We passed by to get a coffee. The coffee was good, the service gentle and quick. The environment is nice and the location is perfect

All Mr. Puffs branches have a same quality as we expected.
Choco-loco is my favorite topping.

After a few years this place is no longer what it used to be. First it is getting very expensive, second it takes forever to get your order. On Saturday only one guy was preparing, getting the orders and serving at the same time.

This is by far mine and my family's favorite Mr. Puffs location! Food is always hot and fresh, coffee is amazing as well! Eleni is always super nice, service with a smile (which can be so rare these days). Come to this Mr puffs if you want great service, we 100% recommend this location for all your sweet cravings!

Really young staff was all messing up distracted with airpods in not working together got slammed with a rush of walk ins and uber clients and they started to mess my order up soooo bad to tyhe point I got so annoyed with them i had to literally say u know what forget it keep my money I'm just gonna leave. Was over $40 and the cashier was stunned and could not comprehend why I was walking away. I wanted to make a point that u guys are THAT BAD. It's hard to get people who know how to work and have the ethic and motivation to actually want to work in this industry and for that reason I am fiving one extra star. But fact remains service was bad enough for me to walk and not even bother to ask for my $$ back.

Their pastry and drinks are so good. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and they make it right in front of you so you know it's fresh. Staff are bilingual and very friendly. I can't wait for the one in Chateauguay to open.

I love the atmosphere and overall quality of service, the staff are super co-operative and very Friendly especially the red headed cashier, she has a very nice smile and made my experience much more enjoyable. She made sure they came out fresh and for a good price happy to come back next time

We got fast and friendly service from the manager here! Great place, opens till 1am during the summer weekends and on holidays. When you're craving a late night sugar fix, this is it!

Pire service a la clientèle je viens de commander 3 article et ils oublié de donner 1 article au livreur et lorsque j appelle au restaurant la fille met la faute sur skip en disant le livreur a oublié! C'est au restaurant de donner dans la main du livreur la bonne commande pas l inverse! Vraiment il se fiche des clients et de leur expérience avec eux! Ils passe le blâme aux autres! Je sais pas si le propriétaire lis les commentaires si oui svp monsieur ou madame prenez en priorité la satisfaction des clients!

The first time I went to Mr. Puffs I was very impressed with the service of the guys that work there. The atmosphere was vibrant and they were friendly & efficient. I received warm fresh puff balls layered with biscotti / chocolate. They were delicious.
That day, it was quite busy but one of the guys cooking the batter threw the puff balls out that were already cooked & made a fresh set. It's nice to know that they care about product/customer service. I would give them a 10.

Yesterday, there was a snow storm. No customers for miles. I was served the balls that were sitting there. I didn't realize until I arrived home that they weren't fresh but 2 of my friends whom I bought a box for also commented on the taste. The girl who served me gave me some old puff balls minus the chocolate & biscotti. Poor service. Almost $25, not worth it unless you can enjoy it. I guess we are just spoiled since we tasted those first delicious puffs.

Lesson: don't go during a snow storm especially if she is working.

Malheureusement la politique du magasin m'oblige à prendre que deux saveurs si je veux 12 Puffs moi j'aurais bien aimé pouvoir mixer les saveurs que je désirais j'ai donc refusé d'apporter des Puffs avec moi parce que je ne voulais pas qu'on m'oblige deux saveurs quand il y avait autant de bonnes saveurs je n'ai donc rien autant de bonnes saveurs je n'ai donc rien acheté

Used to have more staff. Now the guy cooking is the same cleaning. And no hand washing between tasks.

Oh my God I love it the little puffs are so delicious so good ahhhhhhh I'm going to get more weight but is ok for once unmmmmm so good.

I got puffs from there today and for real this is the 2nd time I get them from there and it's by far better than any of the Mr. Puffs in Montreal. The staff that was there was extremely nice and friendly <3 and the puffs are delicioussss

Yummy yummy after the food the best sweet desert ever, super very busy, all good service is good puff is good and yummy place clean just the only issue is they make you wait a lot of time to pay they pass all online order and I’m still waiting to pay and she keep accepting all online order I felt bad but it’s ok I got my puff and forgot about it

Ordered for our office corporate event and it was a success. The puffs were warm and delicious and all the different flavours satisfied everyone’s sweet tooth.

Y a plusieurs saveur et Ca goûte le ciel.
Le choix des breuvages chaud ou froid aussi délicieux les uns que les autres.
Vraiment j adore y aller et le personelle aussi tres gentil, amusant.

La qualité du service varie d'une fois à l'autre. C'est bon en maudit par exemple sauf que allo le mal de ventre quand on en mange trop.

Clean, bright, and specious desert shop. The only issue with this place is the tiny font size menu on the top of cashier. You can't really read the menu unless you have a great eye sight. It would be great if they put their menu on other walls. Otherwise, the cashier should be more patient to wait their customers to choose for the topping. I was right in front of cashier and I zoomed 2.5 times in order to read the menu.

Des petites bouchées toujours chaudes dont vous choisissez les garnitures. Rien de sec et pas mangeable comme chez Tim Hortons. Les bouchées sortent directement de l'huile de cuisson avant quelles vous soient remises. Attention aux becs sucrés car vous ne serez plus capables de vous arrêter!

Quick service.nice employees.clean place. The ice cream is much better than mcdonalds! I suggest you call for a pick up

Ce Mr Puff était mon préféré car on se gênait pas pour en mettre des garnitures sur mes puffs mais la dernière fois très peu de chocolat encore moins de confiture et des gros morceaux de biscuit a la place de biscotti.
Vous êtes bien parti mais, la run a pas été longue.

Espérant que ça change car le concept est excellent.

Mmmmm! C'est cochon! Le glaçage est sucré, selon celui que l'on choisit, sinon le puff est gras un peu.

Very good, fast and different:) ordered vanilla make shake and a combo hot chocolate and 6 puffs. Delish.

These are so addictive! All the toppings are delish, but my favorite is peanut butter and chocolate!

I only had these for the first time a few weeks ago, and they were awesome. A bit messy depending on what you get, but very tasty and fun. Additionally, you can get a wide variety of hot and cold drinks from coffee, tea, milkshakes, etc.

My friend had been telling me about Mr. Puffs forever but there was never one close enough to warrent trying. Well damn, glad they opened in Lasalle! Delicious little spheres of perfection, crispy outside, soft pillow inside and HOT. Will probably keep going until they roll me out. Excellent staff, also delish coffee.
