One of the best Burrito’s in DIX30 loved the food and very good and friendly staff always smiling

I forgot i came here 2 years ago.
Came to review and saw i had already given 5 stars!

Je comprends que les temps sont pas toujours facile, mais quand tu demandes du fromage dans ton burrito je m’attends à plus que 10 brins dedans. Beaucoup de riz et des féculents, mais pas trop de ce qui coute cher …

Si tu arrives 19hr 20 et que le restaurant fermé à 20 hrs …les employés te demandent de ne pas rester dans le restaurant après à avoir commander car la salle à manger fermer à partir de 19 hrs …tu fous manger dehors sur les terrasse des sûtes restaurant …ou dans ta voiture.car pas de place terrasse pour ce restaurant…. Employé à de la difficulté à s’exprimer clairement …. Ne semble pas intéressé à la clientèle …. Je n’étais pas revenu depuis 3 ans …ce fut une fois de trop

Très bon et surprenant.
Et surtout de la restauration rapide santé!
J'y reviendrai.

Delicious authentic mexican food! The young man named Joshua gave exceptional service and answered to all my questions with care even when the restaurant was so busy! I will be coming here often!

Bonnes portions mais les choix possibles sur internet ne sont pas dans le comptoir quand on y est.

Very good food. Better than average for chain. Kids enjoyed their meals of tacos and a burrito, and my burrito was full of flavour and spice!

A perdu beaucoups de panache depuis une couple d'année, et qui dit mexicain dit toilette, les toilettes sont non fonctionelle.

Un peu déçue de la quantité d'ingrédients mis dans les burritos. Saupoudrer 10 grains de fromages, 3 morceaux de mangues dans la salsa à la mangue. Quel restaurant offre des tomates lorsque l'on demande de la salsa douce? De la sauce serait plus agréable. Et une chance qu'on était en voiture et non à pied, parce qu'on ne pouvait même pas manger à l'intérieur. Imaginez manger un burritos dehors à -20.

Vraiment un restaurant de dépannage parce que mes burritos maison sont bien meilleurs et pour bien moins cher.

Super rude employees and threw food when asked for double of the same option within my option limit

This place used to be one of my favorite spots. I didn't go for some time and today I was pretty disappointed. My burrito was overfilled and very hard to eat. The rice inside was cold. The only working bathroom didn't have toilet paper. The tables were dirty and sticky and the worst was that they were too cheap to provide is with glasses of water free of charge. We're not going to come back anytime soon.

I have posted a review previously about this restaurant. I was hesitant to go back, but a friend badly wanted to go there.

I'm glad I did.
The staff was friendly, and portions were generous.
It was day and night with my previous experience. I would go back in the future, after all.

Food's good, but this is the only franchise I visited where they add limitations to the toppings choices (classy, handwritten, taped-on papers /s).

So it's fair, but you'll get more at other locations for the same price (eg.the Promenades).

Just came back from this Mucho Burrito. I've been here multiple times before and had a great experience. It seems that new owners and employees are working here now. They were SO stingy with EVERYTHING! I got less than the usual chicken. I usually don't get rice and get more beans every time I go and that is always fine, but they clearly did not understand this here because I had to ask twice to finally get the usual amount of beans that I get. When I got my toppings, I got maybe a tablespoon worth of corn and when I asked if I could get some more, the man kept shouting "extra" and told me it would count as a second topping. Again, I got a tablespoon or less of salsa and could not ask for more. Really disappointed with these new staff because now I'll have to search for another Mucho Burrito that is going to be further away from me. Reminder to the new owners/staff that "mucho" means "a lot" so people always expect a decent burrito with decent toppings and meat when they come to the store. Not a stingy experience. Never again.

N'avaient plus la majorité des ingrédients, n'ont pas substitué avec autre chose et ont quand même chargé le prix complet.

Very bad service and that is if you can actually make it in because the place is always closed! They don't respect their advertised business hours.

Very very very bad service. The guy working there is in hurry. No listening to customer request. He really doesn't care. It was like he was forced to be there. My last time in this place.

The service here has just gone down and down. I used to be a regular and it's gotten so bad that I refuse to eat here anymore. Also, the actual food has gotten worse. We used to be able to get a stuffed burrito and not mind paying the price but now I feel like the employees are stingy. For example, one of my choices was the cauliflower. I literally got 1 piece of a piece so I decided to ask if that was it. I got starred at and then asked for my next choice. That marked the last straw. Sorry mucho burrito. I mucho dislike you now.

I ordered Gluten Free because I'm gluten intolerant and I ended up being very sick and having a bad reaction after eating at this restaurant. Very dissatisfied to pay 30$ to get sick.

Je suis une cliente régulière de cet endroit. En général, l’endroit est propre et les ingrédients sont frais. Le personnel de la semaine sont très professionnels et courtois, cependant quelque membre de l’équipe de la fin de semaine manque de ces qualités. J’ai commandé un burrito au poulet et crevettes. Pendant mon goûter, je me suis rendue compte que les crevettes dégageaient un odeur de poisson, donc comme tout bon client, j’en ai profité pour le dire discrètement à la commis de la caisse (juste pour les avertir). Elle a été réceptive, mais une fois que je me suis rassis, elle a divulgué ce que j’ai dit à son collègue et ils ont commencé à rire. Un gros manque de professionnalisme. Je n’ai ni demandé un remboursement ni un nouveau burrito. Simplement une critique positive.

Service pathétique! Les clients ne sont pas écoutés - j'ai commandé un bol et j'ai biens spécifié quelques fois PAS DE SAUCE et qu'est-ce que je recois? Un bol remplis de sauce! Je suis allergique et je ne peux pas manger de sauce. A la suite de plusieurs appels back and forth avec le restaurant et Uber eats - RIEN! Je suis restée affamée et fachée. J'ai pas reçu de remboursement et je n'ai pas eu le droit d'un autre bol même si je leur ai dit que je pourrais venir le chercher. N'IMPORTE QUOI!

Food was okay, but REALLY over priced. Two staff members, one of them really nice! The other one, completely horrible, with no customer service orientation at all.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. The restaurant hours are listed as being open until 10pm. We arrived at 9: 09pm and the kid behind the counter was putting the food away and told us the restaurant was closed. When we questioned him about the time it says online that this location is open until, he says he could close at 9: 00pm if he wants. Turning away customers an hour before closing is absolutely ridiculous. We drove 30mins to get here, specifically going because the restaurant was open until 10: 00pm. Last time I’ll ever bother making the drive here, and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know that opening hours listed cannot be trusted.

Un resto très très cheap les portion sont très très petite la personne qui sert mesure sa presque avec un peser tellement ils sont cheap il charge pour m'être la sauce forte yavai plus de légume la personne me demande c'est correct si je met pas de légume parce qu'elle vpulai pas faire cuire a nouveau pas très courtois j'ai manger a d'autre mucho burrito et c'était beaucoup mieux de loin

I have been a regular customer for a long time and now I notice more and more that they've become cheap. They charge extra for everything and they stopped buying glasses because they want you to buy a bottle of water instead. This is why I don't give the full 5 stars.
