Fuyez de toute urgence! J’ai fais un lissage chez eux une vraie catastrophe! Payer 300 dollars pour ça! C’est un scandale! Après avoir attendu patiemment le 4e jour pour les laver, je me suis retrouvée à sécher mes cheveux et la, le choc! Mis à part les racines qui étaient légèrement lissées toutes les longueurs ne l’étaient pas! Des bouclettes de partout et mes cheveux ont l’apparence d’avoir été brûlés! Bref, merci bcp à la coiffeuse (T) qui se reconnaîtra et shame on her! Ca ne se fait absolument pas de prendre les gens pour des pigeons comme elle la fait avec moi. Vous aurez compris…. Je ne recommande absolument pas!

I spoke to the hairdresser (T) about a service and she told me it would cost me 75$ over the phone.
Once I arrived, we talked briefly and I explained again what I wanted.
She then proceeded with the treatment without mentioning anything different.
Once we finished she asked me 250$ which she never mentioned at any moment since I arrived and when I asked her why she never mentioned it would be this price she said she thought I knew? When it was clearly my first time in the salon.
When I wanted to go to the atm to get the cash (since she doesn’t take cards) she asked me to pay her via her personal interac and is giving no receipt which is clearly not legal!
The bare minimum would be to let the client know that the price is not the same as mentioned over the phone to avoid any miss understanding!
I would have never accepted to do it if she gave me the price beforehand.

Great experience. The gentleman who cut my hair is amazing. My hair grew so long. Super recommend

Chrissy is an amazing stylist great cuts, color and blow dry. She is an artist.
So easy to get to.their product are excellent.

Yes i went to have my facial and threading done. The Person Dolly dod such a great job my face is shining and she was so welcoming and kind. I would 100% recommend to use there services.

Mary cut my daughter’s hair exactly like she wanted it from a few screenshots from a Disney movie! Always great service at reception and all the other stylists are super friendly.

I hope I could give 0 stars to them. Worse salon in Lasalle. The lady at the receptionist is so arrogant as if she can never do wrong. First of all I ask for the blow dry with curls at the end and what they gave me is regular curls which I could have done it easily at home. I saw their negative reviews before booking the appointment but I still went there by thinking let’s try them out and the worse part is lady at the receptionist, I am dam sure when I called she told me we take debit cards. But when I went there she was like oh no we don’t take debit or credit card and I reminded her the conversation we had on phone but she kept on saying no no it’s impossible, it’s been 2 years. And the worse part is when I paid her cash with TIP, she just took the money and never said Thank you which is like so rude. Customer service 0 stars. Save your money and don’t go there.

Cela fait maintenant plus de quatre ans que je vais voir Mary pour mes coupes de cheveux. Je dois spécifier qu'elle n'a jamais, mais bien jamais, ratée une coupe. Je ne demeure plus dans le coin, mais je continue d'aller voir Mary, car c'est la seule personne à qui je fais confiance pour entretenir mes cheveux. De plus, le salon paraît bien!

Great salon friendly staff. Tanya was my hairdresser she was amazing. Friendly knows what she is doing and you feel very confident and comfortable with her. I love my new cut. Got so many positive compliments.thank you Tanya!
