Il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette dans le garage qui fut complètement éliminée avec le sablage du béton et le produit installé.

Let me start by saying that the actual installation was very good, and his staff is nice. Owner came to check in and make sure that everything looks good.

However, the product being used is extremely TOXIC! We had an air quality test done by an accredited chemist lab, and the VOC levels were 2.5x above norm that is approved by health Canada.

Aside from coughing each time I would walk into the garage, my eyes and throat would burn or get irritated, even 9 months after the installation (my husband and I are athletes with no health issues).

We ended up being caught between Mr. Epoxy and the manufacturer (lab surface), playing the blame game between each other.

I spoke with many other installers as well and they said that we are not the only ones who have had the issue.

After almost a year of back and forth between Mr. Epoxy and the manufacturer (lab-surface) -with no functioning garage as a result, Mr. Epoxy half removed the product and applied more product on top of old one, which made it even worse. Owner (Gabriel) would rarely respond back to texts and will call instead, which I found very shady.

Prior to installation, we were never advised of possible smell after application and possible fume residue. To top, we even asked if it is ok that our job is done in October (owner said that they do winter jobs all the time, then took it back when we called him on it). After install we were told to wait: 72 hours, then a week, then 3 months, then 6… essentially just buying time.

We gave up trusting them after almost a year of lies, after 3 attempts with them patching the job, the smell seeped into our home, we had to tape up any door seams to prevent it from happening.
We could no longer let the toxicity linger, so we had to pay someone else again to come, remove everything and reapply. Since then, no smell, no toxic levels.

We were never reimbursed a dime by Mr. Epoxy, we had to take our own money and repair what he had done, which wasn’t cheap.

If he ever responds to this, it is only to make sure he doesn't lose costumers, not to actually rectify the horrible nightmare that we endured for a year because of him and the product he uses. He said that if we take him to court, it will be easy for him because he will blame it on the manufacturer, he is "just an installer".

Very unfortunate that he charges almost double from his competitors and the reviews are misleading.

2nd Review- This was the second time I hired Mr. Epoxy since the first time was an excellent experience!
This time, we did our garage. My garage has never looked better. Very professional work, punctual and everything as promised. If you are looking for an epoxy company this is it can’t go wrong. I will recommend anyone with my eyes closed, I trust their work. From installers to owner A1 people. Customer service is compared to none, they impressed me so much. Thank you guys, Keep it up!

Service hors pair! On nous a contacté pour nous expliquer une problématique sur notre plancher une fois le travail presque terminé. Nous avons d'autres travaux prévus en plus d'un déménagement nous avions donc tout planifié pour ne pas nuire au travail des techniciens. Gabriel a trouvé une solution pour rendre notre plancher impeccable et dans les temps puisque nous ne pouvions déplacer nos autres projets à venir. J'ai bien hâte de voir le résultat final, mais suite au service reçu je n'ai aucun doute que les techniciens auront fait tout en leur pouvoir pour que notre plancher soit à la hauteur de nos attentes et des standards de leur entreprise, qui sont très élevés. I'm sure Gabriel thought I forgot to give him a review. I did not, I just put the product to the test. It has been a year now and my garage floor looks like new! The cracks that were there before have not reopened, the epoxy is in excellent shape and I have gotten compliments time after time for the look and feel of it. I am in the garage day in day out, cutting all sorts of material, dragging all sorts of material all over the place and yet, the floor is flawless. Beautiful job. Mike, if you read this, you did great!

Beverly Hills treatment! Gabriel the owner manages the project from start to finish. Customer satisfaction is 2nd to none to the competition. Started the job the next day! Flip my 18 year old garage floor into a showroom floor, perfection! The two man crew showed up on time and worked non-stop for 3 hours, finishing off the job the next day! I highly recommend Mr. Epoxy if you’re planning on dropping down a rocking garage floor!:)

Searching for a reputable Epoxy Garage is not easy and I have called many whom did not

Une soumission rapide, un appel pour expliquer le processus et les caractéristiques du produit. Une visite à domicile pour exécuter le travail dans un délai rapide dans le contexte actuel. Des employés ponctuels et très gentils. Prennent soins de protéger les surfaces à proximité et lorsqu’ils entrent dans la maison pour réaliser le travail dans l’atelier ils sont très minutieux pour rien abîmer.
Un suivi post installation rapide et des consignes claires pour que le résultat soit au Max. Au départ, prennent soin de tout balayer et ramasser intérieur et à l’extérieur.

Plusieurs imperfections, tâches d époxy sur murs, poignées de porte. Malheureusement la lumière naturelle change la couleur du plancher, donc vous ne pourrez plus déplacer vos meubles, tapis. Assurément meilleur pour un plancher de garage ou entreprise.
