Never stay in this location again, I did on my reservation, and I have the pet and they charged $50 on the card even when they have $100 deposit and when i did the regervarion i add no smoki g room please or not close to one and also i add the pet
and nothing wrong on the room. This big fat woman not even have education is the main reason is 200 poinds fat stupid woman. They just lost the customer

I used to visit this motel. Supportive staff just had one bad experience that I lost key and they charged me 30$ even though I am regular customer.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms were quite nice actually. Good size beds and decent bathroom. If you’re going for vacation then this might be just a good place to stay considering you will be only resting during night time. Overall good experience

Impeccable pour loger près de Montréal à moindre coût si vous n êtes pas motorisé, arrêt de bus juste devant l établissement. Motel propre, calme la nuit, climatisationpeu bruyante et efficace. Il manque des serviettes moyennes, le sèche cheveux n est pas très fonctionnel et il manque un interrupteur a coté du lit ou une lampe de chevet.

After a miscommunication issue between Expedia, the motel management and myself regarding a cancellation, I received a call from James, the manager, explaining why it took some days to get back to me. He explained he was willing to waive the cancellation fee, but they were just waiting for Expedia to waive the herein fee on their end as well.

James was very polite and helpful and offer to assist me in rebooking my room to be certain I was satisfied. This is great service and follow up with customers! Thank you for the help James and I will be sure to book with you very soon!

Location is the only good thing about this motel as all tourtst sites are 20mins away. U get what u pay for in a motel though. We had "clean" towels with stains on them. One of the 2 beds in our room, under it the boxspring was sagging as if something was inside. It was heavy to poke too. I showed hubby and even he got worried about what could be inside. We did NOT sleep in that bed. The curtins are see thru and with the summer time sunrises u wake up at 5am with a fully lit room. Messes with ur sleep. Ended up hanging the haunted beds duvet over it the 2nd night. The maid did an excellent job making the beds the 1st day, we left her a 5$ tip.but after that she gave up and the room was never properly cleaned. She even left the haunted bed unmade (remember we used the duvet as a curtin).

Let’s start with the good positive comments, the front reception staff are really friendly and they speak both French and English. The hotel location is very convenient and just a 15-20 minute drive from old port Montreal and downtown. The price is decent. The rooms are big and have fridge and microwave which is very nice.

The not so good things, the mattresses are very hard and creaky. The house keeping lady came into our room the first day and did a great job cleaning the room and making the beds but the second day she came in and left the beds unfinished, she only made the beds half way (I have attached a picture) The toilet seats look old and broken, same with the blankets and bed covers and pillow cases they look ripped and old, the window curtains are paper thin and they are white so a lot of sun light comes into the room which is nice in the afternoon but it’s bad at 6 am when you are trying to sleep and have so much light coming in.

Over all it’s not a bad place to sleep. If you need an affordable place near downtown and you aren’t going to spend much time in your room then this is a good spot. Also the mirrors all around the bed are look good.

The staff were very kind and helpful, near all the necessities you could need or want. I suggest this hotel highly.

Air conditioner and fan was not working. Had to open the door to have air in the room. They didn’t even offer a discount. They kept the deposit of 100$ because of a damage towel. It had hair colour on it. Bad service, I do not recommend that place to anyone.

Based on the service only. Wasn't any room available but the front desk ladies were really kind.

The only thing positive to say, the location. Dirty rooms, arrogant staff and "manager". Employees are allowed to steal your stuff if it is not considered of "value" and if you do forget something valuable in the room, they believed it was your responsibility to get your things.so don't forget anything valuable or not in the room, you'll never see it again. Just do yourself a favor and check-in somewhere else!

Not a fan.originally my girlfriend and I planned on getting an Air b&b in Montreal but found this place with what seemed like decent reviews. Upon arriving we checked in with the nice lady at the front and went to our room. We were greeted by an absolute train wreck. Busted walls, worn furniture, dirty floors, a smell of cigarette smoke (nonsmoking room) but worst of all what looked like blood stains and other multicolored stains on the pillowcase and bedsheets. We came in with moderate expectations due to the $137cad a night rate, but didn't expect it to be this bad. After talking to the lady at the front, we brought her to the room where she told us that the sheets and pillowcase were clean but that it was not always possible to get the stains out.seriously? The least a good hotel can do is buy new sheets and pillowcases.
To their credit we were upgraded to a "nicer" room but I was not impressed as it was still dirty (hair, mold, dirt) but had a jacuzzi tub (no shower). Although we would have rather gone to a different hotel, there were limited options in the area so my girlfriend and I went to Walmart, bought our own cleaning supplies, bedsheets, and pillowcases and proceeded to wipe everything down before using it. We still had a good weekend in Montreal but I think we'll stick with Air B&B from now on.

Dirty towel left at the window when I got up thw morning to spread the bed the comforter had a huge spot like its wasn't washed from the last use. Not a comfortable feeling here.

The room was clean and comfortable. Outside was under some repairs, so a little messy but doesn't interfere with your stay.

Terrible. I was first given a "non-smoking" room but it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. And it was tiny, dimly lit and threadbare. The staff graciously moved me to another room, which didn't smell as bad as the first, but it was still depressing. I couldn't take it so I fled to the Best Western down the road.
