Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I feel like this location isn't held to the same standards as the other location I've been to. The staff were pretty rude.
The food was alright, but the veggies were, for a lack of better word, soupy.

Amazing restaurant, very clean. Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly, professional and very generous. Highly recommended if you're in the area

La nourriture est toujours excellente mais le personnel est généralement très peu serviable. Il faut être chanceux pour se faire servir avec un sourire.

La nourriture est correct mais le personnel est peu serviable, et surtout arrogant. J’ai même aperçu une employée vapoter dans le restaurant.

C’est pas le bon domaine pour les deux jumelles derrière le comptoir!

Came here at 8: 20 and they said they close at 9pm and the rude employee wouldn’t take our order because he was cleaning the place and said we close at 8. We left the store and he followed us out to lock the door to the whole store, you can see the time stamp from the phone on the images im attaching, it was not even 9pm.

February 7,2020:
Rude, cold and disrespectful lady at the counter who criticizes what I choose to put inside the burrito and dares to roll her eyes. I asked for medium salsa, she put spicy! It ruined my experience with this restaurant.

Unprofessional work ethics, I won’t be coming back.

If I could award a zero rating, I definitely would.

The employee started sweeping the floor while clients were still in there eating, its very rude not to mention unsanitary.

I enjoy the Mucho Burrito experience. I like building up my own burrito with all the fresh ingredients. Now they even got the beyond meat option in a sweet sauce, yum yum yum, I can't get enough of it. For me, it's like eating fast food without the guilt trip afterwards. They will see a lot more of me for sure. I wanna try the quesadillas next time. Keep up the good work guys, see you soon.

Since the beginning, I come to eat here the services are magnificent in my opinion it is really not like the comments are false the employees are friendly the food is always fresh not to mention their delicious guacamole. Mucho burrito I recommend it.

Belle place et bon service seulement la bouffe laisse pas mal a desirer.jai prit un trio tacos que je n ai pas fini.beaucoup trop americanisé a mon gout, rien n etait tres typique mexicain. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas trop critique ca peut passer mais moi je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommande pas.beaucoup de meilleurs spots mexicains ou a tacos ailleurs! C est un peu comme le thai express mexicain!

This place is nice because you get to fully customize your taco, burrito, quesadilla, or bowls, for meat lovers or vegetarians and even vegan eaters. They have something good for the spicy lovers.the place is shared with two others restaurants.

Pleasantly surprised. Nice portions and very tasty Mexican. Just a little pricey fir what you get. That’s why 4 stars. Aside from that I would recommend.

Service toujours amiable. Beaucoup de choix de garnitures intéressants. Prix raisonnables pour la quantité. Les choix de boissons sont également biens, par exemples des sodas mexicains, des jus et les produits Pepsi.

Omg the food was delicious and the service was great. The cashier was friendly and she explained us the differences about the bowl and the mucho tortilla.

Les légumes étaient pas frais, le riz et quinoa étaient plutôt croquants. Et finalement le beyond meet était très chewy! Je reviendrai jamais ici!

The twins were really rude and not welcoming, when one of them asked if I wanted veggies on my burrito, before I could even answer she put it on the burrito. The way they made my burrito was very messy. The restau was nice tho

Les tacos, les burritos chers on a déboursé 40$ canadien pour manger à deux. Ils expliquent pas bien aux clients ceux à quoi ils s'attendent. Mais bon c'était une première expérience et la dernière probablement. Franchement les tacos de tacos Bell valent mieux. Un tacos 4$ et quelques cents.

Visited the place twice. The food is awesome, but the staff behind the counter was not so friendly nor was smiling. I felt like I was bothering them.
