For the first time, I tried their Nespresso frappé and the taste was amazing. Highly recomendable! Also, the caramel fudge puffs were so delicious and fresh

The boss is so mean I order 30 pieces and my kids want more, so when I arrived I asked him for 20 pieces more. He said he can’t do it because he doesn’t have a box for 20, and I have to follow what’s in the menu. I told him you have 50 pieces in the menu, if he can give me 50? , he said if I want more I have to order two boxes of 30.when I told him that I don’t need 60 pieces, he said I’m not giving you anything, go somewhere else. It was really very bad way to treat a customer. And I will never visit this branch again

Purchased a Frappe yesterday and I was very disappointed in how frothy the beverage was with so little liquid. I mean the founders of Puffs are Greek so shouldn't they know how to make a great Frappe? I am Greek myself so I have had my share of Frappe's from many places here and especially in Greece. Recipe needs to change for the price of what you pay!

I loved The salted Caramel Ice cream ; of course their puffs are magical, delicious and one of a kind.

Plusieurs choix de saveurs, mais on peut juste en mettre 2 par boîtes, c'est un peu cher, mais ça vaut la peine! Les commis sont super gentils et très patients!

Toujours bon mais c'est la 2e fois depuis la covid que j'y vais et les deux fois le cuisinier à la friteuse ne portait pas son masque.

When travelling from Ontario for a doctors appointment in Montreal I searched online and found puffs we tried it the next day on the way out of town everything was delicious the service was prompt and courteous and would recommend it.

We will only make one suggestion of the divider (s) in the large box at least would be nice to keep the flavours separated and maybe stickers on the inside of the lid indicating in each sections flavours.

Very busy, one person takes the orders 1 person seems to prepare them and a lot of people are standing around behind the counter. Called ahead to have something prepared, waited as long as if i didn't call ahead and they basically needed to take my order back again. Food was ok.

Always fresh, always tasty, always friendly. A little sweet taste of Greece. When you crave puffs, this is the place to go

It is a nice place with very good service they are very generous and the sweets are amazing reminds me of a lebanase sweet called awamat

I can honestly say that I’m in love with Mr. Puffs chocolate covered puffs. These are perfect for dessert at your next dinner party. Corporate functions do great with these desserts as it puts smiles on everyone’s faces.

Highly recommend Mr. Puffs if you’re looking for a new tasty treat to fall in love with. We highly recommend Mr. Puffs and wish you a great summer ahead. Thank you for the great quality service every time.

Impossible de prendre plus que 6 puffs par personnes sous prétexte qu'il y avait trop de personnes en file. Mais je voulais commander une boite pour mes amis et moi (6 personnes) et au final on a du commander chacun notre tour.donc c'était 6 x plus long et complètement illogique.

These loukoumades don't taste like authentic ones but are gems of their own! The Freddo does taste like the ones in Greece. Wonderful staff. Freshly made. Happiness in a box.

I visited Mr Puffs while on vacation. I thought I was just dropping in. Over the course of a 2 week stay I visited this and another location a total of 3 times. Multiple flavors less overwhelming to the sugar buds than Timmies which is a ball of sugar and glaze. Well done on the good product!

Simply delicious every time! Beautiful place to sit down and eat. They have done a massive renovation compared to when they first opened and I am so happy to see their growth (business wise).

The puffs are so amazing! They are crispy and warm on the outside, soft on the inside. They have a ton of flavours you can add. I love these!

Puff très bon mais commander par sur Foodora car ils enlèvent systématiquement 1 puffs sur 12 dans chacune a des boites pour faire de l’économie d’échelles.

Workers do not respect the customer and do not respect precedence when ordering, service is not good, It took more than 15 minutes and 5 people took after me their requests and when I asked them. The response was arrogant and at least without an apology

Wow.succulent.un très grand achalandage mais service rapide et courtois. Oufffs succulents et du choix.

Très bon produits, mais le concept ne ma pas plus, 15 minutes d'attente pour 12 petite boule sucré, inconcevable de nos jours, surtout quand il y a personne en avant de toi qui attend pour une commande, c'est peut être pas toujours comme ça, je me vois mal consommé leur produit avec 6 client qui me précèderais.

I had the Chocolate Noisetts and they didn't taste good. The donut too oily and uncooked with the chocolte creem, not good at all. They had a line up and i guess only the money counts. Poor quality. Too bad, the first time they tasted nice, made me come back.

Good loukoumades, not the typical Greek one but still good. Service here could be better! We thought it was a first come first serve, but that was not the case. When we asked why we still didn’t get our order yet and 4 peoples who ordered after got theirs first, they just seemed annoyed and told us to wait.

Miammm je suis toujours satisfaite lorsque je vais à cet endroit. Mes enfants aiment beaucoup et c'est l'endroit parfait pour acheter des trucs pour toutes occasions, fêtes, anniversaires, baptêmes, contribution pour événement etc.

On appel pour placer une commande. Je leurs disent que je passent dans 20min. Je suis arrivé ils ont pas encore placer ma comme du attendre un autre 15-20min. Avant c étais pas pareil. Je pense que quand t arrive il fait live devant pour que soit frais! -_-

Amazingly delectably delicious. Always crispy on the outside and surprising soft on the inside. Very clean and fast service. Great price point for value. I wish it was not so fattening so I can have it more often.

Everything was perfect the service is great and the staff is very polite and look happy the only this is, their is no more half and half ice cream! I only used to come for that ice cream but you guys don’t have it anymore for some reason. Also my sibling had an ice cream and for some reason your machine wasn’t working properly so she couldn’t have it on a cone: (

My stepdad introduced me to these delicious bite sized puffs and I have been hooked since. They are so fresh and tasty, maybe too tasty lol
Hazelnut chocolate are they best.
Definitely worth the drive!
My stepdad is no longer with us but I know he's always around when we have Mr. Puffs

Very disappointing. More of a hype than anything. Overpriced fried donuts with syrup on top. Don't waste your money. Let someone else buy it for you.

No smiley faces here. Workers and owner both quite aloof and arrogant. They seem to care less about client satisfaction. Waiting times may exceed 15 minutes if you are lucky.

I can eat an entire box of 50 by myself. They are absolutely amazing, especially the sugar and cinnamon rolls. Eat them as soon as they are ready, best desert ever can't wait to go back!

The location is nice and new, with many tables for eating on the spot. They even have a tv which had the Habs game on. The menu is clearly displayed and the staff was polite and friendly. The beignets were fresh and the assortment of toppings are quite varied. You must try them fresh, they crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, delicious. We almost finished the box of 30 when we got home.

Très mauvais service client.quand j'ai demandé de l'aide, ils se sont moqués de moi.les travailleurs là-bas sont très impolis quand je leur ai posé une question. Quand j'ai demandé si je pouvais avoir de la crème glacée, ils ont complètement refusé et ont dit de prendre quelque chose dans le réfrigérateur.
