Don't buy from them online. They will take your money for items they don't have in stock, tell you they need to contact their other stores to locate the items, then tell you your order will be taken care of by tomorrow and won't follow up on anything. I'm still waiting for either a refund or even just an honest follow-up on my item. Looking at those others 1 star review, I can see this company doesn't learn from past mistake as this seem to be a recuring issue. It shouldn't take more than a day to process an order. Even less a week or a month.

I have ordered online from this store twice. Both times have been pretty disappointing.

TLDR; Store doesn't keep accurate stock online of their inventory. Doesn't inform the customer when they don't have what they ordered in stock. And, doesn't follow up on emails or phone calls. Just generally extremely slow to follow up on anything.

The first time I ordered a piece of terrain marked as 1 in stock for my Age of Sigmar army. A week went by with no shipping information. The following week I reached out to the store via email. I was told by one employee they would get back to me. I waited a day and they never got back to me. I emailed again and got no response. I finally called them and got told "We never had it in stock at our location and we need to check our other location. I'll call you back". Another day went by with no call back. I finally called again and was told "We don't have it in stock. Here's a refund" - I have no idea why it took a week and a half, 3 emails and me calling twice to get told "we don't have it in stock". Feels like that should have been an email from the store after a day or two. Definitely didn't appreciate the run around.

If it just happened once I would have just been like.ok whatever.

Two months later I am checking out the websites of the stores "near" me and find that they have some models in stock that I would like to buy. I figure.hey you know what, lets give it another try.

So 4 days go by and I'm thinking.ok yep they just don't have the correct stock again. So I just call this time. Get a man on the phone who really could not care less about it. He tells me "We have half of what you ordered in stock. We can like refund it or partial refund it and send you the half you ordered. " So I am trying to figure out why it took 4 days to tell me this. Ok no problem refund me the full order. I ask him if they normally just don't update their stock on the website "Its pretty rare that we have issues. "

So a few hours go by and I don't get a refund notification or anything. I know from last experience I should just call again. So I do. I get a pleasant lady who refunds me the order.after telling me if I wanted the other half it would take another week to get it shipped out to me. I've never seen a store sell stuff online that takes 2 weeks to ship. Blows my mind.

So I guess beware about shopping online. You will have to chase them down to get your product or in my case.get no product.

I went to simply buy an old school Yu-Gi-Oh card pack and girl working there i forgot her name was more than helpful explaining to me the packages, the current state of the game.etc.shoutout her for being an awesome employee?

Wish i could give this place zero stars.the one owner dylan treated me horribly and generally runs a terrible operation.he takes advantage of all his employees, who he refers to as his ‘minions’.

Staff was fantastic helped me with everything I needed, the store had alot if stock for the hobby which was great, definitely a great store would go to it more often if it wasn't for the distance.

Used their online store to buy a Death Guard Battleforce that they said they had in stock and was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail once the item shipped. 10 days later, I'd not received an e-mail regarding the item, so sent them an e-mail and never received a response.

5 days later, I had my friend in Quebec phone to inquire about the order. They said they never had the item in stock and that they would check their sister stores to see if they had any and to call back the next day.

The next day my friend phoned and they admitted they couldn't find any and they never had any, so they would issue me a refund. 1 month and 5 days later, I still hadn't received my refund on the item and had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

UPDATE: After seeing this review and hearing about it for the first time, the owner reached out to me, apologized for the inconvenience and offered further support along with my refund. He said he was also looking into the events that took place leading up to it to be sure he knew exactly why this incident occurred.

The owner showed me how he expected things to be handled and really went above and beyond to make me feel satisfied with the outcome. It's truly been appreciated.

I don't live in Ottawa, but I do visit family nearby every few years. I make it a point to stop into Multizone each time. Wonderful staff and massive selection, they seem to really care about what they do, being able to make suggestions for every type of game.

I apologize for not catching the gentlemen's name, but the wonderfully dressed lad with the suspenders is wonderful.

Very friendly and bilingual staff! It's a great place to find comics, hobby stuff and TCG related stuff.

I really tried to give them a chance over and over but they keep dissapointing, shelves are dusty and dosen't feel as clean as it once was and the organization isn't their strong suit, they often forget to get back to you if you want them to let you know when they recive an item youve asked for, they sell things way WAY above suggested retail price, the whole place feels like the owner's personal playground over an actual store that cares about their customers.

Edit: if it wasn't for one employee in particular that offers great service, my review would be 1 star.

Amazing store, lots of selection and great stuff. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this to anyone looking for nerd stuff and hobby supplies. Wish I lived near this store. I would definitely come by often.

