Motel Vue Belvédère

L’accueil fut fort sympathique par des gens de la région très enthousiaste! Les chambres sont très propres et jolies. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour. Il n’y a par contre pas vraiment de restaurant à proximité c’est donc le seul point négatif que j’ai eu à relever mais la vue du fleuve nous le fait rapidement oublier!

Excellente chambre, confort. Mais pas de café, seulement la cafetière! Et surtout pas de petit déjeuner sur place! Nous ne sommes pas habitués à cette pratique!

Quelle vue! Un gros WOW. Nous avons été très bien reçu malgré que nous sommes arrivé très tard. La chambre était très propre. Belles installations. Super spa avec LA vue. Bon resto à proximité. Le quai est à deux minutes à pied, trop pratique. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et certainement qu'on y retournera.

Booked the hotel driving through Riviere du Loup through Expedia (to secure "1 room left") after driving 12 hours and nothing else available. Was not aware that a ferry was required and furthermore was not running until the next morning. Called right away to the hotel to cancel however was told of a strict 72 hour cancellation policy eventhough the booking was made minutes before. Called Expedia to request assistance with cancellation and had the same experience.
Unsympathetic answer was buyer beware - if you booked a flight and cancel, you forfeit your payment. Extremely unsatisfied with the hotel and Expedia

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with this motel and the manager. Our car broke down (engine dead) in Baie Sainte-Catherine and we got towed for the night in Saint-Simeon. The tow truck driver brought us to this motel. Lived in St-Simeon all his life and knows this guy. We thought, well, probably a decent place and the manager will take care of us as a result since we are referred, but not at all! The manager even though we were referred and arrived at 10: 30pm on a Sunday night and he knew our situation and that we were getting towed again the next morning, was only interested in making money. He had many rooms available for us. Already with thousands of dollars this incident would cost us (happened on 1st day of our vacation so ruined the whole vacation), I wanted to pay the least amount for a night here. So the cheapest was $190 for a night and the room we got was disgraceful. The smallest room ever, the smallest bed ever and smallest shower ever. Even my 5'1", 104 lbs wife found the shower too small. It was hard for both of us to walk around the room with all our stuff it was so small. The next day we saw that they had many bigger and more beautiful rooms. We couldn't believe that the manager wouldn't put us in at least a decent room considering we were referred and it was 10: 30pm and we had a big misfortune. It would have cost him nothing to do so. The next day the manager talked to me twice. I was just waiting for him to ask me about my night or the room to tell him the truth, but he never dared. No kidding. We would never go back there and do not recommend this motel to anyone. Greedy and cheap manager with no compassion. And the room we got should never belong in a motel like this nor be $190 for a night!

La vue sur le fleuve est magnifique. La piscine extérieur et le spa était très propre. Par contre comme il n'y a pas de bon restaurant à proximité, j'aurais aimé avoir jn petit déjeuner. Surtout pour une chambre à plus de 240$

Loved the location and view from our room. The room was much larger than expected, and the balcony with chairs outside to sit and watch the sunset and listen to the waves that came ashore was the cherry on the top. The room looked like it was recently renovated and was very clean. The location was right across from the ferry, but even so, it was very quiet, and we had a great sleep that night. There was also a hot tub right next to our room, to which we took full advantage of after the long day of driving that we had. Needless to say, the view from the hot tub was also quite nice. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay another if it were not for our schedule.

Accueil à première vue sympathique. Le réceptionniste nous a ensuite proposé une upgrade pour $40 mais nous a facturé $100.

La chambre était correcte, mais la télévision n'était reliée a aucune chaîne ni application. Il n'y a pas de meubles dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires.

Nous sommes finalement partis après une seule nuit, et le réceptionniste n'a pas voulu nous rembourser le reste du séjour.

Motel propre, avec des chalets spacieux et des propriétaires très chaleureux. Cependant la connexion wifi est très mauvaise. En cette période de Tour de France j’aurai aimé pouvoir regarder les étapes sur mon iPad

Aucune électricité pendant notre séjour et l’établissement ne veux pas donner aucun remboursement partiel

Disliked · Due to ferry cancellations and dangerous driving conditions as it was night time and heavy rain cancelled to drive to hotel and stay midway to Quebec city the owner charged me full amount and refused to refund anything very dishonest owner. Stay away from this motel.

If you're looking for a view of the sea, this is the best destination in the area. Great room, comfy beds, nice service.

Pour une vue sur la mer, c'est ici le meilleur choix à St-Siméon! Belle chambre, des lits comfos aussi bet un bon service!

Super endroit, très propre, belle vue, propriétaires accueillant, bon rapport qualité prix à refaire!

Stayed July 03rd, 2023. Front service manager was great. Even upgraded me to a river view. Room was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. No complaints. Pool looked nice and inviting, will enjoy next time.

Le personnel très arrogant et condescendant, aucune électricité pendant toute une nuit et nous avons été refusé un remboursement partiel, nous avons pris nos douche avec une flash light et nos cellulaires nos pas charger et nous étions là seulement une nuit car nous étions en vacances de Montréal, 150$ pour une nuit dans un motel avec pas d’électricité, c’est de l’arnaque

Nous n’avons pas eu d’électricité pendant toute une nuit et la réception n’ont pas voulu nous offrir aucun remboursement partiel en plus d’être arrogant, je ne recommande pas du tout!

Super service le couple qui s'en occupe ils sont merveilleux je recommande cette hotel a tous

Ne vaut pas le déplacement pour être logé dans des petits bungalows, pas de place pour ouvrir les valises, très petite salle de bain, entendre les bruits des chambres voisines, cafetière sans le service dosette café, restaurant pour repas et petits déjeuners en dehors de l'établissement. Pas de téléphone pour le réveil en outre. Les couples logés dans chambres pour personnes seules et les personnes seules logées en chambres doubles (circuit en groupe de 20 personnes, mauvaise organisation de distribution des chambres)
