Absolutely first class service, it's a family run dealer and they treat everyone like they're part of it. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Ils sont très gentil, mais à mon avis débordé. J ai appelé pour faire changer chaine et sproket plus un changement huile.

La dame me donne RV le jeudi suivant en me disant si nous avons pas les pièces je vous rappel,
Pas d appel j apporte ma moto le mardi pour leurs laisser, ils réalisent qu ils n ont pas les pièces, ils n avaient pas vérifié.

ok une erreur est toujours possible, j en fais pas un cas, de plus j habites a coté.

Elle me dis 7 a 10 jours car Triumph l ont.

Je retourne chez moi en moto.

10 jours passe pas d appel, 12 jours, je les appels ils sont dans le jue, ont va te rappelé, 2 jours de plus passent pas d appel. Je re communique avec eux, sont encore dans le jue (différente personne) ont vous rappel, j insiste que c est urgent car j ai un petit "trip" dans 1 semaine.

4 jours passent pas de rappel.

J appel un autre concessionnaire a St Basile, ils ont les pièces en magasin et j ai apporté ma moto, elle sera prête cette semaine

Je ne crois pas que ce soit un mauvais concessionnaire, mais ils sont dépassé quand c est très occupé en début de saison ou ils manquent possiblement d employés, je ne pense pas que c est les clients qui doivent en souffrir.

Je suis déçu car ils sont à 10 min de chez moi, mais j opte pour le service, même si c est plus loin.

Le retour d appel est primordial, surtout quand t as hâte de débuter la saison.je ne dis pas que je n y retournerai pas puisque c est a coté, mais plus en début de saison

Top of the line friendly service from an Amazing family business that's been serving the community for decades.

Chris is an encyclopedia of knowledge on Triumph motorcycles especially the old ones, he should have a PHD and like a visit to the Doctors you have to be patient and get in the line up if you need his advice. When you do talk with him he is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond.

Amazing experience, highly recommended. Even through a pandemic the customer focus that Tamara displayed was amazing. This dealership goes the extra mile even during hard times to make their customer feel valued and taken care of. They'll get back to you in a timely manner, set the proper expectations, sell to you like your family and if you're a new rider will make sure that you don't get something you can't handle. If you're in the market for a Triumph, there is no other dealership you should be buying from! Excellent service!

Meilleur concessionnaire Triumph au Québec. Chris est une encyclopédie! Je suis arrivé avec ma T100 2003 et seulement au son du moteur il savait quel était le problème. Après quelques heures tout était réglé, Andrew m'a appelé pour m'informer de mes options et me proposer des améliorations. Ma moto fonctionne mieux que jamais maintenant. Quand c'est le owner de la place qui fait ton test ride tu sais que t'es entre bonne main.

Really great experience here. Chris and Susan, the owners, are the most friendly folks who are passionate about what they do. Had lots of questions about the bikes, Chris is a wealth of information and really knows his stuff. Never once felt rushed or judged, and after extensive tire kicking and a test ride I was sold on my first Triumph! Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future

I sent emails to the email address they have listed Inquiring and giving information on trading in my harley I just bought. Explaining I had been in before and that I should’ve bought the triumph and wanted to see what i could do to get into it. 4 hours later, nothing. I call and then after about 10 mins of waiting and being told multiple times they didn’t get anything from me, they finally found my emails. Obviously they had gotten to many and are to busy to deal with them. I was told I’d get an email back (as I had to get off phone myself) about options and such. A day later I hear from Chris in an email asking me questions, as well as for pics I had already sent in earlier emails. I respond along with his requests, and I hear nothing back that day either. Finally I call them again (now third day) and I speak with Chris. He obviously did zero homework as he couldn’t tell me anything, he said that he hadn’t heard from any wholesalers yet at which time I proceeded to give him all the $$ mySelf (which I had already put into emails!). Then asks me to get hold of Harley and ask them if they’ll buy it back or if I can sell it myself? What? I asked him to see how much I could get for it, give me some options, like since the triumph is less $$$ than my harely, find out how much triumph will finance on negative to add to the purchase. Give me numbers and options! Well again I still have never heard anything back again, even after I sent him more emails. Seems they don’t want bothered and could care less or are busy enough to pick and choose and not have to deal with a “complicated” sale like mine. HORRENDOUS customer service. I’m a small business owner myself, new to Canada and Quebec and would rather give my money to a small local, but I guess it’s easier to give it to the big guy competition as they seem to have more drive And experienced for these “complicated” sales.