Great assortment of games and back issues. The friendly, knowledgeable staff sold me on a couple Flesh & Blood starter decks.

Charge le double voir le triple des prix retail pour des produits qui viennent de sortir. C'est à se demander si le magasin est géré par des scalpers. En fait non car les prix des scalpers sont encore moins élevé. 165$ pour une elite trainer box qui vient de sortir, c'est du vol et de l'arnaque tout simplement. J'ai longtemps été un client fidèle mais c'est fini. C'est simplement cracher à la figure de ses clients.

Soo expensive trop chere on dira un scalper qui c'est commencer une shop. Les employers ont pas le temps de t'aider a faire un choix d'achat car on les retard dans leur travail ma question étais simple mais c'est ce que je me suis faite répondre avant même de lui demander

First time going there for the casual commander night and it was great. Tables need a bit of love but the overall experience was nice. Can't wait to go again

Je ne recommande pas ce magasin pour les précommander en ligne. J’ai précommandé du Pokémon le 4 février 2021 et je n’ai toujours pas reçu. J’ai renvoyé plusieurs messages par courrier et je n’ai toujours pas de réponse.

The owner of the store is extremely knowledgeable in all things related to magic the gathering. He probably has the best selection of cards in the region and always accepts trade ins. Thanks, AD

Deeply disappointed by the poor practices at this store. I had a tempted to pre-order commander collection green for the advertised price only to be told in stoor that the price had be raised due to the value of the cards. Defeats the purpose of reprinting valuable cards to make them accessible.

Today I picked up a box of Commander legends but did not receive a buy a box promo. When I called the store to enquire about not receiving one I was told the price of my box did not include the buy a box promo. Boy its very nature a buy a box promo is a promotion for puyibg a box. It should not cost extra.

This is the last time I will purchase anything from Multizone.

This is highly unfortunate because I will say that the sales person I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional.

Je suis venu porter au moins 300 cartes chez Multizone pour une estimation sans jamais exrpimer les désir que mes cartes soient vendu. Après plusieurs d'attente n'ayant jamais de nouvelles (j'ai appeler une fois et on m'a demandé d'attendre encore) je me suis présenté sur place. Équipe bien sympathique, mais de mes centaines de cartes il ne restait que la boîte. Mes cartes on été vendu ou simplement volés. On va me proposer un arrangement, mais j'ai perdu toutes mes cartes sans (encore une fois) avoir demander qu'elles soient vendu. Je ne sais pas si on peut appeler cela un vol mais certainemen comme ça que je me sens. J'ai toujours adoré mon expérience chez Multizone, mais je n'ai plus l'intention d'encourager cet endroit.

The lady that works there has taken so much time to explain and help the kids. She knows the rules of games by heart and can very well explain them. Service and prices were quite fair!

Very helpful and had everything that I was looking for. Can't wait to come back for commander night.

They always have a bunch of dice, and plenty of minis (painted or not). They have gargantuan figurines for d&d and a lot of stuff for warhammer

Gamer heaven! Found some figs that I haven't seen in Montreal. What a beautiful wall of Magic cards.

Has almost everything you need when it comes to board games or any table top games and if they don't have it they can get it.

Good selection of whatever you want (for me it’s the used 40k models), friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They have all sorts of games, from monopoly, pokemon, magic the gathering, dungeons and dragons to comic books, Warhammer and dice. There's also a Pokegym right outside, which is quite practical for me.

Pretty much all the needy stuff you could ever need. Everyone is nice and helpful. Highly recommend visiting.

Picked up a few comic books from this location. Not huge on the comic side. It is definitely a gaming shop. It seemed like there was lots of fun being had. A great point is that this shop is open late.

Great place for anything related the games. You are sure to find everything you're looking for. The only downside (which is why I Havnt given a 5 stars) is that their website is not up to date and mostly nothing have a price tag. You either have to rely on the website to look for the prices or ask for prices at the cashier

This store was packed full of anything a nerd could want, from magic the gathering to board games. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was well kept and clean making it easy for me to find what I was looking for and also made it easy to find new games that I might want to try out. In the store they have some snack foods and drinks you can buy if you were staying to play games in the store. Overall I would definitely come back to buy more and to play games.

Friendly helpful staff, a good spot for all your board game and table top game needs. They also sell comics and have a gaming section in the back room where you can hang out and play with friends or find new people to play with. If they don't have they will order it for you. Well worth a visit.

This is the best place to get your games and comics! The staff is exceedingly pleasant and very helpful! A store you need to visit.
