Are rooms checked, cleaned before handing over to guests?
It was just needed to crash at the end of the day and refresh before leaving next morning. Bare minimum utilities provided. Hot water for tea coffee hmm.needs attention.

Emplacement un peu sombre. Les lumières de l'accueil étaient en grande parties fermées. Le personnel, somme toute sympathique. Grand stationnement. À proximité de plein de choses. Ma chambre, la 119, était très propre mais la décoration datait. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à mieux. Le lit king, qui me semblait en latex, devait avoir un certain âge lui aussi. Car je ne pouvais que dormir sur le dos tellement le matelas était mou. J'entendais plutôt clairement les voisins mais ça ne m'a pas empêché d'avoir somme toute 2 bonnes nuits.

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours. Sur les 6 chambres des membres de ma famille, aucunes étaient salubres. Drain bouché, taches et trous sur les murs, invasion de fourmis, certaines chambres sans téléphone pour une urgence. Une étoile, c'est TRÈS généreux. La seule belle expérience que j'ai eu, c'est le joyeux petit lièvre dans le jardin intérieur que j'avais envie d'adopter et le réceptionniste a notre arrivé qui était poli et courtois. Ça plus l'air d'un motel a l'heure sur Hamel a Québec, qu'un endroit pour séjourner. Des odeurs de Weed planaient souvent.

Nous y avons été quelques années jamais été très propre les deux dernières fois il yavais des puces de lit nous sommes jamais retournés

This was the worse place I have ever stayed in my traveling life. Of course it's a motel and you don't expect much but the level of disrespect from Mohammed the manager, the overpriced low budget rooms to the racial discrimination made me feel it was necessary to write a review. The beds are made of plywood and screws the Kanda resturant next door always had puke in the parking lot. There is no breakfast like advertised nor is there coffee. The towels in the bathroom were more like rags then towels. The noise level at night was obnoxious. Was wayyy overcharged upon arrival. Stayed for 3 days had to ask for clean sheets. Ended up leaving and finding a nicer room for a much better price. I don't recommend this place unless you are just passing thru and then it's iffy

For $150 a night, I expected a lot more, starting with a cup of coffee in my room in the morning waking up.
This hotel seems to think the bare minimum is enough.
For the bare minimum, that nightly rate is outrageous.
There's not even a room phone. I had to call the front desk using my cell phone to ask for the password for the wifi, since it was not provided to me upon my check in, nor indicated anywhere in the rooms.
The rooms were not keep very clean and the maintenance of the place is horrible. Couldn't brush my teeth without the sink overflowing.
It looks like one of those run-down hotels that's just a money pit source for current owner until the property is sold off for something better. They certainly do not deserve any repeat business.

I come to the Montreal area at least 2-3 times a month and need to stay overnight/s on occasion, however, this is a place I would not ever return to.

The room was spacious and had ample space to move around. However, my stay was marred by a concerning ant infestation issue, as I found several ants, including on the bed. The cleanliness of the washroom floor fell below expectations. Additionally, the hot water supply was inadequate for a four-person room, with only two people being able to enjoy a proper hot water shower. On a positive note, the presence of a conveniently located microwave in the hallway was a welcome convenience.

Room was huge, bathroom was very small. No mat in tub…I had a bad fall when I tried to have a shower…not good!

Le service est excellent. Les employés sont très accueillants. C'était très propre confortable.

Motel was budget-friendly and you get what you pay for. Mohammed was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Room and bathroom were clean.

Very good costumer service and very confortable simple and flexible check in and simple chek out

J'ai ete tres tres desus, par un employe Mohammed, tres aggressive, racice, consomme sur c heures de travail, manipulation et semprend au personne age et avec toutes ca, il pretend etre le patron du motel

Pas un motel propre. Les plancher rend les bas sale. Mais un bon prix pour seulement dormir.

Rooms are nice huge beds but the guy that signed me and my husband in was definitely not in a rush that's for sure

J'avais parlé avec le gérant (Mohammed je crois) par téléphone parce que le site internet était déffectueux. La première fois, il m'a raccroché au nez. Ensuite, quand j'ai rappelé, j'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit King pour 140$. Quand je suis arrivé sur place, notre chambre avait deux lits doubles et ça coûtait 170$ pour avoir un lit king.

Ensuite, le Gérant a tout fait pour me convaincre d'upgrade a une chambre plus dispendieuse, jusqu'à en êtes mysogyne envers ma blonde.

Quand on s'est installé, les draps étaient humides. L'air climatisé était faible et les pièces ne sont pas insonorisées.

Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout.

Was great for a place to stay for the night. Staff was very friendly. Rooms seem older, but it is a motel, so expectations shouldn't be extremely high. One bonus that people forget is the water pressure. Much better than an average hotel. I was impressed.

Chambre propre et plancher en bois flottant (au lieu de tapis) … accueil sympathique…stationnement accessible.
