Oui c’eat sucré, c’est gras, mais qu’est ce que c’est bon! Un bon petit plaisir coupable comme on les aimes. Vous n’avez pas faim? Allez-y quand même!

Excellent dessert ou gourmandise sucrée!
Il peut y avoir des batch un peu moins bonne, mais en général ça reste toujours bon.
Définitivement pour les dents sucrées par contre.

Délicieux ces beignes en boule et avec de la crème glacée ce chaud / froid est intéressant

Amazing taste. We got 2 boxes of 50 and 4 flavours. Worth it as a big group.

I'd give it a 5 star but the serving lady started to loose her cool simply because we were taking our time deciding flavours. I mean it's a big order and it was the first time I ever visited a mr. Puffs. So her reaction was not merited.

Otherwise, food tastes amazing.

J'ai bien aimé ma visite à ce Mr. Puff dimanche le 5 février en pm. Super service et c'était excellent.

First time order was amazing. Second time order for a box of 33 pieces and order arrived with 26 pieces. Requested for utensils and nothing was given as well. It is not a big deal, but as a customer, I just feel uncomfortable.

Coming from Toronto, these puffs took me by surprise. I have not been this blown away by a new food in a while. I tried several of the flavours and I'm already craving it again. Would definitely recommend to everyone to try this as a snack.

One of my favourite treats to grab when we have guest coming to stay with us. They absolutely love it and have never tried anything like it before.

On m’a servi des Puffs froids et de mauvaise qualité et quand j’ai demandé qu’on me donne une boîte de puffs frais, on m’a presque insulté. Les toilettes étaient aussi en très mauvais état. Vraiment un très mauvais accueil et une mauvaise experience, ne perdez pas votre temps là bas

I used to order drinks and the size was ok.now whenever I'm getting my drinks the size is smaller and filled to the half.

La pire expérience que j’ai jamais eu, je passe une commande de 33 mcx, je reçois la boîte chaude mais les morceaux sont trop cuit et dur, j’appelle il me passe un superviseur que sa réponse était c’est juste ça refroidi et je sais pas quoi faire!
Vraiment le propriétaire a besoin de bouger les choses dans son commerce car le monde qui s’en occupe sont pas fort.

Une habituée mais ce soir très déçue… mes puffs sont pas fraîchement sortis de la friteuse…sont froids J’ai été les chercher sur place en plus!

Staff were nice and efficient. We were served within 2 minutes of being there. And out within 5 minutes. The puff were delicious and fresh. Zero complaints!

Almost like Tim bits, but deep fried and sauced up. I had Mr. Puffs for the first time at this location! Some of the puffs are hard and filled with oil. If there is a method to make Puffs without these defects if would be great. Overall, these Puffs are very sugary, and decent

Normalment elles goûtent bon (les puff) quand je commande là mais j’ai commandé une boîte de puff hier soir 6 minutes avant qu’ils ferme sur Uber eat les puff goûtaient pas bon j’ai du jeter 24$ a la poubelle

We were visiting Montreal and we went to this Mr. Puff (we tried them in Laval, perfect) and while we were ordering my small kid need the toilet and they said no. I canceled my order, I was very disappointed

Qu’est ce que c’est excellent! J’ai découvert ça que maintenant et c’est facilement l’une de mes pâtisseries favorites.
C’est vraiment très très bon, que ce soit la version chocolat ou au sucre.
Alors que ça a l’air lourd d’apparence, les produits sont plutôt légers et fondent dans la bouche.
Compliqué de ne pas trop en manger.

Great food, as always. Took some time though, especially with Dashers and delivery guys coming in and out skipping the line. Would definitely go again though

Étant un grand fan de Mr. Puffs, j’ai voulut surprendre l’équipe au travail en leur commandant les classiques (chocolat, framboise et caramel).

J’espérais vraiment un coup de circuit de votre part, car aucun de mes collègues en avait déjà fait l’expérience. Pression x1000.

Wow, je peux dire que si ça n’avait été de la pandémie et des mesures sanitaires, certains employés auraient liché le fond de la boîte.

Chaud, beignets croustillants, l’impression de croquer un nuage; toute l’expérience y était!

Place propre, service souriant, agréable, rapide.
Puis les puffs sont délicieux et les sauces toujours en quantité généreuse.

J'ai mangée plusieurs fois leurs beignes et ils sont excellents. Ils sont frais sans aucun doute. Cependant, lors de ma dernière commande, une des deux sortes que j'avais commandée n'était pas assez cuite et ils étaient très mou/pâteux á l'intérieur.

Puffs are good but very poor customer service. I called to signal that it wasn’t possible to order on apps (skip, uber eats) since it was saying they were closed when they weren’t. I was told that they might have “internet issues” so that I have to come to the store. No actions were taken to resolve the issue.

Please package your food properly for uber eats and other delivery! Food is in contact with air and bag that is not clean! Box must be in brown bag packaged to avoid any contamination!

Great drinks from selection we ordered fresh taste only downfall wud have to be that we asked if possible to have less of one particular flavour and we were told not to worry would be easily done however was not good and patience customer service so we liked the experience overall willing to go again but hopefully word will be fulfilled druing the next visit please

Having heard about Mr Puffs from a server at a local establishment. We decided to give them a try and were not disappointed. With a collection of flavours and great customer service we'd likely come again. They are the perfect snack for post breakup or beverage infused evening.

Très bon et très frais. Le personnel est correct pas très enjoué, mais c'est correct.

Pas accessible aux personnes en fauteuil roulant. Et c'est difficile avec une poussette.

Les employés ont souvent un air très bête et désagréable. J'y vais assez souvent et j'ai eu la même impression à chaque fois

Fried donuts.what more can one say? Friendly staff and fast service. Addictive dessert so be prepared to go for seconds.

These are little Puffs of clouds from Paradise. So good. And not so expensive. They have amazing toppings and you get served pretty fast.

Disappointed that this Mr. Puffs doesn't dip the ice cream cones in chocolate like the other Mr. Puffs or allow you to sprinkle a chocolate candy on the cone. The selection was minimal compared to other Mr. Puffs

Leur petites patisseries sont vraiment succulentes et le staff super sympa. Je recommande fortement pour les gourmands!

Went there on friday afternoon to try it, and I saw 3 employees all concentrated on frying the puffs. Kept waiting at the counter to give the order, but nobody even bothered to take mine. There was nobody else at the counter but me, everybody had ordered and waiting at the table. A lady from the table got up to take her puffs and paid an additional drink, even though I was still there waiting at the counter they didn´t even acknowledged me. I got hungry so I left.

C’est une délicieuse gâterie par très diète: p On nous les ai préparés sous nos yeux. Tout chaud. Tout bon:)

The place is overrated in my opinion. Although the puffs are nicely inflated and not doughy, they are super oily. It makes you nauseated. Coming from a country where those puffs are a very stable food, this place failed to make them good. Their puffs should be offered in hospitals as as a testing tool for diabetes and cholesterol level. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.
