Mr Puffs

Great new location. The staff is amazing, especially Maude, she is very knowledgeable and helpful! Lots of selection and always consistently good quality puffs and drinks!

I wasnt sure how u order these puffs, I thought you could get mixed boxes but its one kind per box.

I was all excited to try these today for the first time, and was left disappointed. Maybe it was the batch, but they were hard balls of grease and way too much sauce. Staff was great, though.

I have been to other Mr. Puffs in Lasalle and Brossard. Happy to have one in Chateauguay, but I think there's something to improve. I found out that their donuts are a little bit smaller than other stores and the shapes are not really round. I feel like they're less fluffy, too. If you improve that, it will be perfect for me. ^^

What a wonderful experience walking into this friendly Mr. Puffs! Both the manager and the employees are cheerful and really good listeners. I’ve visited other locations before and never been as impressed as I am with this one. Keep it up guys, I will be returning with friends. I highly recommend the drive from wherever you are to this specific location. Strawberry milkshake is my fav. Clean store, generous employees and super kind atmosphere!: D

Service was top notch and what to say about the puffs? Divine!
Drinks prepared right in front and my whole order was done so quickly. Good job to everybody working there.

Excellent donuts.
My preference is sugar & Cinnamon.
If you are advertising a box of 30 donuts, you should receive 30.
The sign says amounts are approximate, which I don't think is fair.
Worth the wait.

Nice customer service and nice staff. The vanilla milk shake wasn’t the best. Also no hand sanitizer at the door to clean off your hands which sucks.

Que dire du service reçu aujourd’hui chez Mr. Puffs de Châteauguay. Tout simplement WOW! Une jeune caissière (demoiselle aux lunettes rose) très professionnelle, courtoise qui offre un service impeccable. Sa jeune collègue, qui semblait en apprentissage, tout aussi charmante. Le monsieur qui était présent, qui m’a semblé être le patron, vraiment gentil. Il m’a donné un petit pot de crème anglaise pour mes pâtisseries pour le délai d’attente pour ma boîte de 50 puffs alors que ça n’a même pas été si long! Il semble être un super patron avec ses employés. Bravo pour la belle diversité des employés aussi. Lâchez pas, on est contents de vous avoir dans le coin. Passez les voir:)

I bought 30pcs mrpuffs and they just left it on the counter top they didint even call my name I wasted an extra 25 minutes of waiting

So happy that we have mr puff now. Instead of going to lasalle to buy it. Friendly staff and very fast even if they are busy with lots of customers. Very nice place and clean
