Um motel qui aurait besoin de rénovation la chambre aurait besoin de peinture pour la porte de la chambre aurait besoin d un coupe froid on voit la lumière du jour et un dépôt de 60$ pour la clé

Typical budget hotel could definitely use a refresh on all the rooms. The location is convenient to the Champlain bridge and it is also on the water so at the end of the motel there is access to the waterfront and a nice view of the bridge the sum it up you get what you pay for, but the price is reasonable

You pay for what you get.owners were straight up when it came to deposit and room. I viewed the room and it was fine for me.

Service à la clientèle absolument désastreux. Mes travaux étaient décalés d'une semaine dernière minute. J'ai appelé la veille de venir. La personne au téléphone m'a carrément engueulé au tel, la totalité de séjour (4 nuits) à été facturé sans que j'y loge. Aucune collaboration pour rembourser une partie ni même de décaler le séjour.

La personne à l'accueil nous a dit qu'il n'avait plus de chambre disponible alors que le parking était vide, puis avant de repartir en auto il a accepté de nous louer une chambre mais en chargeant 20$ de plus que le prix affiché. Pour la qualité des chambres c'était correcte, dehors c'est affreux mais à l'intérieur il y a un petit charme qui rappel les petites casa au Mexique.
Pour un plan d'un soir l'endroit est convenable.

Terrible experience, dirty room, smelly sheets and there was no hot water in the shower. And they will not allow you to leave and get the money back a place of fraudsters

One star only because zero wasn’t an option. The new ownership is absolutely shameful. Between the bugs, mould and pure unprofessionalism from the desk host, this was not a place to recommend. Rude and abusive staff and unclean rooms make this a must avoid local. The blatant fire code violations (electricity, smoke alarms, exposed wiring) are just the beginning of the issues you’ll encounter here assuming you are lucky enough to not spend your whole stay trying to get breakers reset.

The worst motel in the world. I would recommend you not to book it They will talk nicely and when you booked and going to do the check in no one would be available for you. We waited 2 hours Drove from Brampton to Montreal but when we reached nobody picked the call
