The staff is very helpful, a lot of help and rooms to practice. If you come during weekdays before 6pm, you can use the facilities for 13$/h which is awesome

This is THE studio in Verdun. Rent a room, amps, drums and Mics provided. It's like $20/hr so SUPER cheap. They have all kinds of different options for the rooms and the website is very informative. Go rent a room and rock out.

De loin le meilleur studio pratique à Montréal! Le Métropolis (leurs grande salle) est fabuleux. Ils ont ajouté des lumières un peu partout et c'est vraiment cool. Le studio est très propre et abordable. Les employés sont professionnels et passionnés. Je recommande!

Awesome place.rented hourly many years back, enjoyed the large, clean spaces and good sounding rooms, until a yearly studio space opened up that we snagged right away. We've rented it for three-ish years now. The staff is super helpful and always quick to address our needs. Thanks Pat, Phil, Greg, and Yann for some great years. You guys are the best.

Staff told us humidity does not damage music instrument in front of witnesses then lies about it in public reviews to fix his reputation.

When we spoke to Pat about our humidity problems, he quickly went on the defensive. The man is 6 feet tall and pressured our singer, a 5'6'' tall fat and broken man, asking him to start a fist fight at 3 different occasion in the same conversation. When he finally would let us jam, and left us alone, he made sure to react angrily when our singer told him his staff would really need some basic knowledge to take care of music gear because it comes as a bit unprofessional to tell experienced musicians that humidity does not damage instruments and gear.

Total loss:
Orange Jim Root#4 Terror: humidity damage to the valves, had to replace
Line 6 FX100: Now flickers, unusable in concert.
4 String Bass: unrecoverable wood warp and corroded the electrics in it rendering one of the pickups broken.

Promissed an apology, never got any.

On avait un bon deal correct pour l'état de notre local, jusqu'à temps qu'on se fasse dire que notre loyer augmentait de 240$/mois pour une moitié de pièce. Laissez moi vous dire que je ferai plus affaire avec des gens qui font des augmentations non justifiées comme ça.

We have been playing in this place for 5 years or so, and we love it! The studios are clean and well equipped, and they are constantly bringing new gear and making improvements. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonble. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot, been coming for years and it’s as awesome as when we were all 17. We love everyrhing about the space, the rooms, equipment, and staff. Lâche pas la gang!

Renting a monthly room. Wrote location contract after many weeks of negotiation. Upon arrival, the AC unit was broken and the humidity was up the roof. Took them 3 weeks to repair.

After one month there, they told us they were raising the current room price from 900 to 1200 in January. (the room is in fact two rooms and they had agreed to rent us 2/3 of one of the halves) They also revoked the deal we had so our rent went from 363$ to 600$

When we asked to get a partial refund for the broken AC that was also regulating the humidity, the staff there told me that AC units does not change the humidity (lol wow, did they go to high school? Basic science) and also the manager Cedric said that humidity was not a factor towards our instruments and that it was a fantasy that humidity could damage our instruments.

The rooms are all really clean, sound really good (minus the biggest room: the Metropolitan if I'm not mistaken) and are equipped with quality gear, particularly the drums (Vadou) and the PA (Electro Voice). It doesn't look like much from outside but it's way above average compared to other hourly studios.
They do have monthly rentals too but those are less nice; they also have a small recording studio that looks pretty nice, the typical snacks and accept all methods of payment.
One last thing you should know: your phone will most likely not get reception once you're down there.
