the AC was still active. I left at 7: 30 and the reception was still closed. There was no clear spot to leave the key. At least the room was clean.

Dégoûtant comme endroit, moisissure partout dans la salle de bain, infestée de coquerelles, nous préférions dormir dans l’auto

Place is ok, price is ok, location is ok.only a couple of things that concern me, are the people who rent. They seem a bit criminal, and when I got to the room it had a cigarette smell. Although the guy at the reception says that he is not allowed to smoke, the smell if he was present in the room.
