Service like you will literally not find anywhere else, it’s 10pm on a Friday and we realized our pre approval was too low for a property we wanted to make an offer on. It was pretty urgent since the house had a lot of interest, I send out an email at 10: 10pm by 10: 15pm I got a call from Michel that it has been taken care of and the higher pre approval was in my email. I seriously couldn’t believe it. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a mortgage, he also very polite and easy to talk to.

Michel Elias was referred to me by the bank officer. I never new him before or anybody who used his services. But from his first call I felt his care, responsibility and professionalism. He always listened to my needs and always called back as soon as he can. I explained him my situation and he took care of everything.
