Can’t go wrong with the burritos here. Actually can’t go wrong with anything. Amazing food!

Got a bowl today, rice was undercooked and crunchy, chicken was pink and the guacamole was not made properly tasted like straight up expired avocados

I’ve been there several times over the years. If it looks like the type of place you like (kitschy title, Mexican takeout), I’m sure you’ll like it. My experience was the the portions we always ample and food was flavourful. It’s as fresh and well prepared as any of the competitors and better than most.

To put it in context, the food is certainly better than The 3 Amigos! You don’t get the fancy looking drinks, but if you’re comparing food and value—it wins hands down!

Portions get smaller by the day

Update since your answer: I have been coming here for the past 2 years and TRUST ME, the portions are at least 30% smaller and get smaller every time I go. The « mucho » burrito is now the size of a large. Protein is basically a scoop and a half when it used to be 2 and a half. Let’s not even mention the cheese or beans. I don’t need to see a supervisor because I will not return. I gave you guys plenty of chances but every time it’s the same story, no matter who is working.

The food here is good. Only downside I can think of was the chicken looked dry. By the time I got home, everything was still flavourful & the pita not wet. Chicken tasted ok. The staff was not professional, they didn't wear any nets for hair/beards. Some of them wore tank tops. They also struggled to speak English & french. Lots of table to sit at and the tables were clean. I overall recommend you give this palace a try.

Been here often, love the food. Had the bowl, rice, grilled vegetables, guacamole, added on top some hot sauce and mango salad, yummy and hot

The quality is very questionable. Tacos I ordered were bland and tasteless. The person who was doing those was absolutely disrespectful to the food and I lost appetite already when I received tacos. They quickly became soggy and mushy. Wasn’t able to eat those.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a place that looks like a fast food chain: the mexican flavors are inexistant. Also, their fillings were so wet I ended up with a tacos soup. That being said, the place is clean and the food does taste fresh. It would be pretty good tbh if only it had flavors and did not turn into soup.

Great place. Always clean and with good environment. The food is Mexican inspired and doesn’t feels heavy in the stomach.

It’s not the first time I come here a little passed 8pm. Today I get in the door at 8: 30 and the door clearly says closes at 9, the lady at the counter told me the man she was serving was her last one and then they are closed! I’m confused, if you guys close at 8 or 8: 30pm you guys should change your times on the door before we actually enter the store.

I’m not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, this place is excellent. The food is good, nothing amazing but that is to be expected from a fast food restaurant. The service, however, is extraordinary and quick. I come almost every Sunday night and the lady and guy are very nice to me, even when they are busy.

Ordered from Uber eats. Great portion size! Love the burritos (pork), love the guacamole and churros and chocolate chip cookies also!

I like the restaurant, but i went there a sunday at 7h50pm (10 minute before close time) and the employee told me it was already closed and they didnt want to take my order.

Really fresh ingredients and tasty toppings. The service was good and the portions very nice as well! Were very fast to serve a long line during lunch.

I don’t know if they got a new owner but i didn’t enjoy my experience this time around. Smaller than usual portions and overpriced. Also, the food lacked flavor, leaving 2 stars cause of what i remembered the restaurant to be. Sad to see a good business go down hill.

Suis triste parce ce que j'ai été un clien tres frequant parce ce que je travaille dans le coin.

Je reviens plus jamais acheter à cette place.

Went there with my son to try the ghost pepper burrito. Staff was super friendly, and the burritos did not disappoint. They were incredibly Spicy and delicious! Definitely going back for more!

I've been coming here for a few years and the staff and service are exceptional. The food is always fresh and good. My only one gripe is that salsa counts as a topping. Salsa is a sauce man!

My personal favourite is: carne asada (steak) & chorizo, black beans, no rice, grilled vegetables, cilantro, jalapeños, spicy salsa, chipotle sauce, sour cream, guacamole and some death by Johnny hot sauce. If you mucho size that it'll weigh about 4 lbs. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is doubtless one of the coolest restaurants in the neighborhood. Every time I go there I am very satisfied. They keep their high standard service and the highest level of cooking they give. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

I always enjoy the fresh burritos custom made with amazing ingredients but today was way EXTRA. I live in DDO and only can order via Uber Eatz. Today the driver really screwed up. Despite the restaurant notifying him he brought an entirely wrong order and refused to go back to fix his mistake when Much Burrito reached out. Would you believe a wonderful woman I assumed has an ownership role, upon finding out I’m disabled and can’t go out to fix the mistake so she drove the order from Laval on her own.

I go to this excellent place once a month since I love the good air that is exist in this restaurant. The staff is awfuly attentive and well trained. The service is very efficient. Also, the food they cook is good. I ate there often and I was always joyful. The cost is honest. I suggest this place to to all.

My first time there and what a wonderful experience, the food was incredible, and the service was more than awesome. I'll take my family next time.

We went to Vietnamese Miss Pho resto next door. Service and food were awesome, excellent and for sure will come back and recommend to all friends. We haven't try Mexican resto yet. Review os gor Miss Pho Resto.

