Musée pour Enfants

The place was ok, clean, and not crowded. However, there are not too many options and telematics for children. This place is similar to one in Bogota Colombia named Divercity and that one was amazing, seemed actual, had many options for children, and was much bigger than this, many options for children to enjoy, with similar prices.
For that reason, my qualification is 3.

Free parking lot. Free coat check (much appreciated in the winter). Senior tickets not available online for some reason so ended up paying more for the grandparents. Friendly and efficient staff. Fun indoor playground for younger children (2 to 7). Can get crowded with less well behaved children (i.e. Not watched by parents and taking toys out of other children's hands). Most were lovely though. Ok when it's too cold to play outside.

The place needs refreshment and new ideas. They raised the prices but have not made any updates or innovations for several years. Some personnel working there are arrogant. They need to learn how to value and respect their customers. We would not go back.

Kids enjoy it there, it's got different "career goals" for kids to try and play as. It's clean and well organized.

The gentleman at the reception the supervisor Gabriel was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak with and accused us of lying and later changed his tone but the damage was done that has ruined the experience.
The place has great ideas but outdated and needs improvement and some detailed deep cleaning.

Too overcrowded. Rude parents. Staff basically don't do much to help for lineups. Kids can't seem to play much around. This place is overrated for what it is. Unfortunately.

Vraiment un très bon et beau concept! Je trouve sa vraiment original et bien structuré. Par contre sa aurait été le fun d’avoir des « animateurs » ou quelqu’un pour expliquer au enfant les metiers et tout! Mais sinon rien a dire mes enfants ont vraiment aimé!

Best place to take you little ones by far. We've been to other places similar to this one but they were not only much more expensive but not as fun or interactive. My kids love this place. We are definitely coming back.

Fun place to take your toddler. It gets crowded around 11h and kids have to wait their turn for certain things (like the police car). Could use a little "freshen-up" for the price, thus my 4-stars

Like others have mentioned, the museum needs some TLC and some of the exhibits could benefit from some modernization but overall, a nice spot to spend a few hours with kids. There is no food sold on-site but you can bring some and eat it in the designated area. Also important to know, there is no elevator.

On a célébré l'anniversaire de ma nièce dans cette place, et tous les enfants, ainsi que les parents, étaient trop contents.
Le enfants ont beaucoup joué ensemble, ensuite la salle qu'on avait était prête avec la décoration et la nourriture qu'on a apporté avec nous.
Les enfants ont mangé dans la salle privée, puis ont joué de nouveau.
Une belle place à recommander pour les enfants de 5 6 ans.

With covid going on not enough protocol in place. Fun for young kids under 5 years of age.

Went there yesterday, the female staff was really responsible She's walking around, sanitizing everything. A comfortable place to play.
