Wanted to take my cousin for a scenic view of the cityscape and this place was perfect. You can stay as long as you'd like for some quick photo ops. Perfect stop before hitting the road.
Nice view over part of Montreal. Of course the main view is on another side with a view of the high-rise buildings. Nevertheless, the trees of the park and the foothills of the city of millions form a beautiful contrast. - therefore worth a short detour if you have the time.
Kondiaronk Belvedere had much better view. It is not too bad, but I would recommend you to go Kondiaronk Belvedere if you need to choose one of them. Also, it is the stop for the Hop on hop off bus.
This has always been my chilling spot with some friends after the sunset. It is so nice and chill. People always go there with friends while listening to music, talking, eating… You must go, the view is amazing and the vibe too! There is always raccoons even babies and they are so cuteee
Nice place to watch the city transform at night and for tourists who havnt learnt to despise raccoons you will find plenty here to feed or look at. Just don't get too close.there are benches to sit at aswell as parking but the walk up through the woods is nice if you are feeling brave
I used to really love visiting, but they put those flower plants so that cars can't park near the lookout, not very thoughtful for seniors or people with handicaps that have problems walking.
I love this place so clean and nice to be at very good service nice good awesome love it 200. Haracters I like writing review for that points bruh this place is good so yes indeed I will review it as I have been here so I can say whether it good or not so indeed I like to say it good I rate place very nice with my phone for points I need level ten
Not worth the drive up the mountain. Although I like mountains but this drive is bumpy, road with potholes, not enough parking. The views are okay, have seen a lot better than that. Looked to be more of hype
This is a really cool spot to catch a view of the city! The small bar at this location was positioned perfectly to enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine while looking over the vista.
Cool because it is the mountain. But the road up is ridiculous. Bumps, narrow, reflective poles every 2 ft, flag people, traffic lights and then the parkings tight with impatient people ready to vulture your spot. View obscured by trees. Why bother having an elaborate way to get up when you can't even see? Only thing awesome was the raccoon infestation Really enjoyed seeing them head first in garbage bins. 5 stars for that part. Took more photos of them than the view
Beautiful stretches and views of the city directly adjacent to parking. One can see the Olympic Stadium in the far distance. On a good day, parking spots fill up quickly, so be prepared to wait a bit. This landmark also provides access into the park and walking trails. Good stuff!
The Mont Royal belvedere lookout walk begins at Peel Metro station on the Green line and takes you on a 2 kilometer (one-way) walk and climb up to the viewpoint which offers spectacular vistas of downtown Montreal. Because this walk is uphill and involves many stairs, the way up may take you up to an hour and perhaps more, depending on your stamina. We recommend you allow at least two hours for the round trip, more if you wish to explore some of the many additional trails and paths that can be found on Mont-Royal. As you make your way up Olmsted Trail to the top, between the trees you will enjoy some glimpses of the backsides of some of the beautiful hillside mansions that are situated on the street below. This hike is also spectacular in the winter, but you should have winter boots with a good grip and make sure you are dressed appropriately for the weather.