Where to begin.
1. Employees are trembling at the thought of making a mistake with a draconian boss.
2. Asked for a kids burrito but unwrapped and was basically yelled at as a customer. (I stood there in awe)
3. They count every rice grain they give you afraid they will get yelled at for giving away too much produce.
4. Attempted to charge me 1$ for a tortilla that I would have gotten with the kids meal anyway but asked on the side.
5. Counted every nacho chip they gave away with a kids meal, took some out of the bag after boss judged it to be too much for a kids meal.
6. Gave regular salsa pack 125ml instead of 75ml pack.reopened a stapled bag to exchange it with smaller salsa pack.
7. Accidentally toasted two kids size tortillas instead of one, walked back, unwrapped aluminum foil, took out second tortilla and threw it out as it was tossed.
8. Do you need any more reason to never go back again?

I seriously dare you to:
A. NOT comment on this point with a pointless “thank you for your comment david, we will look into this situation IMMEDIATELY” and apologize instead to every single customer that has taken the time to write a review and whom you blatantly instilled by your inaction.

B. Learn to respect your customers because they’re the ones paying high prices for an experience the brand you bought into wants to offer us.

C. Learn to respect your employees because they’re the ones that pay with their time to make or break the customer service that will get people through the door.

D. Take some restaurant management training, because of points 1-7 and item A.

E. If all else fails, sell out and buy some stocks, it’s the only way you’re going to break even on your franchise investment.

There.saved you some management consultancy fees.

I will be writing to muchoburitto about what I have witnessed to advise them that their brand isn’t being portrayed to its fullest potential, and that customers in Dorval area are not afforded the opportunity to enjoy good Mexican food.

Extremely busy. Owner is not nice. Refused to make a nacho bowl that we have gotten every other time. Vaudreuil-Dorion is way better in terms of food and customer service. Go there.

Talk to Tim hes usually there! Great guy that really cares about how he can make your experience better. Overall the food is pretty tasty and for a quick burrito its hard to beat. Its a good lunch spot.

The food was terrible and the staff was not very helpful in answering questions about the menu. Money well wasted. And FYI they charge you for everything you add on your taco or burrito after 2 toppings.so your 12$ tacos end up costing around 15$ plus tax if you want guacamole on them. Seriously.it’s a Mexican restaurant, but once you start asking for the Mexican ingredients they overcharge you. Just for that reason I won’t ever go back, not to mention the meat was dry and not very tasty on its own.hence the need to pay extra for tomatoes, onions, lettuce, corn and guacamole.it cost us 32$ for one kids meal and one adult.definitely disappointed

Great choices to create your own burrito or bowl! Also, plenty of healthy ingredients. The employee was very nice and took the time to explain in detail each option on the menu. The place was also very clean. Highly recommended!

Your beyond meat protein was stale, dry and chewy-not pleasant. I have been to your restaurant twice now and the first time, I took a vegetarian option without the beyond meat and I enjoyed my bowl. Not sure how you prepare your beyond meat but it shouldn't have that texture.

For a fast food is very good & tasty. I would give it a FIVE (*****) star rating for food. Beyond Meat was great. Service was fast and place was clean. Not cheap but not expensive either.

Great Food! Wish they had more side options to go with the burritos. The bowls are very filling and offer more for the price. A soda fountain machine would be preferable instead of soda cans.

I was skeptical at first (I’m not vegetarian nor vegan), but in all honesty, their food is very tasty and the portions are generous.

It's lunch rush, the line up is packed with Hungry people and 4 Uber driver wait. Everyone is getting frustrated. Slowly people's patience is lost and they start walking out.

The staff are visibility over whelmed. As they try desperately to keep it together what is the franchise owner doing, NOTHING!

You could clearly see that the line was broken and another body would of help get orders out the door. And this, captain instead watched as it all unfolded.

I felt so bad for the these employee's. As for the food. Ok, I guess. Its my own fault for not doing the math ahead and paying 20 bucks for a burrito and some chips.

I’ve tried most things on the menu and their food has never disappointed me. The staff is quick and helpful and they have a great selection of hot sauces. It can get a little busy during the week at lunch time; but that is to be expected with a great restraint like this.

Terrible Experience, Rude staff, they count each piece of chopped herb, and each piece of corn/onion whatever they put into your bowl. The pictures are misleading they show big portions, but what you really get is not even enough to feed a rat, yet the prices are unbelievably high. They need to improve their customer service skills!

Though I'm not a super fan of Mexican food, I do thoroughly enjoy the selection, though somewhat pricey for Mexican (I hate to say) fast-food at $15-18 for lunch. Food is good, but the options are what brings price up.

Disappointed customer.

We came based on the previous reviews and what a disappointment. We ordered 2 bowls, one chicken, one vegetarian. They kept making mistakes in our order (putting the wrong type of rice, making both chicken bowls, etc). They didn’t have chicken nor vegetables ready and instead of cooking both at the same time, we had to wait for the chicken to be ready for them to realize that they needed to cook the vegetables.

The portions are way smaller than other restaurants with the same quality and same price.
