I love this little supermarket. You can find a bit of everything. They have some prepared hot food. They have samgakkimbap. They have jokbal. They have kimchi. They have a bunch of Korean snacks. They also sell spoons and chopsticks if you need to buy some. Basically, they have a lot of stuff, considering their small size. They also sell fresh matcha cookies which are just delicious.

The meat seems like been frozen for ages. Otherwise well stocked with asian (non-fresh) groceries.

I love this store, I go here everytime I'm in Montreal, it has Japanese and Korean snacks that arent available elsewhere and most are at very reasonable costs.

Revisited store after a few years. I have good memories of this place but today I went, I bought a kimchi onigiri and it was so salty I felt the salt grains, and embarrassingly small portion of filling inside…. Like it was spread the thinnnest possible on the rice. It’s disappointing. I’m hoping it’s a one-off situation. Keeping 4 stars because I received good service and they have a good selection of other products.

My favorite place for asian groceries. My mom needed mirin without corn syrup and it was the only store that had it. I love the kimbap and the homemade kimchi is so good!

My favorite asian store in MTL. Affordable, with freshly made meals made every day, couldn’t hope for better.

Nice small little Korean/Japanese convenience store in the restaurant-filled southern sector of Ste-Catherine. Fresh (samgak) gimbap, poke bowls, various drinks, Asian chips and snacks, frozen goods, and a wide variety of Korean and Japanese rice and dried noodles in stock. This is the Ste-Catherine branch of Montréal Korean and Japanese Foods, whose main store is in Monkland. This one focuses on inexpensive fresh or easy-to-prepare meals for the hungry student or passerby. If you're looking to do your groceries here, you'll only find the most basic ingredients for soups to accompany a larger meal made with ingredients from elsewhere; as such, you won't find fresh fruits or meats here.

This grocery store is a hidden gem for fast, fresh, and inexpensive food. They're also so nice, always making a fresh veggie kimbap for me (since I don't eat fish). The crispy fried tofu was incredible too.

I always come here just for the onigiri! It’s the best! I wish they deliver to the south shore! Or open a franchise there! It has a pretty good selection of food and treats!

Probably one of the best Korean/japanese grocery! I swear i found everything i was looking for. From gochujang to soy sauce!

This is one of the best Asian supermarché, especially if you need Korean stuffs! They have a lot of products options and the most important thing is the price is very good!

This is a great little gem in the neighborhood. Recently they've started a freshly prepared ready-to-go food counter with sushi, those roce triangle snack things, even general tao chicken sometimes.
As someone who doesn't like cooking, they see me often haha

I don't usually write reviews but the service is too impeccable and the food is too good+fresh for me not to. They have a wiiiide range of different foods, either made on the spot or grocery items and the freshness is a+ for everything always. The woman at the cash is also extremely welcoming and nice. Great spot.

J'ai adoré! Pour être honnête j'avais un peu peur que les ingrédients ne soient pas traduis vus que je ne mange pas de viande et je ne bois pas d'alcool mais ne vous inquiéter pas tout est traduit en français et en anglais!
Les produits étaient à bas prix comparé à d'autre magasin asiatique. J'ai acheté une dizaine d'aliments et cela m'a couté une trentaine de dollar.
Je recommanderai a 100% cette endroit! Je compte même y retourner dès que mon stock s'épuisera.

Love this place, it's got a wide range of Asian (mostly Korean and Japanese) products. They have Ramen packs, drinks, snacks, frozen foods, freshly prepared meals, lots of fresh things like kimchi, sauces, ingredients for cooking, etc.
Two floors of goodness, basically.

There are better options in Montreal to buy Korean and Japanese stuff. But you should go there for the food they prepare in house. Super cheap and really good!

The ready to eat dishes are SO satisfying for the price, not quite restaurant level but a Korean lover/broke student's dream! Otherwise, good selection of ingredients essential for Asian dishes and a nice variety of kimchi (including vegetarian)
