Mr. Puffs

Ordered and my order was not processed in sequence - someone who ordered the same number (30) was given their puffs before me (had to wait for an additional batch to be fried)
Was short changed - less than 30 in the box - just by 2 however it’s the principle

Pire service à la clientèle, ils font juste parler ensemble en arrière au lieu de prendre la commande. En plus, ne parlent pas français.

It’s a small Mr Puffs place, order was prepared fresh and quickly. Customer services rep was bilingual

My go-to snack/dessert place. Great variety, delicious, and always fresh. Very friendly service as well.

Most flavors are very good, the quality of the puff is great! Only the customer is sub par!

No matter which staff you will be meeting during your visit, they are always the most friendly staff you will ever meet.
You can see that they enjoy working there.
The food is delicious and 100% worth the price.

Great experience and excellent customer service. The puffs never ceases to impress. I went 3 times this past week just because it was so delicious alongside their positive vibe.

It was good but don't eat too many. Made me unwell. I stopped at 5. Not used to eating deep fried things. I had the basic cinnamon sugar as I cannot imagine how painstakingly sweet it would be with other toppings.

If u got sweet tooth this is the place to be.nice and friendly employees always welcome you with smile and help you out choosing topings.
Please respect employees who serve you no matter where you go & LEAVE YOUR ANGER OUTSIDE CUZ yelling won't get you anything.

Of the most rice bicados that I have tried without a doubt I am fans of these puffs they have my recommendation without a doubt Algona

Been calling this location since 9: 40 and they close at 10, no one picking up. Showed up at the restaurant at 9: 50 and they locked the door already and just sitting there watching the people outside

Decent. Tastes good only when fresh, but tbh, it gets old really quickly since it's always the same deep fried dough balls with only a topping variation. Once they cool down and aren't as freshly made they really don't taste as good. And let's face it, it's junk food. I've had tastier treats. This shop specifically, was clean with friendly staff. I'd suggest someone try this at least once, but I don't see myself going back. I've had three flavors and these were nothing spectacular. They were ok and filled my need to eat sugar at the time.
