The gnocchi was light and the sauce was amazing and the truffle mac and cheese balls were crunchy and not too much truffle. Everything was really really good.

Even the dining experience is amazing here, good waiters, they rotated everything nice. Reminds me a famous Indian place we went to in vancouver.

We had a great time at Mundo Trattoria! Their dishes are very tasty whether it’s the pesto gnocchi, or pasta with mushrooms, salmon with veggies, or pasta with tuna:) We loved it and it’s a perfect venue for Christmas party with friends and family! Highly recommended

Had the linguini with seafood. DELICIOUS! Hubby had chosen chowder with red sauce - so good! & He enjoyed his mushroom risotto! A friend had the mussels & really good!

We had a group dinner for work and as a trailer we were well taken care of all night. We did a 3 course meal, all options fresh, well made and delicious.

Best place to have an excellent meal as well as good service and entertainment. The place is classy, friendly, and takes you to a happy mode while dining.

The place is very nice the staff is great food is very nice, however, I did not like the risotto but the steak was great. I don't drink alcohol but it they have a very good wine choice.

Hidden gem in the west island! Great food and wine selection. Good selection of menu choices and options for vegetarians On Friday there is a live singer as well. Hani was our waiter and was very attentive!

I really enjoyed my pasta, service was good, but it lacked a little ambiance and there was a bug on the tablecloth.

What can I say about Mundos other that it’s once of my favourite spots on the island. The staff is beautiful, the service is kind and caring, and the food… omg the food. Let’s just say, you won’t walk out hungry. The chef is exceptional. You have to give this place a try if you haven’t already.

The wait staff were great and that is where the good ended for us.
The melon in the melon & prosciutto was unripe and hard. The main courses - salmon tartare tasted acidic as if the avocado had turned
- the ravioli tasted like a frozen grocery store brand
Given the prices that this restaurant charges, I would have expected much better. Very disappointed

Waiter was a little distracted. Told me a bottle of wine was private import and it not, you can get it at the SAQ

Impeccable food and service. The osso bucco melts in your mouth. The tiramisu is perfect. The service is professional and high end.

Nice choices, food was good. Not spectacular. Interior is very nice and comfortable. A lot of parking outside.

Chic but still family oriented (the night we were there there were lots of multigenerational groups - kids, older folks, as well as couples etc). Not too noisy but feels alive and fun - food was pricey but overall really good, high quality, inventive italian food. Easy parking, reasonably well priced (again its not inexpensive but worth it). Some of the dishes stray from very old school italian so its best described as nouveau - with some success and some dishes - like the lasagna - which are good but not over the top extraordinary. But others rave about their lasagna so maybe it was an off nite. The service is low key but attentive, super kind and funny. The staff are a plus for sure.

Simple yet elegant in every way. Fantastic staff and a traditional menu make Mundo an easy choice for date night, a casual outing or even a private event. If you like Italian cuisine and enjoy a nice glass of wine you'll find this to be a tucked away gem worth giving a try.

Monica and 6 lady friends visited here 04SEP2019- First time on a recommendation. It was a little tricky to find the front door, especially with the nearby construction going on now but it was worth it! We followed our waiter, Manny's, recommendations and he was right on for each of us. Fantasia di mare appetizer was so fresh and tender. Ravoli with lobster stuffing and the beef cheeks were good sized portions (love those wading pool sized dishes)

Great authentic Italian food. Not your average pizza and pasta, this is high end Italian, and it comes with excellent service. Staff are very nice, and the menu well developed and not confusing. The risotto is to die for

Great service mixed in with great food. Winning combination. The table d’hôte specials are quite extensive. As well the waiter was flexible on what they could include. Great tasting octopus and kalimari.

We held a lunch at Mundo for a group of 16 that was completely flawless. Food was excellent, service was on point and all the staff were very attentive to ensuring all our requests were met. All my guests enjoyed their meals and would definitely return. Thank you to Johnny and his staff for a great afternoon.

Excellent service, beautiful decor. We both had the lamb shank for our main course. Very good! From the appetizers, wine, all the way to the desserts, we enjoyed every bite!

The place inside is rather dark / cold / and dated. There was a huge table that still wasn’t cleared (and wasn’t cleared at all during my dinner) and the banquets had holes in the upholstery. The waiters were very friendly but felt like they were missing a hostess at the front or maybe they were understaffed that night. The calamari was some of the best I’ve ever had. Nice big pieces and the batter was perfection. My father had the seafood spaghetti which was delicious but very spicy. I had the Osso bucco which was cooked beautifully. I was supposed to get saffran risotto but I ended up getting rice. I believe they used Arborio rice but it’s just not was I was expecting. I would have liked to have a piece of bread with salt / pepper to eat the bone marrow (but that’s just how I like it) Didn’t have dessert as nothing was inspiring me. Overall good experience and I will go back, but would need to see changes to the establishment to give it a 5 star and make it my go to spot as I live nearby.

Fantastic experience, lunch was amazing and thank you to Johnny for letting us take out desserts home in the actual jar! The table d’hôte was perfectly priced and good portions.

Food and service were excellent. Good for party's and group outings. Atmosphere was nice and family oriented.

I had the Portobello alla griglia. It was so good. The quantity was perfect for an appetizer. Then I had their homemade gnocchi In a delightful tomatoe sauce. So delicious. The portion size was perfect and they were not heavy like some gnocchi tend to be sometimes. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. It is a Thursday night so we benefited from a less busy restaurant. Three of us had the cod and totally enjoyed it. I would recommend it. The price is a little high but you get good quality and great tasting food so worth it.

First visit with good friends. Excellent ambiance and food. Our waiter, Luigi, was a gem. Excellent service. Cavatelli with bolognese sause was outstanding. My wife had the gnocchi and they were excellent.
Would definitely recommend for an enjoyable and relaxing dinner with family, friends or business.

Had my 70th birthday there food and staff are far above a 5 star excellent excellent place well worth the $$$
