I can't begin to say how great Multinautic has been from the very beginning of purchase to having to work with the customer service several years later.
The product I have has been fantastic and easy to assemble with supplied instructions.
My experience with the customer service was very prompt and informative and they solved my problem quickly and had my parts shipped put the same day.
Just the way a company should do business all the time, Multinautic you left this customer 100 % satisfied and I would highly recommend this company and product to all my friends and family.

I have been extremely happy with my Multinautic Dock System (2 4x8 docks linked to a main dock) and it is now going into its 9th season still strong as ever. Have only had to replace the cedar boards after 8 years as they started to splinter and fade but this is not a Multinautic issue at all.

I have also experienced excellent customer service when an original part was not fitting properly. Would highly recommend!

Fast service! I misplaced the mounting brackets for our Alum dock ladder. Sent Multinautic an email and they had them shipped out in just a couple of days. Great products and great service to back them up, can't ask for anything else!

I purchased the 4-step angled dock ladder from Muiltinautic for my raft on a lake up in the Laurentiens. Easy installation (and take-down for winter), very solid. Having the steps angle out is brilliant. Using and enjoying my raft much more since I installed this ladder. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about my Multinautic kayak launch ramp! So sturdy and fun to use and I no longer have to step into the mucky cold water to go for a ride! Best system I found and does everything I wanted…

I have been purchasing Eagle Floats thru Home Depot from Multi Nautic for quite a few years. Never have had an issue, until this last order. I received my floats as always, but this time, some of the vent caps were missing. I tried support through Home Depot with absolutely no help. So I got on line to Multi Nautic support. Quick response and within a very short time, vent caps were delivered. This is the type of business I like to do business with and will continue to support! Very impressed!

I have purchased 3 sections of dock from Multinautic over the past 2 years. I did experience small leaks in 2 of the floats in the same spot. I reported this to the company, sent them photos. They immediately got back to me and offered to replace the floats even though they were slightly past the warranty period. The customer service was excellent, and the replacements were delivered promptly. I will not hesitate to order again in the future.

Great guys to deal with. They really make an effort to help their customers. Also helps that their products are purpose built and bomb proof. If you are building a dock you you can't go wrong with their hardware or support.

Great angled ladder. Easy to assemble and attach to dock. Nice that there are a variety of sizes. And, additional steps to add, if necessary.

I would personally and highly recommend a dock system by Multinautic over all others out there - I undertook a tremendous amount of research before narrowing my purchase from Multinautic. Their dock systems are made for deep and shallow water, for floating, fixed or a hybrid.

A few things I would like to highlight from my experience:

The dock system is:
-easy to install (separates in pieces and you don't need a team of heavy weights to pull it out of the water) 2 people can easily achieve the same result.
-easy to store away (stackable and not many pieces to worry about)
-durable (combination of stainless, aluminum, galvanized steel and cedar - no cheap materials)
-safe (I have had many people on this dock and have had nothing but compliments)
-size (perfectly proportional, I opted for the 5x10)
-customizable (you can decide the layout of the dock - I love this part as it feels like a new adventure each year or if you have new water toys you can adapt the dock to fit in and around your toys).

One of the main reasons I decided to buy from Multinautic, the items are Made in Canada, the customer service is incredible and the accessibility to accessories for the dock makes things not only easy from a sourcing perspective but you never have to worry about compatibility. For example, we have a stand up paddle board (SUP) and had nowhere to temporarily store it. I did a quick search on Multinautic's website and viola they make a SUP holder that connects to the dock in 2 minutes - it adds character to our dock and convenient access to the SUP without compromising any dock space as it hangs over the water - brilliant.

This week, while re-installing my four step dock ladder that I purchased from Multinautic I discovered I was missing some essential hardware. A quick phone call to Melodie at Customer Service resulted in clear and prompt results with a shipping order placed within 24 hours.

Simply put, Multinautic has gained a customer for life. Excellent quality marine products, fair pricing and effective and patient post-sales customer support are key to its excellent reputation. A Canadian Company that is a world beater!

I purchased Multinautic's Aluminum 5 Step Angled Dock Ladder several years ago.

It was easy and quick to assemble and even easier to install in the Spring and remove in the Fall. We like to remove it after every use in order to keep the algae and other marine gunk off - consequently its appearance has remained almost like new and the risk of slipping on the steps minimized.

We installed the Extra Quick Fasteners using SS bolts, nuts and washers rather than just wood screws, so the ladder is securely attached to the dock even when a fair amount of pressure is exerted on it.

The angled entry and hand grips makes getting in and out of the water very easy. As ours is relatively deep, little effort is required to hoist oneself up out of the water. The steps are comfortable, secure and stable.

In short, I have no regrets purchasing this product and in fact am rather pleased that I did. I would certainly recommend it to others.

After multiple communications they did everything in their power to fix my problem. This is the type of company that put the effort for the customer which I gladly appreciate. I recommend doing business with Multi Nautic INC. Thanks again

I bought 3 4X8 dock kit last summer, I couldn't finish the last section because I needed to remove a stump to install it. Well I miss place the hardware, I emailed customer service and within 12 hours they are ready to send me my hardware. Very fast service and very professional. Thanks again

My Lower Dock arrived without all the pieces. Email to head office and I had the replacement parts in two days. Very impressive. We are also into year two of our multinautic dock system. So easy to install and is incredibly functional.

I recently had a dock float (R370) take on water and was causing my dock to list on one end. Purchased in July 2017. Thankfully Multinautic stepped up and are providing a replacement at no charge. Thanks to Melodie who handled this dealing with it quickly and to my full satisfaction. Gros Merci!

AWESOME SERVICE. I needed to replace a dock floater damaged in transport but it was out if stock everywhere. I was able to order it through Rona and pick it up at their warehouse with no delay in my construction plans! 5 star service.

We purchased the Multinautic Ramp Kit for small watercraft and we are totally satisfied with the finished product. We use it to pull our Laser 2 sailboat out of the water and anchor it up off our rocky shoreline. It is incredibly sturdy, stays solidly in place, and looks great. We have called customer service on a few occasions and they have been excellent to deal with.

I purchased a boat fender over a year ago and found it to have a leak a few days ago. The item was out of warranty. I contacted Multinautic and they replaced the fender. They were very polite, accommodating, and efficient. A great organization to deal with!
