I ordered an acoustic amp from RedOne. When I received the amp it was the incorrect colour. The reason why this is a 5 star review anyways is for the way they handled the initial mistake and ensuring I was a happy customer. Antoine was great to deal with. Every business will experience an individual making a mistake from time to time, but having good customer service makes all the difference in the world. I would have no issues ordering from RedOne again in the future or recommending them to others.

Really good experience with Red One music rental speakers have really good quality and special thanks to Jason and Ash. They were really helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

Was looking at LTD Les Paul copy models. Very interesting but also very expensive, so I bought a real Gibson Les Paul instead

Customer service was good. Website is very misleading to display what items they actually have in stock. It may say "Available online" but it doesn't necessarily mean the item is in stock and may take a while to complete your order, like in my experience. The shipping company they use to transport their orders is very poor. I would advise to check your local stores before ordering online through this company. The whole order experience was bad.

Ile mettent des produit en vente sur leur site comme disponibles et ce n est pas vrai après ils disent qu'ils ont vérifié dans leur entrepôt et que ce n'est plus disponible et qu'ils doivent le commander et ensuite ils trouvent des excuses pour justifier les delais tres longs de livraison. J'ai vu les reviews ici qui confirment le tout ils ont fait le même coup à d'autres clients prétendant que l'item n'est pas en entrepôt, un avis ici dis même qu'ils n'ont en fait même pas d’entrepôt. En plus ils INNONDENT LE SITE KIJIJI AVEC LEURS ANNONCES.

This store is spamming Kijiji with all their gear. That's not what that place is for guys.

Very scammy. Advertised as in stock and says that it takes 3-5 days from their Warehouse before it’s shipped to you. If there were delays you would be contacted.
After 7 days I reached out and got a reply saying “Hey Meredith, I just checked my sources and the next step is waiting for a response from our supplier regarding your item that you placed with us. Rest assured, we will contact you within the next few days with a phone call or email”
It has now been almost a month and zero reply after me suggesting a refund. Do not spend your money here.

Service with Redone was fantastic! I had a bunch of questions about DJ controllers, the inventory and lead times for the items I wanted and Anthony, the agent, gave me much more information than what I asked for. Thank you Anthony for your chill vibes and awesome attitude!

Not a fake review, just looking out for future customers. Stay away from red one. They will promise you something and once they get the money, it’s stories after stories. They’re “warehouse” is actually just the manufacturer who they order most they’re stock from when you decide to buy it. They never have anything you need in stock and will tell you it’s at the warehouse when they just ordered it from manufacture.

I ordered a Guild guitar a few months ago and was immediately called by Salomon who informed me that it wasn't in-stock. I get it, the world is all chaos with supply chain nonsense of every kind.but hey, that's the world we live in. I'd bet if RedOne Music was in control of manufacturing and distribution, everything would be on time. I was informed this item could take a few weeks, it could take a few months. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience; entirely unnecessary and unasked for, but I'm not about to reject a little cash back.
Patience has paid off as this guitar arrived yesterday.
It's awesome.
I'll probably buy more stuff.
I might require fake invoices with the gear at 95% off to show my wife though.

I picked up a demo LTD Arrow guitar, arrived in perfect condition, the staff were great to deal with. I think I will buy more demo guitars, save some money and it plays great.

I need to reiterate what many have wrote here (and I now wish I had read these reviews before making an order), these guys are AWFUL at getting your items out for delivery. I waited four days before contacting them because my order hadn't changed from a status of 'processing'. When I got in contact with them, they told me they were waiting on cables from Fender that had been part of my order. I need to state here, they had no intention of contacting me. I needed to reach out to them.
So then I asked them to remove the cables and send the rest of the order. They said OK and promptly removed the cables from the order.
As of this moment my order is still in a status of 'processing'.
Be forewarned.
**Update: Redone was quick to contact me after the review was posted. They sent an apologetic email and disclosed the reasoning behind their delay. Rating adjusted accordingly.

Red One Music is BY Far the best music store in the whole province of Quebec bar none. Their service and endless variety in instruments, pedal, PA's doing sales both online and in store, (You have to see this place you won't believe it. 20 stars out of ten.

Placed my first order with Alex Red One Music. I could have easily placed an order down the street from a local well known competitor however the degree of respect for myself the customer, enthusiasm he projected in his voice to help me and professionalism truly made me want to place an order with Red One. I couldn't help but ask if Alex was the owner of the company at the end of my call and ironically he wasn't. After I hung up the phone I was left with a feeling of confidence that if I ever have an issue with my equipment I was in good hands. Also keep in mind I don't usually write reviews however in this case the pride Alex projects with his job has to be recognized.

Dealt with Alex from their customer service support email and was able to get a price match, fixed an issue with ordering to Ontario and was able to edit my order all within a reasonable time. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service! I would definitely consider re-ordering from your company in the future.

Fantastic service – before AND after purchase!

A few months ago, I purchased a Roland VAD edrum kit from Alex, which was by far the largest online instrument purchase I'd ever made.

Alex was super fast, patient, and communicative before the purchase - answering all of my questions promptly and clearly. Once I ordered them, Alex promised to have my drums packaged and shipped from his warehouse within three days. I ended up receiving them at my house just two days after purchase! Now that's excellent service.

A couple of months after purchase, I ended up having an issue with the screen on my module. Again, I emailed Alex, and he replied within 15 minutes to tell me he had reached out to the Roland rep. Then he followed up a day later with exact instructions for me to resolve my issue, which I did.

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience dealing with Red One Music. I will order from them again without any hesitation.

I wish I could leave 10 stars.went to their store and bought an Ibanez Electric guitar along with Focusrite Scarlet Solo from. The staff were very helpful and patient they unboxed the guitar for me and let me try it beforehand. They were very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right stuff. Their prices are competitive (if not the best). I believe they also have price match policy, nevertheless, I am 100% positive I got the best price as I doubled checked beforehand on different popular (and less popular) websites. Not to mention that they offered me small items free of charge. I will definitely come back here for my future purchases.
