The bean bag chair is perfect (high quality, beautiful, comfortable), pick up was easy, and the employee who helped me was very friendly. I contacted the company by email and was able to pick up the bean bag the same day. I'm so excited to give it as a birthday gift!

Customer service was prompt at responding even during the holiday rush; friendly and accommodating. Was a pleasure getting my questions answered.

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a bean bag! I was so sceptical buying a beanbag at this price without trying it first, I was worried it wouldnt be comfortable but it's AMAZING! The quality is great and the comfort is top notch! I had contacted customer service with questions and they were very quick at responding, ans especially important they answered my questions honestly, no sugar coating (that was a selling point for me) I bought it to use as extra seating in my living room, it looks stylish (vegan leather) and so far it's making my kids cuddle me more as I'm more at their level, so I can relax and be present for my kids, win win!
I will be purchasing more as Christmas presents for the kids come Christmas time!

Besides the fact that the bean bags look great in our basement living room, Harvey, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase of two adult pears bags and one giant bag. Excellent service from start to finish. I had specific questions that were answered within the day via email to help me make the purchase.

I have been a longtime online purchaser, and during these COVID times, my purchases have increased significantly. I have to say that my Beanbag experience far outshines my dealings with other online retailers. Here’s my story - it’s long, but I want everyone to get the full flavour of Beanbag’s customer service. 1. Last evening I submitted an order for a beanbag chair. Through a mixup, my order was doubled, and I was charged twice by PayPal, which I only discovered early this morning. 2. I contacted Beanbag around 6: 30am to ask that one of the orders be cancelled. 3. Only minutes later I received a response cancelling the second order, and my PayPal account was credited. 4. I immediately wrote back thanking them for their prompt response, and happened to mention that my grandson would be so pleased to get beanbag chair for his birthday. 5. Beanbag wrote back, asking for the date of his birthday, so that they could be sure it arrived in time. 6. I thank them for the gesture, but let them know that his birthday is only 4 days away, too soon for them to
meet their 7day delivery date standard. 7. Beanbag writes: “ Ok, we’ll ship today. Normally it takes 1-2 days for delivery. You might get lucky:) ”. It is now just 8am, less than 2 hours from my first contact, and well before normal business hours. What more can I say,
except that if I had any more grandchildren I would immediately order beanbag chairs for them too. Thank you Beanbag!

Tremendous product.bought one for Christmas and my daughter loves it but my son wanted one too.alot of fighting over who gets to use it. Well just order another one but it was misplaced by delivery company. My Beanbag customer service was all over it and found the item quickly.great company. Purchased the Adult Pear Chamois Corduroy beanbag Dec 3,2021 and it arrived quickly from the time they received stock (the website showed it was on backorder and the expected restock date which was accurate). It's exactly what I was hoping for. Looks great - the colour is exactly as it looked on my monitor and it appears to be of excellent quality - nice thick, plush corduroy. It came overstuffed but that's perfect because beanbags lose their fullness over time. I offloaded some "beans" - easy enough to access them - and I'm saving them for when I'll need to top it off. Also, customer service was excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to be able to write an entirely favourable review, particularly in the age of Covid.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Very well made and super comfortable. My kids absolutely love it and are fighting over who gets to lie down on it.lol. Also. Shipping literally took 1 business day which is pretty unheard of these days. Very happy with our purchase.

I ordered the vegan leather beanbag and it was in my house within a week. Looks nicer than I expected and bigger. I feel good about supporting a canadian business.

Excellent customer service! They were very prompt to answer my questions and replaced my bag with the one I needed. I cannot recommend the company enough. Great products and a larger emphasis of ensuring you are a satisfied customer. 5 gold stars!

Was excited to find a company that ships bean bags at a reasonable price (including the filler), however it was too good to be true.

They kept saying it would “ship next week”, I asked the following week, same statement.

I simply requested a refund, they cancelled the order, and am waiting on a Full Refund, will update if the Refund does not appear on my CC Statement.

Ordered 2 products, received one but not the other. Followed up to ask for an update and estimated arrival date. They first apologized for not letting me know the other item was sold out and said they could ship it right away. I refused and asked for a refund. Then they claimed that the product had already been delivered. Never got my product and never got my refund. Don't waste your money or time people. This is not an honest company, they scam you for a lot of money. Please shop at a reputable store, don't be like me - don't shop here.

Which sounds great but then I don't receive any updated tracking and it never comes. I contacted multiple times and got the same answer. Then contacted again (2 days ago) and no answer yet: (Very disappointed. It was supposed to be a present for my son's first birthday.

*Update: after posting the above review, I contacted them 2 more times - the first went unanswered and the second I heard back saying they would look into it. That message was received on a monday and by wednesday morning I received the shipment! I guess it just took the right person to read my message and actually do something about it. The bean bag chair looks awesome and I'm pretty sure my son will love it:)

I purchased a regular oval shaped beanbag and the quality is amazing. The cover is removable, and the zipper is great quality. I was worried that the print on the cover would be low quality but again, great quality. Would recommend for well-made Canadian beanbags. Great communication from customer service as well.

Called customer service to question the delivery time and she asked my name to make sure she took care of it asa it went through and not even an hour later I got a confirmation email that my item had already shipped!

Placed my order 1 week ago. No shipping info available yet. Tried called the company and the customer service voice mail is full. Cant leave a message. Tried pressing 0 for immediate assistance and got some other voice mail. Can't event speak to anyone.

Very Happy with the quality of product. This got delivered to me within 3 days of ordering from this website.

Order placed 14 days ago and product still not received. Product was not even noted as out of stock. Should not take over 2 weeks to receive a Bean Bag from Montreal to Toronto area. Keep this in mind when ordering these expensive products that advertise free shipping. Very disappointing.
